It is fully possible to get the Scorpion tank inside the last area. Not that this was intended, mind you, but makes the last fight trivial if you can get it in :) Easier to do with 2 people though as it requires 2 vehicles to do. All you need is to park a Ghost in front of the last barrier to act as a ramp, or get creative with maybe a civilian car. Can be a bit tricky to get the tank to actually go OVER the barrier, instead of trying to scale it vertically and flip over, but with a little wiggling you can do it. Not saying that Rob should have done that, like I said, it would have made the last part very easy.
