I was meal prepping, but right now, my husband and I are struggling with money to the point that right now we are relying on Food Banks to get us through, so whatever the food bank gives us, is what I make our meals with.
my husband and i are obsessed with meal prep because between his job, me in grad school, and two toddlers - it saves our livesss. we meal prep long fermented sourdough waffles and breakfast burritos with siete tortillas that we keep in the freezer for easy breakfast options!! for dinners we love feeding our family and the freezer in the same night with a soup by using soup cubes to store the soup suuuper easily!

My favorite thing to meal prep is chopped veggies from the slap chopper. You can use it to cook with (like in your Shepards pie!), add as toppings to salads, freeze and pull out for later, make soups with, etc!

I don't meal prep very often, I tend to forget! But something that is always so helpful is meal prepping breakfast things. Some things I like to meal prep are: breakfast casseroles, muffins, hard boiled eggs, etc. :)

prepping breakfast is so helpful! spray baking pan-sautee up some onions, bell peppers and meat of choice on stovetop, let cool then add to a bowl-add in 6-8 eggs and ix. (add cheese if you like) bake at 350 for 15 minutes until eggs are set. cut into squares and they last 5 days. My husband makes it into a sandwich and I enjoy with avocado and fruit!
My favorite meals to prep in bulk, is chili and lentil soup. I can easily have those meals back to back! and both meals pair so good with potatoes, salad and avocado! my favs!
I love to meal prep my proteins and my carbs (usually potatoes). Makes my life so much easier and I typically just cook fresh veggies throughout the week!
I don’t really meal prep but I just love chopping all my veggies way before I make my meals. I loveee using my veggie chopper such a huge game changer.

I usually make farro and roast any 2-3 veggies I have on hand like carrots, broccoli, and brussels sprouts and then make an avocado cilantro dressing and top the bowl with some greens! This is such yummy and nutritious lunch that I love prepping for myself❤️

I love meal prepping a taco potato bowl. I prepare the taco meat and cheese and air fry organic potatoes. When I’m ready to eat I just heat it up and add spinach, tomatoes, and avocado. It’s so filling!

I have been meal prepping chicken thighs marinated in asian flavors! Korean bbq, teriyaki, tikka masala, and such! I grew up living with my Japanese grandmother so the sweet and savory balances found in these Asian dishes is close to my heart :) thank you always for living out Matthew 5:14-16. my absolute favorite meal prep is freezer prep! it saves money, lowers food waste and is so convenient! i love prepping protein pancakes, muffins, breakfast sandwhiches and even healthy casseroles. Such a game changer and you dont have to worry about spoilage as much!
I love to meal prep at least 2-3 different proteins, veggies, at least 2 carbs to last 2-3 days at a time so we have the variety of options and ready to put meals together. I have my husband plus 2 growing boys who play sports. So they love the options I mean prep. Plus having a variety in our nutrition is good for the microbiome. Another great video. I can totally relate to how you felt having hypothyroidism. I was once diagnosed with it and was able to reverse it without taking meds; just by making changes to my nutrition.
My mom used to always make us take bee pollen when we were kids. You have inspired me to start taking it again :) I don't do a lot of meal prep but I do like to have some pre cut veggies and lots of fruit available for easy snacks for our family.

I love meal prepping a Chickpea salad for lunches and a tikki masala sauce that I can pair with Tofu or chicken and whatever veggies I have in the fridge. The tikki masala recipe I use is another one that you just add all the ingredients to the blender and then heat it up with your protein, so good and easy!

I love dicing up veggies and putting them in mason jars to have a “salad bar” in my fridge. I love big salads for lunch but it takes so much time to chop everything. I usually do cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled beets, carrots and bell peppers. Makes lunch time soooo much easier!!! ❤

I actually love watching your content while meal prepping 🙌🏼 I meal prep breakfast bowls for the hubby (potatoes, steak, eggs, cheese) and his favorite garlic lemon chicken and maple Dijon Brussels sprouts for lunch 👩🏻🍳 it helps so much to not have to cook every single day, even tho I love it, because life gets busy!
My husband and I basically meal prep everything. We have very busy lives so cooking everyday isn't realistic. We even meal prep breakfasts! I have a spinach wrap breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon. We make a huge batch on Sunday and put them in the freezer for the week. It's so easy to heat in the microwave and eat on my commute to work!

