I had to pause this video just to say… it is so rare to find people who have a genuine heart for others the way you do. I look forward to every video you post because you are just a breath of fresh air. I love hearing about your happy moments, your sad moments and your silly moments. Thank you for continuing to make these videos and connecting with us! You’re the best, Cambria! ❤
Cambria, I lost my baby girl at 18 weeks this past September! It was the worst and hardest thing I have ever been through, and grief still comes around! I am almost 30 and at times I feel like I am so behind, especially compared to others! Thank you for sharing your heart with us!!!❤ I feel so much less alone, I feel seen & known! God is SO good and you’re right he is NEAR to the broken hearted! I couldn’t have made it without him! He has carried me and is continuing to do so! ❤️ Your channel is my absolute favorite channel, as long as you’re here I’ll be here too!!! ❤ God Bless!
Im so sorry about your miscarriage. I lost a baby at 16 weeks when I was 18. It was something I processed on my own. Fast forward almost 10 years later, I’m married now and God has redeemed this part of my story with two healthy babies it still doesn’t take away from the pain and anguish of knowing a part of me is always missing. Watching Cambria’s videos and hearing how she talks about her miscarriage has helped bring peace when hearing this topic come up as it wasn’t something I fully processed but just kind of survived and swept under a run to keep moving on. It’s helping me learn to embrace it and talk about it in a different light and that it’s okay to do that! Even if it was during a time where my walk with the Lord wasn’t that great and it was with my ex boyfriend not my husband. Praying comfort over you and that God redeems every part of this for you. ❤
My friend my heart aches with you my friend, and just knowing we are not alone is so comforting and I’m so glad to share my heart with you! ❤️ and I’m so glad you feel seen and known because are ARE ❤️ He is so good and I’m so thankful He is near to our broken hearts. I’m so honored to hear that 😭❤️ I just love you!! I’ll always be here!! God bless you too my friend ❤️
Wooooooo Congratulations on graduating 🎉🎉 I am so proud of you. I have learned so much through you and your studying that I appreciate so much. I love when you talk about each individual mineral and why it’s important. I know you always stop yourself and say I won’t bore you with the detail. Haha but please I want to know all the stuff. I have transformed how I feel with the snippets you share. If you bring back for podcast I would love to hear all the nitty-gritty details of vitamins and minerals and supplements, and just everything. I know it would help so many of us out. And to answer the giveaway question I love to bake banana bread I know it’s so simple but my family absolutely adores it ❤ Thank you Cambria hope you have a great rest of the week ❤
Your raw, real emotion and vulnerability is a powerful inspiration. It is ok to hurt and to sit with others in their hurt & pain. Sometimes that’s all a person needs is space & empathy & validation to feel what they feel. I have to admit I’m not much of a baker. It kinda intimidates me in a way😅 I would like to know some quick and easy baking ideas! Also, would love to hear some dairy free, gluten free baking ideas from others.
Cambria- I’ve been watching your videos since the beginning and you were my inspiration and guiding light to stop binging. What a journey it’s been but it’s turned into a healthy relationship with food and my body, and I wanted to tell you thank you! I love your content but love who you are as a human being even more. Thank you for shining your light and your authenticity- it’s refreshing! My favorite thing to bake is fresh kamut bread… it makes the whole house smell delightful.😊
Loving the spring days, b roll, new music, and the LVMT sample pack that I just got! I feel like Bo could make a crazy awesome pergola for the backyard!
You’re a gift to us, Cambria. ❤️ I saw in a recent Instagram story you mentioned that you were able to naturally increase the length of your luteal phase. Would you ever be able to make a video going more in depth about how to do that?
💕 you are a gift to me my friend. And yes! I can definitely talk about that I’m currently working on documenting the next few months of my progesterone so I will definitely show you! ☺️
Cambria I am crying because I am so grateful for you. Thank you for being near to my heart and anyone who needs it. I lost my dad and sister 14 years ago and my mama 3 years ago. The pain of that has been with me but Jesus has sat with me and has held me through the pain of loosing my family. You also have inspired me and your devotional has guided me. Thank you for sitting with me in my pain and I hope everyone who follows you lets you know we are all here to sit with you in your pain. Your heart is so beautiful. Thank you thank you! You are so loved ❤
My favorite thing to bake is a recipe from Claire Saffitz, her sour cream and chive dinner rolls. I always bake these for thanksgiving and the entire process brings me so much joy. For best results they take about 1 day of prep, but myself and my family always look forward to them.
I am sooo excited because I just ordered both Cambria’s devotional and her book Growing strong!! I have been itching to get my hands on these books every time she mentions them! I believe these books will be just what I need in this season of my life! Thank you so much Cambria for gracing us with your beautiful heart and personality in every single vlog!
My favorite thing to bake has got to be bread of any sorts! Something that rises in the oven and you just get to see the beauty of the gluten growing! I think their is something so sweet to be found in that!
Cambria!! I have endometriosis, been healing for almost three years now though and barely have symptoms partly because of your influence on my life, and that mineral tea?! Literally amazing. I don’t really struggle with period cramps as much anymore because the way I eat, but that mineral tea literally makes me forget I’m on my period. Obsessed!
My favorite thing to bake is sourdough bread. I got into it in 2020 when the world was crazy and it has become very therapeutic for me. As a mom of 4 kids 6 and under it’s something we can all do together or by my self and still serve my family.
