Just curious how much it was for the dyno tune. I’m guessing even with that added cost it’s still cheaper than the supercharger route. I was pretty much dead set on a supercharger for my 97 Cobra but your cost breakdown really helped to sway me towards the turbo route, plus I like that the kit comes intercooled. Kenne Bell only makes one kit for the 96-98 Cobras and it’s non-intercooled and limited to about 11psi I think. Sounds like the turbo has way more potential. Great stuff, guys!

I think you could build one for cheaper
You definitely can. We went with all brand new parts that were from reputable companies
In my opinion those on3 oil relocation kits are useless. I went with the MMR Oil Filter relocation kit. Much much higher quality, I wouldn't put trust in the regular kit, if you bust a motor mount and the engine torques over, it is liable it to rip those stock lines right off the block or filter and bye-bye oil pressure.
Yeah we upgraded the lines to AN and the third generation oil relocation kit tho is pretty solid so far. Maybe upgrading down the line
I put a vortech supercharger on my 99 gt cheaper than that
Yeah they'll be cheaper, but aren't as efficient and can't make the same power as a turbo does
@@RatchetWrenches they can make just as much boost as a turbo. Mine came with a 3.60 pulley and I put on a 3.33 with bigger injectors but you can go as small on the pulley and get as much boost as you want as long as you give it the fuel and tune
To damn much
Not really. A coyote swap costs $10-15k to do it right and that's what everyone else does
Only way your gonna get boost cheaper is either nitrous or used vortech. That's not a bad price compared to other competitors.
