      It can make as much or more than any of the newer coyotes and its in a much lighter car and it is still alot less all in than buying a newer coyote and then doing a big power build on that. Everyone always says oh you gotta do more mods on the old cars yea but they coat way less money so you have less into it when it's all said and done and have equal or better results and many people prefer the older cars me included.

      I plan to build an engine for my 2v fox... un decided on which forced induction I'm going with. I'm really considering a kenne bell on top of trick flow heads...
      It all adds up, I'm like 15k into my 4.6 swap fox but that's with a holley terminator x and holley digital dash, lots of aftermarket suspension, built rear axle and so on. And that's just parts, I'll done all the labor myself in my driveway.
      It made the 600 mile round trip to lmr cruise in for 2023 and got 21 mpg running 75-80 on i35 with 3.73 gears she's humming at 2400 rpm

      Boosted mod motors can put in work ecsp for the money spent. Most newer coyote cars plus mods cost way more than one of these properly built with forced induction and everything needed to make big reliable power. What I think is funny is how many ppl think ol 4.6 can't do more than 400 wheel like no matter what. Ppl don't even understand what a built short block is anymor

    • @RidinDirtyRollinBurnouts

    seen an awesome 2011 mustang gt on face book market place with a rebuilt title .. runs perfectly for $4800 and all kinds between 7 and 8k hmmm the swap is not worth it anymore

      Everyone's got their own opinion. I personally like the sound of a 2v way more than the 5.0's. And with a built bottom end I'm capable of making 1000whp if I wanted to with the right supporting mods. And my title isn't rebuilt haha

      It definitely was! And once I get the E-85 tune most likely will make 500 hp with ease on around 6-8lbs if I were to guess

      @divergxnt364 9 месяцев назад

      Fr! That's not counting the turbo & miscellaneous parts to make everything work lol. 😂 But E is definitely the way to go! How much boost are you currently running on pump gas? 🤔

    • @RatchetWrenches
      @RatchetWrenches  9 месяцев назад

      @divergxnt364 oh yeah its well into the 10's of thousands when you count that and the turbo kit. But I'm not sure how much currently probably just a couple lbs. I just cruise it until I'm ready for E-85 tune

      @RatchetWrenches I’ve had the thought on fully building a 2v simply for the hp
      capabilities with a stroker kit. The heads I mentioned and with high compression and a high lift cam. I could see this motor hitting 450+ whp with the right fuel. T56 transmission and good suspension. Great weekend track car. Or sleeper down at the races. Shit throw a 300 shot on top of it. 😳 that’s a bad ass 2v. With a/c

      What a dumb comment and question. Can take the time to write a comment but can't actually watch the video to see the damn total? This is what is wrong with people anymore. No attention span, ignorant, rather have someone tell them than actually find out anything. Goes deeper than this video obviously

    Look at blueprint motors. For a 436 hp sbc its about $7000. Dressed. Thars with core. Youve put the best in yours and the blueprint is not all the best. You did good!!

    Confused. I have a 2valve I've built and owned 11 years I used to beat everything. 400hp na. Original 2valve 4.6. Had nitrous. Moser axles 31 spline carrier everything! Old street racer tricks included. But I'm 400hp. With 410 gear. Tall fat mickeys on mine. Why do u have that hp.and cost..and u have no wheel tire package. I just spun my fully built 5th gen camaro off the road totalling it. I thought nittos at 300 a piece was enough. U need a tire plus it'd look better. Nothing looks good on these but BBK or a fat back skinny front set up

    • @RatchetWrenches
      @RatchetWrenches  4 месяца назад +1

      This cost was to build the long block that's capable of turning it up to 1000 RWHP. It's making well over 400HP now. And the tire look is all preference.
