    My favorite way is walking but specifically OUTDOORS! Rain or shine. I love how it feels like a connection to god being outside in nature 🤍

    I’ve really been enjoying Pilates! I had to chill out a bit because I was a little too hard on my body and moved too fast, but now that I am going slower, I am loving it!

    Since it’s winter here near Boston, I’ve been enjoying RUclips workouts, specifically Grow With Jo videos! They are realistic and doable for me and make me feel good about myself. What a fun Thrive haul too!

I’m so glad I came across your channel because your content just embodies all my values and priorities in my life, I walk away from your videos feeling not only inspired but motivated to take action and change things in my life can be better. I’ve always been intrigued by the biochemistry behind how our bodies use nutrients to function on a cellular level and I learn something new with every video of yours I watch! Your content has truly helped me to focus on all the things that are truly important in my life and have helped teach me the importance of being intentional with every gift God gives us whether that’s a healthy body to move and nourish, pockets of time to spend in His presence, children to love and guide, family to help and care for.. your videos and your willingness to be vulnerable and share your story are truly a blessing ❤️
    I’ve been doing at home Pilates in the mornings before my two girls are up which has been so enjoyable! Great way to stretch and work on mobility alongside building strength in a low impact way. I try to supplement that with the gym 3 times a week to work on strength training using heavier weight. This has been great for me as I’ve struggled in the past with getting to the gym when I try to force myself to go 5 times a week. This routine has really helped with my energy lately! I look forward to getting lots of movements outdoors this spring and summer weather that’s daily walks to the park with the kiddos or nature hikes, runs with my husband, or biking!

    I was so excited to see you uploaded a video today Cambria!🩶 The way I currently like to move my body is by going on walks if it's warm enough or if the weather out is cold or rainy, I like to do a video workout on RUclips:)

    I always a love an evening walk with my husband, but I've also recently been inspired to lift heavier weights. Not super heavy, just a bit more challenging! I think in the past I was overly fearful of hurting myself. Now I'm listening to my body and realizing that I can go a little harder. It's felt great! ❤

    Hi Cambria, my favorite way of moving is walking. Most recently I walked 9 miles in one day up from 5. I discovered a new park near my house and I’ve been soaking in the sunshine.

    Taking walks outside for 10-15 minutes after every meal has been my jam lately! I am also trying to do strength training with weights 2-3 days a week when it feels good.

    My favorite way to move is currently through sports! My basketball season ended today, and I will start soccer in a few weeks. It is so enjoyable to me to condition and practice with my friends and then apply what we learn in games. In my opinion, exercise is so much fun when you share the experience with others. ❤

    My husband has tried over the years to get me to run with him, but I love taking walks! There is a park near our home with a tree-covered trail. It sits right next to a beautiful old cemetery with lots of trees and hills. It’s another popular place for walks. And oddly enough, I actually prefer walking there more than the park trail! Much more sunshine and views actually. ☺️

    My favorite way to move right now is reformer Pilates. I honestly think it’s so fun and dynamic! It’s really helped me build muscle and is so low impact.

    My fav way to move is taking a walk! Chicago winters are freezing though, so lately I try to take the long way around the grocery store to get a mini walk in lol. Always find something I didn't know I needed at Target or Whole Foods 😂

    Thrive market days are always so joyful, haha. I love watching what you get and immediately trying some of it! The aloe Vera has been great for my gut health!

    Currently working on finding a balance with movement. I have been talking lots of walks to try and reach more than 7,000 steps a day since I work from home. It helps feel awake, alert, and so good!

    I have a desk job so at times it can be easy to miss out on movement! I’ve been making it a daily habit to implement not only walks throughout the day but prayer walks! What better way to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with our Heavenly Father!❤

    Currently I weight train 4 days a week and on the fifth it is sprints, abs, and sauna. I love incorporating the sauna weekly now and sweating everything out. When it isn’t freezing I want to get back into sunrise and sunset walks

    Hi cambria. Walking outdoors or at work is my favorite way of moving my body. I've been on my feet on the go all my life. A prayer in the morning is what gets me through the days when I'm tired but still need to keep moving. I'm not as much into exercising anymore because I'm usually tired at the end of the day but I want to invest into buy a walking pad 😊 God bless you 💓

    Love this! Tomorrow I am starting Week 7 of a 12 Week workout challenge, and I am so proud that I’m still in it!!! I also make sure that I get 13,000-14,000,steps in. I have never been this motivated!!! Walking has been a game changer for me!!! ❤❤

    My favourite way to move right now is just taking a walk in the middle of the workday! I have a 9-5 office job, so a walk helps me get more steps in, and helps me a lot especially when I feel uninspired!

    I love taking nature walks outside on a little path by my house. I like taking my dog with me and having some 1 on 1 with God.