My absolute favorite thing to meal prep is baked sweet potatoes- I use them as a base for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or even just a snack! I love them for breakfast topped with egg/avocado/bacon/Parmesan or berries and yogurt, and for lunch or dinner with taco toppings or chicken/tuna salad- the possibilities are endless! 😋
Lately I’ve been loving prepping sausage balls for me and my 10 month old son! Been a great source of protein, carb, and fat, and we love eating them together when I don’t have time to cook!!😉

A super easy go to meal prep for me is air fried chicken, steamed broccoli with roasted sweet potatoes. I just recently started doing a sweet potato medley, where I just roast purple, Japanese, and orange sweet potatoes with yams. Soooo good💗

My favorite thing to meal prep lately has been different sauces/dips. I’m on a strict elimination diet to help my migraines, so meal prep has been boring. Different sauces and dips have helped so much in adding some spice to my meal prep life 🤣 last week I did Chimichurri, a dairy free Tziki and a date salad dressing.

I meal prep meat whether it be marinated and baked chicken to throw on salads or wraps, or chuck roast that I slow cook for tacos, bowls and more. Such a game changer! I always have sauces too depending on what we are having like tzatziki, chimichurri or salsas.
I love meal prepping my proteins. Doing crockpot chicken for chicken enchiladas, bbq chicken sliders, chicken burrito bowls. Makes my week so much easier ! 😊

I don’t do a lot of meal prepping but I do like to prep and chop veggies like onions, carrots, celery, and I usually make a batch of sweet potato fries for sides throughout the week. I also like to make some sauces like a dairy free ranch to have on hand. 😊

I actually love watching your content while meal prepping 🙌🏼 I meal prep breakfast bowls for the hubby (potatoes, steak, eggs, cheese) and his favorite garlic lemon chicken and maple Dijon Brussels sprouts for lunch 👩🏻🍳 it helps so much to not have to cook every single day, even tho I love it, because life gets busy!
My husband and I basically meal prep everything. We have very busy lives so cooking everyday isn't realistic. We even meal prep breakfasts! I have a spinach wrap breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon. We make a huge batch on Sunday and put them in the freezer for the week. It's so easy to heat in the microwave and eat on my commute to work!

I don't meal prep but I snack prep. Lots of fresh washed veggies , berries and grassfed beef sticks , cheese and nuts for when you are on the go! Also, we are loving beekeepers naturals and thank you for the code!
My absolute favorite thing to meal prep is baked sweet potatoes- I use them as a base for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or even just a snack! I love them for breakfast topped with egg/avocado/bacon/Parmesan or berries and yogurt, and for lunch or dinner with taco toppings or chicken/tuna salad- the possibilities are endless! 😋
Lately I’ve been loving prepping sausage balls for me and my 10 month old son! Been a great source of protein, carb, and fat, and we love eating them together when I don’t have time to cook!!😉
I like to prep a few natural dressings and sauces. And I’ll also clean, cut up veggies for meals over the next few days so they stay fresh. And i also like using my crock pot to cook chicken thighs to use too!

Meal prep for me usually just looks like cooking more of what I'm already making but if we are having a particularly busy week then I would at least prep some beans in the pressure cooker and bake extra bread.

A super easy go to meal prep for me is air fried chicken, steamed broccoli with roasted sweet potatoes. I just recently started doing a sweet potato medley, where I just roast purple, Japanese, and orange sweet potatoes with yams. Soooo good💗

My favorite thing to meal prep lately has been different sauces/dips. I’m on a strict elimination diet to help my migraines, so meal prep has been boring. Different sauces and dips have helped so much in adding some spice to my meal prep life 🤣 last week I did Chimichurri, a dairy free Tziki and a date salad dressing.
My favorite thing to meal prep is teryaki tofu!! With cauliflower fried rice!
