I like how Jane and Bingley's romance is completely opposite of what Elizabeth and Darcy had. Jane and Bingley had instant connection, but Elizabeth and Darcy took time to realize their love for each other. It's a contrast of how love develops in different ways, but are both successful.
I love how at 1:08 he was so focused on her that when he saw her walking away his first instinct was to follow her and it took him a bit to realize it was just part of the dance. UGH I WANT A MR.BINGLEY
Yes! And when he remarks about Jane and Lizzy (in the book), "If they had uncles enough to fill all Cheapside, it would not make them one jot less agreeable" ... Then I'm just like yes, Mr. Bingley, well done! It's a relief when a character in the novel says exactly what I'd like to say to Bingley's sisters. 😄📙💗 Jane and Charles Bingley are so beautiful together especially at the end, when the wedding bells ring and the Bingleys and Darcys both move to Derbyshire. In fact, Jane Austen tells us in the final chapter, that the two families were always close and the distance between them wasn't far... Makes me thirsty for a sequel! 📙❤️
The way she kept looking at him when he was not looking back😍 that actress did a great job showing jane's fellings and shyness.. amazing edit❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Brilliant work capturing the establishment of Jane and Bingley's emotions. I was so impressed when I saw Bingley's sad face in the carriage. He really was unwilling to leave because of her.
thank you so much for this. I've seen a million Lizzie x Darcy edits and never thought there could be Bingley x Jane edits. The bit at the end is the part where I always cry of joy in this movie, every goddamn time. This is beautiful, you made me connect with that intense feeling without watching the whole movie, thank you thank you thank you
Jane and Bingley are the golden couple in P & P. Jane being the lovely English rose and Bingley, the dashing blue-eyed hero. Only I wished he should have been firm with Darcy.
this couple is painfully kind and sweet that mr. bennet said 'they will be cheated assiduosly by their servants and be so generous with the rest, will all always exceed their income' 😭😭
What I most enjoy of Jane was her reaction when she says: *A thousand times, yes* ...You can see her obvious excitement and the smile in Bingley's face... And I hoped to see the same excitement or joy on Darcy's face when he finally gets to be engaged with Elizabeth, they put the sunset behind, and that was nice but...they let me with the feeling that something was missed...Elizabeth just plain said: *Your hands are cold* and...I was, WTF!!! That's all...oh my goodness, Jane and Bingley were more trudly...
Elizabeth and Darcy had the ending they needed. They both had finally set aside both their pride and their prejudices and laid themselves bare at one another’s feet, every flaw and insecurity and shortcoming, in the hopes that they would accept one another. Her remarking on his hands being cold, combined with the little kiss she presses to her fingers, is the first time she openly shows him how much she cares for him, in the subtlest and most loving kind of way, the first sign of soft tenderness she ever showed him. He made himself vulnerable to her in that moment by walking all the way there, an activity he knew she loved, and she let down her walls of stubborn pride and wit and showed him that his well-being meant everything to her
That's the whole point of Elizabeth's character though is she's the witty smart one who always has something to stay when she literally can't express her feelings for Darcy but wants him to know she loves him too she shows it by actions! By doing the highly inappropriate thing for that time, by kissing the man's hand. The whole point is that she's actually speechless for the first time in her life! Now she's the bumbling idiot trying to tell him she loves him too. Hands were hugely symbolic back then when a man asked a woman to marry him back then they would say "would you take my hand in marriage?" And she had already rejected his hand once so when she takes it and kisses it! which is a submissive gesture for a woman, she was telling him yes the only way she could.
I remember reading pride and prejudice and thinking why jane was described as lovely . Yes she is beautiful and sweet but lovely was a very specific word to describe her and then i saw rosamund pike as jane and it all made sense.
Wow... Never seen more then a few snippets of Gone Girl but seen her in other things. STILL didn't realise it was Rosamund Pike xD I think I associate her most with "World's End" by Simon Pegg xD
Rosamund Pike could have an acting career of the caliber of those of Grace Kelly and Ingrid Bergman. Her beauty and ability are equal to theirs. She should have exercised more discretion in deciding what roles to accept. I'm afraid she has fallen into a niche of playing strange characters, beginning with her role in Gone Girl. It has added up to being self-limiting, unfortunately.
When I read the book I was shipping really hard this couple and was very anxious about whether they'll do justice to Mr. bingley's character....but when I watched movie I was completely satisfied.
It's so sad that Charles Bingley is often unjustly overlooked. Out of all of the Austen heroes, he is my favourite and unlike Brandon, Willoughby, Edmund, Henry, etc - he doesn't have baggage!
That was a beautiful combination of choices of scenes, clips, dialogue, text, fonts, and music!! Even better for keeping the same music through to the end instead of suddenly changing to something else just because Jane said yes. The ending music remaining the same really elevated this piece of art. Thank you for creating and sharing this!
Bingley y Jane son mi pareja favorita!!! Ademas de que Bingley es muy guapo. Es mi segundo personaje favorito ya que se me hace muy tierno, siempre positivo y gracioso.
This is beautiful! I love how you’ve blended the audio/quotes overtop of the different scenes especially. I’m also so glad to see a video of one of my fave couples that doesn’t usually get much attention. Thank you for sharing!
This is so incredible. If you can, please do another one. You’re work is amazing and I couldn’t even do it even close to how amazing yours is if I tried. Also I love this couple so much, they’re just adorable.
I have a dvd of this film, with an option to watch it accompanied by the director’s comments. So I did that once, and he remarked on the bravery of the actress in that scene, because in real life, she and the actor who played Bingley had previously been together, but had split up. Makes it even more impressive.
Fun Fact : Rosamund Pike who played Jane Bennet and Simon Woods who played Charles Bingley were in a relationship when both attended Oxford University. Their relationship only last for 2 years before the making of this movie
The story seems to have proved Charlotte right. Had Jane shown more affection for Bingley, then Darcy wouldn't have thought her indifferent, and wouldn't have tried, or succeeded, at persuading Bingley thus.
when he slightly held the edge of her dress from the back my heart exploded ❤
I thought he was getting horny.
Same i found that very creepy 😂 its like their version of grabbing her from behind
yeah, he couldn't even touch her properly. but it looked so cute
@@hopecobb25 that's the point 😏
@@txrksh.5261 I know right ? 😂😂
jane bennett and meg march were such underrated characters. they are so similar and their relationships too.
oh yes you opened my eyes! they are really similar!
Jane=Meg, Lizzy=Jo, Lydia=Amy, Beth=Mary!!
@@sayansingha6370 I literally thought exactly the same thing
Jane and Bingley are SEVERELY underrated, they are both adorable, beautiful souls that shall be protected at all costs and are made for each other
Just love the actor who played Bingley he brought such joy to the part his smile is really lovely
Could habe put ked a better actor. Something very gauche about him. 1995 Bingley better
I was so sad when she felt like he didn't care about her when he was gone when he actually was in love with her. I'm so into their couple ! 🥺🥰
Agree. This couple is so cute, I love them❤️
There are not enough Jane and Bingley edits but this one makes up for it by being everything you could wish for. It is sheer perfection.
god, you appreciate my work so much, thank you.
Agreee

