Fantastic album TBE. A friend ive known near 25 years just passed from bowel cancer. She was a huge fan and we used to go to your concerts. The week before she passed, your new album arrived in mail while i was visiting her to say goodbye. Iam glad she got to hear this masterpiece before she passed. Its a beautiful album, well done guys 💗
Still the only band I know where if someone asks me what my favourite song is, I genuinely can't make up my mind. I'll just play em the whole back catalogue and say "these ones."
Seriously, this album as a whole is perfect, there isn't a single bad track on it, it's amazing, and the lyrics so on point, even more in the current times we are living. I hope you guys get the credit you deserve in this stupid, unfair world. Keep it up, never surrender and never stop creating your music please.
I cant put in words how much your music makes me happy. Makes me want to live another day to hear what you got to say through your beautiful songs. Thank you very very much. I hope that you can come here someday.
@@julianarroyo9620 COG probably influenced most of these great bands. Weirdly for me at least I have a "harder" time listening to COG than any of the bands they've at least paved way to like Karnivool. I do like all of them though. Ian Kenny's like the (Irish born) Aussie equivalent of Maynard James Keenan

11th of July I became homeless and seperated from my wife and two boys. Homelessness is the worst feeling in the world. Hearing this track for the first time reminded me of the day I held that ambient green cover of Imago and heard that daunting first track. This truly is a classic masterpiece the boys have put together.Elements of the future sound and specks of dust of the beautiful past. Eternally in debt and grateful to have this music in my life #thebutterflyeffect 🦋🦋🦋
@@rocketnewell6651 Hey mate where are you now ? Has your situation changed ? Life hits us with haymakers sometimes. I'm a mentally ill homeless drug addict, for some reason I know the way out of it, but I choose to stay addicted to the pain. I don't know if it's unresolved trauma from my youth ? Or I'm just a derelict. Seeing life behind the curtains isn't all it's cut out to be. Stay safe everybody.
I think the best song I have ever heard for ages. Bass, rythem, lead. The guitarists are awesome not to mention a really great singer. It flows and synchronised.👍
Butterfly Effect. Thankyou..!You have changed my life because your so awesome. The bass, the rythem, the lead guitarist are excellent. The singer incredible. 🥳🥳
Beautifully constructed. Love the build through the song. Clints restraint really glues the song together from start to finish Wish the drums did something a little more exciting at 4:12 when the guitars changed dynamics.........would of been a great contrast
Pumped to see you again. It's been a long time since Wollongong Youth Centre with Full Scale, the very first time I got to meet you guys and was lucky enough to hang out at many a Wollongong and Sydney show. Keep writing and I spiting legends and look forward to Eaton's hill
You guys honestly have no fricken idea on the impact that you have on us. My life without your music would be just trash. I listen to your albums while I do almost everything in my life since I was in high school. Cleaning the house, driving to work, having a shower, reading a book, bad times and happy times. My older sister and I are not really as close as I would like to be but when it comes to TBE we are two peas in a pod. We have never missed a concert. This song is absolute perfection. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. And THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING SUCH A MASSIVE PART OF MY LIFE.
Only discovered the Butterfly Effect about 5 or 6 years ago but never thought then I'd see more music from them. Great song, hints of Imago and Final Conversation of Kings but with its own feel too
Other people only wish they could create music like this... So happy to be seeing the lads together and playing music as good as this track... Can't wait for the album... Imago is still one of my top 3 albums of all time...!
You prolly don’t remember but me and a mate banged on your chill room back stage in Jindabyne, until you let us in. Prolly 20yrs ago by now Legends of blokes gave us a couple of beers and gave us the time of day. Well, we’re still here listening to this day. Great to see yas still making great tunes
Thats not jus good... its not even great... this song is epic! It gave me chills and made my hair stand... didn't felt that in years! Wishing You guys the best fan from Poland! Just unbelivable track!!!
Epic! How I've missed this band! Great mix cranked on a nice set of headphones.. love the bass guitar when it comes in and throughout the first verse..💪
I downloaded the album after hearing this song that had been put on my discovery mix. I did try a few years ago with an earlier album of theirs but couldn't get into it. But this latest album has blown me away. Seems heavier with some great riffs.
This song absolutely slaps and I can't stop listening to it, I can't wait to see you guys perform it in Toowoomba in a couple of months. Never bought tickets so fast 😅 Looking forward to the rest of IV!
I am very much in love with this band. You mean a lot to me, since my uni days. I am in my 40s now. I love your new album too. Thankyou BE. Been waiting for your return.
I started to listen to the butterfly effect more then 10 years ago, this guys are legends.your music gets to soul and heart.thank you for making such a great tunes.your big fan from far republic of georgia❤hope to see you one day
That is an absolute banger, as well as being quite beautiful. Well done, gentlemen. Well done. That's now right up there with Karnivool's "All I Know" as my favourite Aussie tune. Banger.
Stoked. Not just because this is such a TBE song, but also because you see a couple of the guys from DLC and Forrester in the clip, makes me optimistic that if TBE can come back, hopefully new DLC & Karn tunes will happen sooner than later :)
I’ve loved this band forever and they have gotten me through some really dark times and it’s a real shame that the mainstream music industry in Australia refuses to play them for the mainstream audience MMM🤔🤔🤔🤔 Call themselves a rock and roll station but leave a home grown powerhouse band like this off the air waves.
Been a fan since your slot supporting the mighty Superheist on their IRCR tour. Met you guys, you signed my EP (it's still hanging framed in the mancave) and I remember telling you back then that yours was the freshest sound I'd heard from a new band in ages. Listening to Visiting Hours takes me back to that first EP, yes your sound has grown and matured and perfected, yet you remain The Butterfly Effect. Thanks for the memories, both past and future 🙏
WOW!!! - what a voice: strong, rich, smooth, with passion and sincerity!! This song just grabbed me with perfect accompanying music/vocals!! Incredible.
Great song, the vocals on this are excellent and everything else just plays off the back of it. Agree with some of the comments on the drums - they felt restrained at the end when I thought they could have hit a little harder and changed the tempo.
This band deserves world wide acclaim ..... another brilliant tune !!!
If they stuck to it, they were well on their way. Glad to hear this, it’s just picked up where they have left off, brings me back about 12 years haha
100% THEY DO........
Yea, I'm surprised they're not much bigger than they are!
That's the sound that sets you free..! The dreams of granjour. The scares will still remain.
The most underrated Australian band of all time. This is the best TBE song ever recorded. Holy shit 10/10
I know right
11/10
I prefer their songs like reach more
I can’t move past that voice.. incredible! Goosebumps every time! 🖤
I went to my happy place and all my stress just melted away...Such a magical voice.
He is amazing live too
This is up with ‘Unbroken’ on this album. TBE are unbelievable.

Sorry to hear of your loss, she would have been so happy you did that for her. Take care.
Clint has one of the best vocals in the Aussie rock scene. First heard them on their album Imago and been hooked since
I would say in the whole rock scene...I get chills every time I listen to his voice
@@agc_photo I think he brings dark and light together at the same time, which obviously isn't easy.

Their best song , like of all time maybe.
Wow, statement! Love it though, glad you're digging it!
This album's going to be epic. What a return. The world needs to give bands like TBE and Karnivool the proper recognition
Definitely Karnivool as well! Considering he is the leading singer for Birds of Tokyo as well
...and Dead Letter Circus and COG too
