I’ve really been enjoying Pilates! I had to chill out a bit because I was a little too hard on my body and moved too fast, but now that I am going slower, I am loving it!
Since it’s winter here near Boston, I’ve been enjoying RUclips workouts, specifically Grow With Jo videos! They are realistic and doable for me and make me feel good about myself. What a fun Thrive haul too!

Great way to stretch and work on mobility alongside building strength in a low impact way. I try to supplement that with the gym 3 times a week to work on strength training using heavier weight. This has been great for me as I’ve struggled in the past with getting to the gym when I try to force myself to go 5 times a week. This routine has really helped with my energy lately! I look forward to getting lots of movements outdoors this spring and summer weather that’s daily walks to the park with the kiddos or nature hikes, runs with my husband, or biking!

I always a love an evening walk with my husband, but I've also recently been inspired to lift heavier weights. Not super heavy, just a bit more challenging! I think in the past I was overly fearful of hurting myself. Now I'm listening to my body and realizing that I can go a little harder. It's felt great! ❤

Taking walks outside for 10-15 minutes after every meal has been my jam lately! I am also trying to do strength training with weights 2-3 days a week when it feels good.
My favorite way to move is currently through sports! My basketball season ended today, and I will start soccer in a few weeks. It is so enjoyable to me to condition and practice with my friends and then apply what we learn in games. In my opinion, exercise is so much fun when you share the experience with others. ❤
My husband has tried over the years to get me to run with him, but I love taking walks! There is a park near our home with a tree-covered trail. It sits right next to a beautiful old cemetery with lots of trees and hills. It’s another popular place for walks. And oddly enough, I actually prefer walking there more than the park trail! Much more sunshine and views actually. ☺️
My favorite way to move right now is reformer Pilates. I honestly think it’s so fun and dynamic! It’s really helped me build muscle and is so low impact.

I just started doing Pilate videos at home and they have been such a game changer. Especially for correcting my pelvic floor issues. Within 2 weeks I have seen such a difference!

Currently working on finding a balance with movement. I have been talking lots of walks to try and reach more than 7,000 steps a day since I work from home. It helps feel awake, alert, and so good!

My favorite form of movement is honestly a combination of Pilates 2-3x per week, 2x strength training and walking daily (or at least whenever it's not too cold and snowy).
Love this! Tomorrow I am starting Week 7 of a 12 Week workout challenge, and I am so proud that I’m still in it!!! I also make sure that I get 13,000-14,000,steps in. I have never been this motivated!!! Walking has been a game changer for me!!! ❤❤

I recently got back into horse riding and I am loving it!! Such a good full body workout and it always relaxes me
