Which pads u find the best ?? I find this da is very picky with pads. I found lake country works best as itll glid vs oyher pads , i feel like the machine is taking me for a ride .
Any advice on how to tame tge machine so it doesnt jump around or move in different directions..

From my experience, and I've tried many manufacturers, I don't have a favorite, I use them all. The difference is, of course, in durability, quality, performance.
The problem you mention is more related to the technique of working with machines.
Try to keep the sponge flat on the surface and avoid too much pressure.
The above two things can affect the movement of the machine, in essence it guides you and not you the machine.
      Tnx for Comment

Thanks for sharing! Can you please make a video with da + ewo wool pad vs rotary + wool pad! Thanks 🙏

Soon I will be making a video on a badly damaged hood where I will have to use wool on rotation and then after rotation with Dual Action.
Regardless of whether you use wool on DA or on a rotary machine, you must follow it with either a finish microfiber or a finishing sponge, because after using wool, the paint is hazy because the wool is too aggressive
I hope I managed to explain to you, there will mostly be a video with wool, however it is the last solution, especially on a rotary machine

First and.foremost you need to remake this video in "Real Time" this fast forward doesn't help.
I hear one side saying the Rotary is more dangerous that you can burn the clear or paint quicker. Well, then I hear you can burn the paint or clear , just as quick with a DA.
Or DA is for Cutting and Rotary is better for polishing or finishing.
I would like to have an honest answer from someone who has experience with both and have them tell me which ideally is the best tool to have.

First of all, let me greet you and thank you for your comment. From my point of view and previous experience, the rotary machine is a faster way of correction for me, much faster than DA, it is true that the DA machine is safer for paint, especially free spinning. With a rotary machine, holograms are inevitable, which we later fix with DA.
      To summarize
The rotary machine will not generate heat so quickly that it will burn the paint if there is hand movement and avoiding staying on the edges of the panel, and it will do the job the fastest.
DualAction free spinning does the job more slowly and does not leave holograms.
DualAction force rotation as dangerous as a rotary machine.
It is best to master working with all types of machines, I sometimes have the need to use all three types, but luckily I mastered the rotary one first. This level of risk is greatly influenced by the choice of pads.
For me, wool on the rotation heats the least, while in general microfiber behaves the worst in terms of heating and I try to avoid it. I only use wool and a sponge.
In this video I use microfiber on machines, soon a video with wool and all kinds of machines in real time. All this written is my experience and my view of everything, someone may not agree with this, but that's how I work and use equipment and machines.
      Big greetings !
      😉

@@autospadetailingstudio Hello, i like your method, cutting with rotary on wool/microfiber and finshing with foam on da. I also tried cutting and finishing with a rotary only. Compound and wool for cutting and extrafine polish with waffle finishing foam with great results. I saw online that makita machine you are using, its not as expensive as the rupes and flex machines, is it a 148 mm throw by any chance? Nice video btw, good content ;)

      Yes it is 150mm
      Tnx for comment.

For me, the combination of rotation and the DA machine is a very fast process for obtaining excellent results, of course both steps can be done with rotation, but it is very difficult to do a fine phase so that holograms do not remain, possible but a much longer process.
Yes, this Makita has a 15mm stroke and a 150mm blade, and it is forced rotation with the possibility of switching to free rotation.
Thank you for your comment again@@petreticu6008

I see no difference in the end result useing them, l prefer the rotary, lm old school and it's much less nerve wracking to use
