Around 11:54 I started feeling strong talk show host vibes from KJream. I don’t wanna say Korean Oprah, I’m just thinking out loud 😅
Haha, really? 😄 That's such a huge compliment! Hope that made the video more fun to watch! 🥰
Love the candid conversations.
I really enjoyed this. Please do it again.
I liked your point about how being from different cultures helps you want to work to understand each other more, rather than getting caught in the frustration, instead considering “is this a cultural difference”? I think all couples struggle with different norms from how they were raised, so it’s interesting to consider having that pause even in smaller subculture differences! Lol, good relationship advice 😅 감사합니다~~~
I like your follow-up point that all couples struggle with different norms from how they were raised. Relationships present unique challenges to everyone in them no matter where they happen to come from.
I didn't get all of it at the speed you chatted at, but I got enough to have a general idea, so thank you all very much for some interesting and amusing listening practice 😁
I've been married to a Korean wife for 3 years. My experience with living with a Korean
1.we talk about food all the time
2.she expresses herself very indirectly(which means I often have to guess)
3.Ramyeon is considered to be a proper meal(isnt it just a snack?)
4.Generosity goes a long way
Yea about the poop talk💩 I remember when I first got into Kpop a very long time ago
I remember of idols talked about dreaming of poop and I was like ??? Why would you dream of poop😱 It's not talked about anymore or maybe it is and I haven't seen it
Interesting talk! Especially about poop which was interesting to know and indeed it seems like there are many poop related things in Korean 😂
Also neat to know we shouldn’t mix up the languages for bilingual for the kids so that’s cool and I guess that make sense too 👍
I heard the phrase 봐 봐요. Is this a legit phrase?
Wow....
hope there are other BA students watching this 💜
I am sure there are! 😄
I'm getting into BA in May 🥹