My heart broke for her when Bingley just took off. I'm glad things worked out in the end, though.
i was so sorry for her, my heart just broke
They’re so cute
YES, cutest couple
I love how at 1:08 he was so focused on her that when he saw her walking away his first instinct was to follow her and it took him a bit to realize it was just part of the dance. UGH I WANT A MR.BINGLEY
We all know Mr. Darcy IS the guy. But I've had my heart stolen by Mr. Bingleys in real life 😂😍
Mr. Darcy is great in theory, but in todays grimm reality, the Mr. Bingleys are the real deals!
@@Girl95szia Eh
The way he says “she does indeed” just gets me every time
Mr Bingley Is so lovely!! I love him, in the movie and in the book as well, is such a beautiful character, is a beautiful person and a lovely man.

Yes he’s married to a man now. But the actors really used to be together.

A great sweetness in the relationship between Jane Bennet and Mr Bingeley. The final moments when he proposes to her is truly so sensitive,

god, you made me cry, thank you. and yes, it's so strange that there are no edits with this couple, because they are so beautiful
Jane and Bingley are the golden couple in P & P. Jane being the lovely English rose and Bingley, the dashing blue-eyed hero. Only I wished he should have been firm with Darcy.
that line, "he thought me indifferent," was really sad.
this couple is painfully kind and sweet that mr. bennet said 'they will be cheated assiduosly by their servants and be so generous with the rest, will all always exceed their income' 😭😭
They have the sweetest relationship❤️

Isn't Elizabeth reminding us of the old saying "Cold hands, warm heart"?
Such a pure, light, genuine love ❤️ they’re just the cutest!!! This edit is wonderful.
omg thank you ❤️
I feel soooo sorry for those who have never found the “love of their life.” I thank God for my sweetheart, best friend and wife!
The best Jane/Bingley video I've ever seen 😍😍
Thank you ❤️
the way rosamund performed in this movie is imaculated
I remember reading pride and prejudice and thinking why jane was described as lovely . Yes she is beautiful and sweet but lovely was a very specific word to describe her and then i saw rosamund pike as jane and it all made sense.
Jane is an absolutely adorable young lady. Much more than Elizabeth.
She Breaks me every time ... in a very gentle way ... like a flower breaks the flow of the wind.
It's so hard to see Rosamund Pike playing a different character when you already watch Gone Girl. 😐
I've never watched Gone Girl for that reason. This is Rosamund Pike to me. :)
Wow... Never seen more then a few snippets of Gone Girl but seen her in other things. STILL didn't realise it was Rosamund Pike xD I think I associate her most with "World's End" by Simon Pegg xD
EXACTLY. I just cannot see her as someone who is NOT manipulative/cunning now. That's my problem though
That’s what a good actress does. She can make you love her, hate her, envy her, yet be disgusted with her. She pulls off every role very well
Rosamund Pike could have an acting career of the caliber of those of Grace Kelly and Ingrid Bergman. Her beauty and ability are equal to theirs. She should have exercised more discretion in deciding what roles to accept. I'm afraid she has fallen into a niche of playing strange characters, beginning with her role in Gone Girl. Excellent job showing a beautiful couple. We need more of them. ☺️

Great direction- when he held her dress. Said all we needed to know about his love
Mr. Bingley is a human golden retriever 😂
😂So funny! I guess I'm one too.😆
In that case, Mr. Darcy is a Silken Windhound.
Scenes from an American movie based on an English novel and embellished with french music. Love how international this fan-edit is.
It’s not American
That "a thousand Times yes" wasnt un the book but added a lot of feelings to their beautifull ending
It's so sad that Charles Bingley is often unjustly overlooked. Out of all of the Austen heroes, he is my favourite and unlike Brandon, Willoughby, Edmund, Henry, etc - he doesn't have baggage!
How could such a lovely man have such a cruel sister?
That was a beautiful combination of choices of scenes, clips, dialogue, text, fonts, and music!! Rosamund Pike was the perfect Jane. Which is funny because she also does soulless, diabolical characters really well too. A true, well rounded talent.
EPIC MASTERPIECE OF THE ENGLISH CINEMA, EPIC ACTORS, EPIC LINES, EPIC EVERYTHING. WHEN I SAW THIS MOVIE I WAS DAZZLED ❤
