The green in the lobster is tomalley. Defined as “the digestive gland of the lobster that turns green when cooked, and is considered a delicacy.” It is an acquired taste.

Usually they give you placemats to show how to eat lobster and tools to crack the shells. Hate the stuff myself.

I loved this video as both my husbands are from nova scotia and therefore i have seen lots of lobster being ate i particularly dont like it i loved your face on what is the green stuff my first husband loved eating that dixguzting lol

I am not a fan of Lobster or Shrimp and it's definitely the texture! That price was ridiculous! I would try a less touristy restaurant!
