My recording software failed on me so I'm missing about 5 minutes of dialogue at the end with the Dragon Sage, at the moment of uploading I thought of contacting some other youtubers if I could borrow their clips but most of them are dialogue skippers so lol. If any of you lore enthusiast played the whole thing, you could fill us up on the parts I missed.

Those wackos skipping dialogue missing out on what makes the world of Teyvat fascinating and missing out on key context filthy casuals.
The dialogue from the Dragon Sage is some very revealing details about Ochkan, the downfall of the dragons, and a hint to the one who awaits at the edge of the Night Kingdom that Mavuika must face. It's a tale of folly as he mentions where to summarize, the nation once lead by dragons ran on a rule by strength philosophy which you can probably guess was not going to last when the Dragon Sovereign at the time, Xiucoatl (that name is important as he's the trounce boss) faked his death and from it, the dragons went into a frenzy fighting to become the leader. The remaining dragons that survived from the collapse of their society eventually adapted and lived amongst humans who have evolved from their kind (likely why Natlan humans can channel Nightsoul) which the Dragon Sage did and eventually had a son who was Ochkan. Ochkan is not truly a human but a being who is a human and dragon. The Sage hoped Ochkan would one day find Xiucoatl and kill him becoming the new Dragon Sovereign himself. However, Xbalanque wound up doing that instead and his son Ochkan as time passed likely due to a not so great upbringing by other dragons and saurians sought to build a civilization solely for humans and became known as a tyrant because of it and when the Abyss erupted on Natlan, he along with his civilization tried to make a stand against it but ultimately Ochkan who split his soul was enthralled and corrupted either by Gosoyoth or Xiucoatl wound up being the architect of his kingdom's demise and becoming that Fell Dragon. The Sage while disappointed was also fascinated by what Ochkan became as it showed he has much to learn about humans. He continued to live throughout the years and donning many faces and disguises and even by chance our duo has already met him and not realized. Later the screen cuts to our Teppetilasaurus buddy where the Sage wonders what he will do once he takes the two Golden Entreaties to the volcano hinting he will meet him and the duo there.
The Sage also provides more detail on the Jade of Return and that the way they can pushback the abyss is something never to be desired. It's probably some method similar to the Gnosis or reconstructing the Ley Lines in exchange for the Lord of the Night's existence with the way he described it.
Based on what we know about the Trounce Boss is that Gosoyoth has likely taken over the soul of Xiucoatl that was within the Night Kingdom allowing for the endless assault on Natlan for the past 500 years. This portion provides some lore on Xiucoatl.
This is what you weren't able to record.

So what you missed is some lore on the age of the Dragons, truth of Ochkan, and the Dragon Sage aka the Sage of Stolen Flame. It's a tale of folly as he states but basically the land ruled by dragons was ruled by strength with the strongest becoming ruler if you will. Such a society was inevitably going to fail when Xiucoatl, the first Dragon Sovereign faked his death leading to a chain of fighting amongst dragons for king tearing the civilization asunder. Eventually Celestil arrived on Teyvat and brought humans into the world with the surviving dragons adapting human features to blend in. Knowing of Xiucoatl still being around, the Dragon Sage who we know as the Sage of Stolen Flame began setting the stages for Xiucoatl's downfall. He eventually had a son Ochkan who is a child of a dragon and human whom he intends to raise to one day slay Xiucoatl and Ochkan would in turn become the new Dragon Sovereign of Natlan. However, we all know things didn't go as planned as Ochkan's upbringing amongst other dragons lead him to turn against the Sage's wishes as he sought to create a land for humans to prosper away from dragons and saurians and thus hurting them in the process. To make matters worse is the Sage did not take into account of Xbalanque who would make a bargain with Death to slay Xiucoatl and thus his plans were ruined. While it is true the Sage joined forces with Xbalanque to fight back the Abyss in the end, it was not as friendly as the rest of Natlan remembers it. Ochkan in his refusal to use the Jade of Return split his soul in two to fight back against the Abyss believing in human tenacity and potential only for either the soul of Xiucoatl or perhaps the Sage himself corrupted Ochkan turning him into the Fell Dragon and destroying the kingdom he created. The Sage however while disappointed of Ochkan was more fascinated by his betrayal indicating to him there was much he did not know about humans. He admits it was all an experiment for him. Over the years he donned many human appearances and has even already met the Traveler and Paimon during their travels in Natlan. There is the likely chance it was he who used Bona's soul to guide the Traveler, Paimon, and our Teppe buddy to get the Jade of Return which was the Golden Entreaty they were after. The Sage gives details on the Sage of Return with a description much like what the Gnosis would do and the same for Sacrificing the Lord of the Night to reconstruct Natlan's ley lines. Meaning the Jade does something similar and it's why Ochkan hid it away so it will never be used by anyone knowing what it would do.
The screen then cuts to the Sage looking at our Saurian buddy and asks him what he will do once he and his companions reach the Volcano with the two entreaties.
Put simply, what you missed was the unveiling of the Sage of Stolen Flame's true colors and that Ochkan while he did become a tyrant had much more complicated motivations and beliefs than once thought of. Ochkan's faith in humanity is much like Mavuika believing the last hero will show themselves and that they will win the war which that did happen.

Im confused is the pyro dragon dead or not since according to the dragon sage the pyro dragon faked his death

From what I understand, the Pyro Dragon's death was initially faked. After a while, Och Kan was born and raised alongside humanity. He befriended Xbalanque somewhere along the way. The Sage intended for Och Kan to kill the Pyro Sovereign, but his plans were foiled when Xbalanque fought and killed the Sovereign instead

So, where are the sage and the current Pyro Dragon now?

Pyro Sovereign faked his death but The Sage knew that so he devised a plan for Ochkan to kill the Sovereign but it was Xbalanque who did it instead, Pyro Sovereign's death is evidenced with the leaked 5.3 Weekly boss. As for the Sage he's probably in the Volcano waiting for the Traveler.

I'm quite confused, I i thought the Traveler was called the Chosen of Dragons but the Dragon Sage called The Lil' Buddy that title, so is the Lil' Buddy the Chosen of Dragons? But the anniversary animation trailer says that Chosen of Dragons is one of Traveler's titles, honestly if anyone knows can please clear my confusion.

Probably they are both the chosen of dragons but since Xbalanque and the sage were two so it had to be the chosen of Dragons
