Yes the course was marked at the start there’s orange cones on the left and the right once he cleared the orange cones he moved over and use the smooth part of the track which is not illegal it’s just smart driving and that’s what got in the lead
Looking slow from the cam but if you know the course like I do he is hauling ass. I have drove this course and believe it or not walked it in the day and at night. Hell I even got a ride from Robby not that long ago walking the Bluewater BITD short course and bumped into the film crew at mile 28 Saturday night in the Cal city hills
@@GAVACHO5150 I have a very distinct memory of him from a race in Nevada. some where around 89-90 or so starting in Pahrump. At the drivers meeting, he asked what lines were legal in a section, he was asked how he knew about the lines at that area was not open for prerunning...he then said "uhmm we preran by helicopter" where he was informed that its restricted airspace, so that wasnt possible either....lol The line of buggies and 5 cars that he rammed so hard without warning that they became midengine is rather long too...
@@daddyrabbit835 It depends. Course is not marked and that was most likely ok. If its frowned upon, it's usually brought up in the drivers meeting beforehand. Robby has a history of sketchy decisions all throughout his motorsports career especially in nascar. I'm just not a fan of the guy so I was talking shit.
Those pour bump stops! That was bad ass footage!
His line off the start is shady lol
That’s called winning
It's called CHEATING. Just like the other day, both him and Max cheated and got DQ-ed.
Hey big jeep you probably weren’t there to hear the whole story so keep your comments to yourself
@@bobwhite5274 I was there and YES, Robby got DQ-ed for cheating as has happened before.
@@bigjeep2195 What do you mean "the other day" what race was that?
Robbie you weren't all that great at making left-hand turns in the NASCAR but you are a legend in that truck!
Yes, I agree
Clean racing I love it
I like the first start to this race better

Banger
Doesn't sound like the engine is screaming from the in car cam

That's one fast rattle trap.
San robby
Can they not afford a bolt for that rattle ass dash?
Skipped the whoops at the beggining. I guess Robby Gordon still thinks he's special.
Is the course marked? I didn't see markers but I know nothing about this sport besides watching RUclips videos.
