What benefits are really resonated with you? What things did you never think about that you see now are a benefit to you inside this community?

I loved that you talked about community vs competition. I've heard a lot of stories of women putting other women down because of the scarcity mindset that there aren't enough opportunities to go around; or that somehow supporting a fellow business woman will prevent them from getting where they want to go personally.
As Christian women we are called to community and we don’t have to be paranoid about someone else getting "our opportunity" because God has created each of us uniquely, so we each bring something to the business world that nobody else can. He has carved out a unique path for each of us so we need not be constantly looking over our shoulder worrying about what other people are doing.
Instead we can support and celebrate what other Christian women are doing with their business. We can offer advice if we have knowledge or experience in that area and stay accountable to each other that we are maintaining a God first approach both in business and life. The Bible says "rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn". For me that speaks to being there for people when the going gets tough, not just when things are going well.
