I think the reason why castle isnt as liked is because a bad castle can sell you the round. A good portion of castle players i see will barricade the entire site, preventing movement for their own team. Not to mention placing down his utility is very time consuming.

Castle is a lot of fun to play. His hard counter is Sledge but no one really plays Sledge nowadays. He's great for wasting lots of utilities and do some unexpected run outs with the 'punch Castle barricade 8 times beforehand' strategy. Having acog on UMP is also very underrated, especially if you pair it up with extended barrel The only reason Castle is looked down upon is because of noobs and trolls trapping everyone inside the site or blocking off roamers path back to site
Ump45 with extended barrel slams. 3 shots anybody with acog and no recoil. And castle is very strong for wasting time and utility of attackers. + If your team is coordinated, you can your team some nasty c4 kills
These videos are somewhat interesting, but you spend a LOT of time talking about irrelevant changes in each patch. This is the 2nd one I've watched and I won't bother with the third because it's about 60% filler. It's great to learn about how Castle has changed over the years, but I'd love if the video was much more focused on that!

before i quit siege i always play either frost or castle, frost is just my type not gameplay tho, but castle barricade just made me feel safe
