This is begging to be a kick starter project. Something the size of an electric lawn mower that works a little a a romba for your driveway. Autosense 6ft of snow... gets cleaned up before you awake for work. Ahh, and 50% of w hat wait winter suck would just dissapear.
dude that was brilliant!!! you need to patent this idea... snow plow rc, no need to shovel all in one package, plow and bucket...plow area scoop up with bucket, great chore for the kids if you trust them ( like any dad wants to let his son have all the fun?), I would be happy to plow the sidewalk every time it snows... heavy snow you are gonna be out side for quite a while and extra batteries are a must. BRILLIANT!!!
Did any neighbors come over and ask you to plow their driveway or sidewalk? Just re-watched this video again to compare with another home-made plow setup from another channel. Hands down, yours totally kicks ass compared to his and your video is from nine years ago. Yet another reason why I keep watching your vids…….Ingenuity!!!

I know there are many comments and such so disregard if someone has said this, but this would be an excellent way of shoveling snow and not be out in the elements. All someone need to do is after placing it outside, to stand by a window to watch the progress and guide it along with enough batteries to replace when power gets low until the job is done. ^_= Very good and entertaining as well. Thank you again for sharing. Keep up the good work and keep them coming. ^_^

I guess best way to construct a plow or al is to buy a scrap-aluminium pipe and cut out plow, reinforce sides and groundknife with Duraluminium or a l Anyway Nice build w the truck More weight set on each wheel will get You higher push-strength w the snowplowing, i e wont spin easy. Just need find balance Something else I just remembered. .... A friend of mine converted a hydraulic gardentractor made by Stiga ( 20years ago) to RC and plowed snow while sittning indoors and mowed grass sitting on his gardenchair Dont know if he still has it, he had it for sale for appr 3200€ including all the Graupner RC-control spares a s f ( I ll see if I can find a video of it) :-)
Awesome job man! The tire chains looked real good, nice job on those. Probably took a while to make and it definitely paid off. The truck, overall, looks great too. Again, awesome!
That's cool as hell. I did some snow plowing also here in the mountain state with the Artic Cat 500. Quickly found out even with my 4×4 I needed chains. It only weights about 700 and we had between 14 and 16 inches of snow. At first I lost winch control because my solenoid was freezing up at 10 degrees or so. And to think I thought it was unstoppable lol...
Nice setup! You suppose the truck is dog walking due to the down pressure of the plow? Probably not much can be done about that. Impressive none the less.
