I bought the package that comes with the high hat, 18 inch ride, 15 inch China and 9 inch splash and I also bought two 15 inch three zone rides to use as crash cymbals! I just ordered August 4th. Hopefully it doesn’t take months to get to Florida! Great review!
Ive noticed that, at least on the guitar end, better products are available for cheaper across the board. But this comes at the cost of some DIY finishing and dressing on the owners end. Worth it for many of us who dont mind rolling up our sleeves.
Nice job. I couldn’t agree more on the clamps! Coming from using a Gibraltar rack, e-racks are so frustrating to have to take everything apart to change a setup! Maybe ok if you just play a standard configuration in the same places constantly. I like to tinker though and try different things.
Glad I found your channel. Love the review and straight forward presentation. I have a mash up kit of a Titan 50 and DIY Pearl acoustic and I really want to upgrade the hi-hat and cymbals with Lemon products but I will need to get a Roland Td-17 or eDrumin 10 to get dual zone and triple zone cymbal capability plus I still haven't bought a VST. Keep up the good work
Very nice review. I just recently bought my very first Lemon cymbals (Two Lemon LE-9C2 9" Dual Zone Splash Cymbals). I have them hooked up to an eDrumin 10 using Superior Drummer 3. (My kit originally started out as a Roland TD-17 KVX2.) While I can't vouch for how long they will last since I have only had them set up for about a week but so far, I have been pretty impressed! Hopefully this doesn't sound like a sales pitch, but I purchased the cymbals through e-Drumcenter, and didn't have to pay the crazy shipping costs nor wait a long time if bought through Alibaba. And as a bonus, I also got free shipping and a two-year warranty to boot! *RANT* Regarding the Roland clamps, I absolutely HATE having to disassemble portions of the rack just to add a clamp to hold a pad or cymbal. I really wish Roland would get their shit wired and quit making things difficult in order for them to save a buck and charge the customer more bucks and would have been nothing for them to use the type of clamp that Lemon included in the expansion kit you reviewed. I am glad to see more competition in the eDrum market. *END RANT*
Thanks for watching. the lemon clamps could be just a touch easier to use if they put the wingnut on a hinge like a lot of the gibraltar hardware uses, but they are still so much easier than the roland for the exact reason you mentioned.
thanks for the review! I have these pads myself, I would like the lemon company to make the cymbal pads more round and not so flat, Roland looks better in this regard
I dont understand why there are not more vids of the lemon drum kits out there? some one must of bought one? They are pretty cheap. the t850 looks half decent and its only 800 bucks?

Probably already been asked a million times, but do they work with Roland edrums, ❤
Yes. This was recorded with a Roland TD17 module.
Great review as always! What link do you use to order them? Thanks!
