I played for 16 years and had a women's club for 12 years. We played a Spanish style attacking offense but preferred the German defense system. I took girls from entry or rec soccer up to D1. We were not well funded so we never cracked the premier level unfortunately. But it was very rewarding. I love the game and how fluid it is, it teaches great life lessons.

My Discus are massive on a simple diet of beef heart, bloodworms, and Tetra color pellets. Best growth rates possible too.

brilliant, and obviously it goes without saying that overall the quality of the fish themselves is going to be massive can you use multi vitamins that humans use

Livestock vitamins are preferred but definitely can use the right human vitamins.

@shelleraquatics not a problem. I only found your channel maybe a month ago and I have watched nearly all your videos. Not seen many if any channels that have as much useful info in the video's. It is also good to see the results from all the work you have put into your food ect. Hopefully I will be able to get your products in UK some day.

Once again the full story without all the run around lol , I saw another video and this guy talked an hour about treating discus fry to prevent 30 day syndrome and kept saying at the end of the video I’m going to give the name of the medicine , he talked and talked but never gave us the name of the secret medicine lol , I told hey buddy you never mentioned the meds , first he told me he was going to make a video about it , I ask him about it every video he puts out now he actually straight up told me he was sick and couldn’t tell the name ,but made another video the next day , it been going on for a month now and I ask him about it on every video and he straight up refuses to name it also every video he puts out is called how I almost killed my discus and then he shows recovery, lol , the best channel on here is Sheller aquatic s , this guy don’t mess around he tells the truth!!!

I'm guessing postaium permaganate or PP. It is an oxidizer and kills everything but it is just a guess. PP was a go to for years. I have never experienced the 30 day syndrome myself but have heard stories

Glad you made this. I was trying to figure out how vitamins figured in fish care. And makes so much sense with the after meds care. Thanks!!
