So for me, it was just calf raises but i did figure out that as long as i got the deep stretch at the bottom, pushing past failure to 3/4 reps and even 1/2 reps grew mine the most. I would work them out first in my sets and do it lot, 1/2 my gym sessions had calf raises. Hope that helps Miranda

Calves ... I have them. They are improving ... slowly. Some say they need work everyday to grow. I do twice a week. Straight legs every time in the leg press machine. When I reach max extension on the rep I go back half way and and extend again before going down past neutral food angle. Calves feel like a genetic lottery thing TBH. Some people are like born with huge Calves LOL, I was not.
