Nice home, huge bedrooms. I would definitely add in a kitchen island, there is plenty of room for that, plus have the entranceway come into the living room, not dining room. Huge laundry area, I always like that especially when you have no basement.

I think I might put an island in the kitchen housing the stove/oven with a down draft vent. Then rearrange the kitchen slightly and add a bit more space to the laundry to make space for a home office setup. I think this is a great house.

There's plenty of counter space already, and those downdraft vents work poorly. I'd put a kitchen table and chairs there. Although I love the "family entry"/laundry/pantry, your idea of using part of that space for a home office is a good one.

@@Bobrogers99 I had one of those vents in a house that worked great. Maybe it's a better idea if you have a conventional foundation. Would you have two tables with chairs? I don't use the table I have now to eat on except maybe 3 times a year. I like bar seating and I'm kinda the same way about countertop space like I am about storage....can't ever have too much.

Move the dining room table out of the front hall and put it in the kitchen instead. The guest bathroom is nicer than the master bathroom, and the third bedroom is too small.
