    I grew up with everything I needed since I was born. We never had worry of money in the house but I saw extreme poverty in my grandparents house in the first 10 years. So even though I don’t have first hand experience of poverty, I have lived in it from time to time and still have deep empathy of people born without money. It is actually very difficult to understand why the poor stay poor. Most people judge them and say that they are lazy, but it is extremely hard to come out of poverty. You need tremendous amount of luck and support to come out even in 2 generations.

      Hell don't even have a kid even if you are fertile.
      Life isn't that easy when you are barely surviving. Stop procreating. Start living. Be grateful.
      Its a self reminder.

    Personal:
    - 20k parents
    - 15k-20k monthly food because I do invest in nutrition now with money.
    - 14k rent
    - 2.5k appliances rent
    - 20k Indian SIP
    - 12k on US investment
    - 12k on medical insurance per month
    - 1250 per month term insurance
    The anxiety of losing a stable job is always there. Sigh! But having no debt, parents having their own home and enough for stable living in Lucknow is a little reassuring.
    Giving a past relationship with money, I am building 18 months of emergency funds, rather than 6. Cannot let go of that insecurity.
    I know once I have that emergency fund, if everything goes right, there will be another mind switch when I'll play the game of calculated risk finally. 1.5 years more to achieve it in the current salary if everything goes right.
    I can finally do what I want in life not what I must do. And yes, no time for a relationship. Too much risk to lose everything to risk it at this point at 29 years.

    Let's be honest here, many expanses in Aruns life are baseless and useless atleast to me. The first baseless expanse is taking autorickshaws every day, which drains a lot of money from the principal salary. Instead of riding in rickshaw, he can buy a second hand vehicle or like shwetabh said, a good bicycle for commute. The second is spending thousands of Rs on cosmetics, like wtf, even girls don't spend this much monthly. Even a deo easily runs 2-3 months for me, a face wash will easily run 3-4 months and creams and other stuff will also last like 3 months atleast, I make beard at home and even can cut decent haircut. Yes I can understand haircut and shave is something people like to have in barbershop but thousands of cosmetics is very unreal thing to hear. 3rd is Sending 20K per month to your parents is not happening with many individuals. If you're working in bengalore and having a salary of 50-70k, so it's possible that the parents have their own source of income or their pensions are coming or they have a good amount of savings, so it depends. 4th I would not go to malls, eating your meals outside, buying stuff online regularly because my conscience wil not allow me to do all these things, because I know that I am not making a lakh per month, here comes responsibility, and you have to have responsible behaviour, because it's very much needed. 5th, instead of keep spending on stuff that is not important, I would simply double the sip amount and would have extra money saved for emergency situations, this would help me to generate a significant amount of money within a period of ten years. So, I just want to say that, if you have a salary of 50K, then you're bind to live a life that is best suitable to your salary, this will be smart way to live. If the situation changes, I mean when your salary increased by 15 to 20% then you can spend some money on luxuries like watching movie in cinemas, eating outside, going to a trip, etc. I know many people don't want to live a life like I mentioned again it depends but this is how I live if I see myself in that scenario. The life of security guard is rightly told in this video though.

    • @siddhant...
      @siddhant... Месяц назад

      There are some specifics which can be off here, but over-all the idea is same. A person earning that much can't save a lot, cannot afford to spend on girls a lot.
      I say the overall expenditure is same because they dont mention many things like smoking/drinking which can easily burn 6-8k a month, and then 5k for grocery is also very less in my opinion especially if someone is a non vegetarian or prefers a high protein healthy diet.
      So even if 20k sending home is not the case for all, still there are many expenses they didn't cover, also travelling home is another.

    • @rahulbeats8251
      @rahulbeats8251 Месяц назад

      I don't think you understood my comment at all. So for you, spending thousands on cosmetics, going to gym, spending on useless things every month online is a good way to live life in a city like bengalore with a salary of 50K per month? I can see who's being mature here😂. I said instead of wasting precious money to above mentioned useless stuff, one should increase the savings for good in a span of 10 years. But I don't think you understood this mere thing. I think you are one of those fools who wants to waste money on useless garbage things instead of making some value out of it. I bet you're one of those who eat a lot junk outside because you cannot live without it. I dont see any survival abilities after reading your comment. May be you come from prosperous background. And I don't see any sense marrying when you're just making 50k a month, in this way you will make your life much worse. You don't have basic sense of survival. If one spend thousands of rupees on material then how come will he be able to pay for accomodation, commute and other more important stuff? I wish you would have thought about it before writing your baseless reply. @groot9026

    • @rahulbeats8251
      @rahulbeats8251 Месяц назад

      @@siddhant...Bro if a person wasting his/her money on stuff like alcohol and cigarettes with a salary of 50K a month, it says that person is a fool. If he wants to be like this all his life, then he should not live in tier 1 city like bengalore. Because in this scenario that person is merely living on daily wage, he's not saving anything which is a very important aspect of making money. I don't see any sense in spending thousands of rupees on cosmetics, having meals in restaurants, going to gym, instead I would buy a good bicycle for me, going to malls every week and spending thousands there, is not sensible at all. You saying 5k on groceries per month, however it's very high for me. I can live in half of it, even 2000 per month on groceries. Yes sure you can do all these things if you're earning 1lakh or 2lakh per month, but still alcoholic expanses are useless even if a person earns 10 lakhs per month. The simple thing is that people want to live rich life in 50k salary, this is not how life should go on of a 50k salaried person. Specially if that person is working and living in a city like bengalore. That's why I said, people have to bind themselves to live a life according to a 50k salary. This is survival bro. You have to think about the years ahead of you, hence you have to start investing. But the first commentor under my comment doesn't understood this mere thing, I think he comes from prosperous background, hence this mindset of him, which is not mature at all.

    • @rahulbeats8251
      @rahulbeats8251 Месяц назад

      For people like you, spending thousands on cosmetics, having meals outside, visiting malls and spending thousands there, not thinking about investing, which is literally related to growing your money. I can see from where you are coming from. If a person starts living like you want to, then that person is actually burning his money. He's not growing. Because he wants live a life with a 50k salary that is not sensible. But because that guy loves material, he will surely make sure that one day he left with credit card loans on his head, and will find recovery agents on the front door😂 @groot9026

      U are dumb . Most poor people do not do family planning. Its not their fault but ultimately it puts more burden on them .
      Also wealth tax will not do shit here because 95% of people are poor . Taxing 5% will not be enough. Also it will drive rich people away from india to other destinations, further reducing the bracket of people who are actually running the country's economy.
      Doesn't matter what u think but only top 10% are running the country's economy. Even if u remove the bottom 50% , it will not have any effect on India's economy.
      It's like a disguised employment, where there are large number of employees but most of them aren't giving any significant contribution.
      In india , government should have focussed more on lower groups family planning. But it's the opposite that is happening today .
      Higher income groups having less children and lower having more .
