yeah.... local news and weather had a special meaning back then... Kathi Goertzen and the old sports guy along with Dan the lead...
In my long life as a farmer it is generally true that they can't get the weather right more than about 5 days out. Averages don't mean much over the winter when you have one or two anomalies where it drops to an unprecedented 6F and you are expecting no lower that 22F. The damage is done!
Climate change.
cooler than average not cooler than normal
So, then this year is which?
Quick check online, seems El Nina is more likely this coming winter.
Quick check online, seems La Nina is more likely this coming winter.. lol
And we had an El Nino for the summer, which we where told was supposed to bring warmer weather. Just how did that shake out for us? This summer sucked! It was cold, short, and wet! You folks couldn't predict the weather the day AFTER it happens. Let alone weeks, months, and most definitely not years in advance.
There are more questions now than answers
Are you a politician ? Will let us know as the days progress
I stopped listening after the tenth circle and now I'm confused dumb it down a notch not everyone is a cloud climber expert
I hate windstorms and snow
So which El what? uh?
This is super cringey; but not in a tolerable fun Bill Nye The Science Guy kind of way.
It’s science people.
El Nino was sent here from a Venezuelan insane asylum.
Good explanation. Well done. Now, what the hell is happening this winter?
Really boring dude🥱
Are we in an El Nino situation now?
El Don't Know.
Nope...La Nina now..Will likely last 5 or 6 more months.
@@CalvinBiefeld I guess we can look forward to sa blustery and wet winter here in Everett.. thanks
Sorry, but I fell asleep during the explanation, so I have no idea.
@@epicfail5707 no one understands it, so we gave it a catchy Mexican name, instead .
