I have been loving stretching like a little kid in bed before getting up, I had forgot to do this but now that I’m doing it again it feels just soooo good.
I always struggled with low progesterone as well. Had 4 early miscarriages and then 2 years of infertility. I focused on my health, lost weight, cut out processed foods and I got pregnant and then started progesterone suppositories and all that helped me sustain my pregnancy and now my little miracle is going to be 2 next week! I am so hopeful for you and Bo to experience having your little 🌈 baby as well!

Hey Cambria! I love my new quiet time with the Lord. I've been woken up by Him a lot earlier than usual and it's so nice being awake when the rest of the world is asleep. I get to read the Word, pray, and journal with no distractions at all. It's so intimate and I absolutely love this new routine with Jesus.
I love that the giveaway emphasizes on nourishing the heart and soul, and definitely that's what I'm experimenting on feeling heavy hearted and being sensitive about the things in life that we don't understand the reason of God. Sometimes we forget how blessed and unfortunate we are for only existing 💫. But, currently my favorite thing to do is early in the mornings I wake up and read and write my devotions, being with my three cats, and my husband 🤍
I have a very similar story to yours, where my gyno tried to tell me that there is nothing in my lifestyle that I can change to make my PCOS better, that the only way was birth control. And then I started asking her questions on research I had done and she kept dismissing it. So sad how uneducated and closed minded some doctors are. I am really loving my daily morning sunlight walks! I have been doing them on and off for over a year now, and when its too cold and rainy, I really miss them. I am back in an "on" season of them and it is so good for the soul!
I am currently ❤ loving journaling 😊 and doing more self care days, nice hot showers or baths with aromatherapy, at home facials, and painting my nails. It just relaxes me 🧘♀️.

I bought an espresso machine and I love coming home and having a latte. It’s definitely an investment, but I save money by not stopping and paying $5 plus for a coffee when I know I can make one just as good at home. I have been loving incorporating weightlifting into my workout routine. You talked about the benefits of even using light weights to get started and it’s been so cool to see my strength grow. I started with just two days a week and it’s been so rewarding that it’s keeping me motivated to keep going and keep growing. Also, I had to mention that I love milk and honey because in my Bible reading in a year plan, I am currently in Leviticus and your book is the encouragement that I need while reading through the more difficult Old Testament books😅 I almost have all the ingredients for the hydration drink and can’t wait to add that in too! When we first started dating and early in our marriage we would always go to the gym together, but in the last 2 years with a shift in our jobs we lost that connection and recently started making a conscious effort to do our workouts together! I have come to really love learning sourdough! I have always been intimidated by making anything that is a bread/baked good because it is so specific but I have really enjoyed learning it and not being intimidated. I love how i feel when i wake up after having magnesium in my water at night. also, many doctors i've seen have rushed me out and always left me feeling so frustrated or make me feel like a hypochondriac for asking questions about the symptoms i've been experiencing with hashimotos. There are great doctors out there that do help many people, but my experience has always left me feeling defeated. I bought an espresso machine and I love coming home and having a latte. It’s definitely an investment, but I save money by not stopping and paying $5 plus for a coffee when I know I can make one just as good at home. Hi Cambria! I have really been loving family walks with my husband and daughter! We love in AZ and know that we have to absolutely do anything and everything outdoors now before it starts getting miserably hot outside! We try to go on walks twice a day and it's the best part of the day!

Recently I have been loving reading!! Last year I read 24 books and I felt so proud of myself (I know that’s not a lot compared to some lol). Listening to audio books while I get ready for work and have breakfast has been so lovely!

I have been loving incorporating weightlifting into my workout routine. You talked about the benefits of even using light weights to get started and it’s been so cool to see my strength grow. I started with just two days a week and it’s been so rewarding that it’s keeping me motivated to keep going and keep growing. Also, I had to mention that I love milk and honey because in my Bible reading in a year plan, I am currently in Leviticus and your book is the encouragement that I need while reading through the more difficult Old Testament books😅 I almost have all the ingredients for the hydration drink and can’t wait to add that in too! Fresh flowers have also been a lovely addition to my kitchen 🌸

I've been loving working out with my husband again! When we first started dating and early in our marriage we would always go to the gym together, but in the last 2 years with a shift in our jobs we lost that connection and recently started making a conscious effort to do our workouts together! I have come to really love learning sourdough! I have always been intimidated by making anything that is a bread/baked good because it is so specific but I have really enjoyed learning it and not being intimidated. I've grown in confidence and love that I am giving my family healthy, homemade breads, English muffins and more. Thank you for inspiring us to give our bodies the best!

also, many doctors i've seen have rushed me out and always left me feeling so frustrated or make me feel like a hypochondriac for asking questions about the symptoms i've been experiencing with hashimotos. There are great doctors out there that do help many people, but my experience has always left me feeling defeated. Your channel has empowered me to be an advocate for my health and look to food as nourishment
