Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.
YES very sure of Dr.benfungi. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

I use to smoke 20/30 cigarettes a day and alcohol every day. Now 20 plus yrs sober. Thank you God for the wisdom and strength to quit cold turkey 🙏 Love you Steve.
I quit drinking on the 13th of April this year, cold turkey after "weaning down" for over a year after being a full blown very functional alcoholic for over 10 years... And I won't knock my journey bc I needed that time to find intentionality but I had to apologise to my body for all I put it through. I DIDN'T KNOW. I'm so clear headed, so present, not worried about the past or future. I'm trying to be like you! Thanks for sharing your story. Gives me even more hope

a lot of people will drink alcohol but will never touch other types of drugs so it's important to differentiate between the two. That's what they have alcohol anonymous and narcotic anonymous. Also alcohol is legal while drugs are usually not but regardless yes it is a drug. There are many types of snakes but you just don't say oh look a blue snake in oh a red snake we need a different rate between the species to know what we're really dealing with.

According to doctors alcohol is a hardcore drug and if you compare it to something like weed and there’s no comparison when it compares to harm on society/body/family life yet alcohol is “legal”. It’s like saying I like water and liquid beverages. The harm is too deep to admit, the damage to society has been done and if they admit it they will never be trusted again so they keep pushing it down to other politicians, it’s disgusting. He's 100% right about the escape part.. drugs will help you escape reality and live like nothing can touch you and nothing matters.. but once they're gone - You're right back where you were before you used them to get that temporary feeling.. and 9 times out of 10 - where you end up being back to before you used to escape reality, is worse now because you used and you have to deal with the after effects of whatever substance you took on top of the reality that you tried to escape from...

I just figured this out for myself. I stopped smoking and drinking for 2 weeks. I've painted, I wrote songs, I've built things, solved many problems that had be bothering me for ages... I just realized I was bad at these things all the time I was altering my mental. It's like it was cutting off my spiritual connection, and when it came back, there was a flood of creativity.

This is the reason I stopped weed! Im a painter n weed never motivated nor made me creative. I don't knock ppl for smoking but it ain't for me anymore! I smoked n lied to myself for 15 years n im glad im done with it!
I feel you. I think there's a time and place for everything. Indulging in weed is meant to be used on your off time...when you and some friends are kicking it and just having fun. When it comes to work or anything that requires plenty of critical thinking...it aint happening with weed. Unless your living freely and completely off the land of some sort.
I've smoked weed plenty of times and didn't want to do absolutely anything. It made me distance myself from family at times and made small problems seem larger than life. Should only be used for Medicinal and Free time.
problem is from using it for free time and fun you could addicted and hooked on it.It sure happened to me. I was using marijuana and alcohol recreationaly for over five years before addiction took over. I was addicted for over 8 years but i have been clean for 9 years.from my experience i will advice people to stay off any psycho active substance.
Humanity is subjective, you people need to realize that because something happens for or to you. It doesn't make it an established fact. Weed doesn't MAKE you creative, for me it just gives me more access to the creativity I already posses, it gets my mind running faster, it removes creative inhibition.

The amount of money spent, and time as well, looking for drugs, picking it up, doing the drugs... spending more money on it. You get high, then what? Did it really make your day that much better? Or are you addicted to the feeling of being care free.

Weed makes you okay with being bored. It's worse than alcohol in my opinion because there is no rock bottom with weed it lulls you until 10 years pass by and you havent done anything with your life other than get high

I'm an alcoholic. My issue is I'm a naturally depressed person so I gravitate towards booze to alleviate my anxiety and self hate. I wish I could have the same healthy mentality as Steve Harvey. My mind has always been unhealthy. I've tried quitting booze so many times. But its so hard for me. I really respect Steve Harvey. God bless.

@Ryan Burns you need to make a decision not to be depressed, because depression is a choice. The legal drug dealers (aka doctors) say it's a disease but that is ONLY to sell you more drugs. At 64 I am NEVER depressed, and I will never be depressed even if I live to be 100. Is everything right with me? Absolutely not. It's a choice I've made. I do not smoke. I do not do drugs (legal or illegal). I do not drink alcohol. This is not to beat my chest, but to show the power of making choices. Your mind, with the help of God, is sufficient to take you through every situation you may face un-altered. It is that powerful.

Always come back to this video once in a while. It’s a great piece of advice from a very knowledgeable man. Moral of the story, everything in moderation, be comfortable in your own skin and don’t depend on drugs and alcohol to do something for you. Bro fr I got recommended this and thought if it’s a joke video cause the man is literally holding a cigar in the thumbnail and wants to talk about how drugs are no good in his opinion. This man smokes as much cigars as most do cannabis and it’s no difference. The same things he had said about people convince themselves its good for them can be used the same way against him as he uses his cigars pretty much any chance he gets. Man Is a hypocrite and always have seen him as one tbh. His work is great but the messages he gives to try and help people all the time have always felt self centered. Rather than actually trying to help people he just tries to make himself look better just cause the shit he uses isn’t green or in a bottle. I've been trying to quit drinking and smoking weed. I'm not going to lie, its fun to let loose with friends! But, I agree it diminishes my abilities and slows down my success. Its been 3 weeks without a drink, only a few days since I've smoked weed but its a start.
It helps a lot when you pray and ask Jesus to take those desires away from you, i was a massive pothead and big drinker, and now I’m focused on health money and elevating into the person God created me to be. Hope this helps you and I hope you know that God loves you so so much and is looking to help you whenever you call out to Him, I know you’ve been through some hard things and it may seem like God left you, but the pain was part of His plan for your redemption so you could help others who had been in the same situation and that they can see that someone like them overcame what they’re struggling with🙏🏾 God bless you and I know your life is gonna change for the better💕

While I agree with him, I smoke weed very seldom (maybe 4-6 times a year) and it definitely gives a different perspective than being sober.
I don't believe that life is always about using your god given gifts all the time.
Some times you need you sit down on a day off, get high on weed, and allow your soul to ruminate. Not because you can't do that without weed, but because it adds a different element to your perspective.

I here that shit!! I wasn’t shit when I was hooked on bud. Had a bad habit, wake & bake in the daily. Stopped smoking, attended college for 2 years, got a decent paying gig & then my own place. Been working since & have since moved 2 move times, each time into a bigger & nicer place. I might still be in the same Neighborhood but I’m living in a better apartment & the neighborhood isn’t bad. Finally got a ride too. It’s used but it’s mine. I’m making nearly 3 times as much as I said I hoped to be making back when I was getting high & an old friend asked me where do I see myself in 5 years. Oh!! Never sell yourself short. Aim high, you’ll get there. Had I said @ the time when I was asked that question that I see myself running my own business I would be by now.

Paying, using the Bible app and searching for devotionals in the plan section, read of my Bible and asking God for strength, I overcame this all in the space of 1 year. I used to smoke weed maybe few times a year for “fun” and 8 months ago I had a gummy then I had the worst trip ever. It left me with ptsd for few days and left me with derealization for months but I am slowly recovering. I am never smoking again or drinking