I LOVE baking banana bread! My mom and I will make huge batches of it in mini loaf pans then freeze them so we always have it on hand. It just tastes like a warm hug. It's the perfect snack or little treat, especially with a generous spread of almond butter. And I've recently discovered that it also tastes amazing eating a piece that's straight out of the freezer still frozen - it's almost like you're eating an ice cream sandwich :)
My favorite thing to bake is probably brownies or blondies, especially when I can share them with my friends and family. Baked goods are so much sweeter when shared with people you love. ❤
My favorite thing to bake is Brownies they are famous and the most requested sweet treat from family and friends. Its also quick and easy. I love baking its so relaxing.
My favorite thing recently is my morning working followed by quiet time and going out onto the grass for solitude and grounding, even though its still dark at 5am. Thank you for your wonderful videos and consistency! Question: would you be able to share some non-toxic household cleaners you’ve been loving? All purpose cleaner, shower cleaner, laundry detergent, etc? Whichever ones you love and trust. I’ve been having a hard time finding some that I love.
Thank you for sharing your struggles. Life is hard and unfair. I'm so happy you had a friend to be with you and comfort you. I don't really have anyone in person, but I am thankful I can get in touch with my cousin whenever I need to. She has been such a good friend, basically a sister to me and is always there to give me comfort or to cheer me on. 💕
I pray that the sunshine would find you in a new way today. I pray peace for you and your loved ones. I hope you may see clearly how loved you are. May you never let worry rob your peace. You will be okay ❤😊 Love to whoever is reading and watching. ❤Grace PS. Who else loves Cambria Joy? ❤ Such a cool person.
I went through a miscarriage 4 weeks ago so I am trying everything to help heal my body. I emotionally and physically don't feel myself and I have recently been baking breads and it makes me happy and helps clear my mind!
My favorite thing to bake is my salty cake (main ingredients are gouda cheese and salami from there you add whatever else you want inside). It's very delicious and perfect for those that love salty things!!
Congratulations on passing your exam I’m hoping you’ll start to be able to offer testing online I love to bake cookies but I am baking your muffins this week 🎉❤❤❤
Cambria, your joy is infectious! Thank you for being so vulnerable and so real. I was having a hard day today, and your smile and laughter have been such a blessing! My favorite things to bake are sugar cookies (or something similar using maple instead)! I also love carrot cake. My mom passed away almost 14 years ago, and her recipe was the ultimate favorite throughout our extended family. I thought I’d misplaced her recipe after many moves, but I found it and I’m excited to try making it for the very first time on my own!
My favorite thing to bake is strawberry rhubarb pie. It is so delicious and easy to make. It brings back a lot of family memories of vacations and get togethers.
Hey Cambria! Thanks for sharing your heart regarding fertility. My husband and I are in a similar boat and I know the pain of feeling left behind. My favorite thing to bake is sourdough bread!
In a difficult season of my life with some health issues that doctors can’t figure out. And I absolutely love your videos, your energy and faith is contagious and you really inspire me. I just recently started my sourdough journey to help find ways to calm my nervous system down! I am actually shocked my first few loafs have turned out beautifully! I’ve said it before and I’ll probably say it again. Thank you for being you! And ps congratulations on graduating I’m so excited to see what amazing things you do and how many people you can continue to help heal and become the healthiest versions of themselves!
Last Christmas I made chocolate peppermint cupcakes and they were probably my most favorite thing I have ever baked! They will definitely become a yearly tradition!
Lately I have gotten very into sourdough & it is by far my favorite thing to bake! I’ve been making it every week for my husband and I & it’s the most therapeutic baking ever 🤩
My favorite thing to bake is Cheesecake. I own an organic sourdough microbakery organic in middle Tennessee so lots of cookies, muffins, breads. But my favorite thing to bake is Cheesecake! It’s so different than what I’m used to baking daily. It’s soft and comforting. 🤍
My favorite thing to bake is sourdough pretzels 😊 my kids get so excited and it’s a joy to teach them things in the kitchen in general. Love baking anything really!
My favorite thing to make is chocolate birthday cake from scratch. I make it for my kids birthdays. It makes us all happy: it is a cupcake texture but a cake.
Love baking homemade chocolate chip cookies throughout the year. During the fall I love to bake a homemade country apple fritter bread. The house smells amazing every time.
I love how you get so excited over all the small things!! Its so heart warming to see 😊 my favorite thing to bake is my daughter's birthday cakes. We had invitro to have her because i couldn't get pregnant at all. We tried for years. I have made her a cake for each of her birthdays. This past one was a sponge Bob, 3 tier cake . I had to make little ocean pieces out of fondant, it was so much fun! Little starfish and sea shells. It was alot of work but so worth it ❤
Congratulations on passing your exam!!! I’m looking forward to the podcast!it would be a delight to get to read all of your books! My favorite thing to bake is Bundt cake…specially blueberry Bundt cake! ❤⭐️
Ahh I love baking!! Definitely such a therapeutic activity!! My absolute favorite thing to bake are some goey chocolate chip cookies, simple but the best treat!!
Felt your heart when you spoke about seeing your friend's mom at the farmers market and the conversation. This summer will be 10 years that my brother passed away. The date isn't as hard for me now because I know it's coming and I find myself remembering good things, good times, celebrating him. But a song can come on the radio and I'm sobbing in the car. His name pops up in a book I'm reading, I cry. See a brother/sister in a movie, I cry. Not every time for all of these, but some times - bam. It hits hard. I may not understand God's why, but He does. Meanwhile, I see Meester is still zipping around the back yard - LOL! Lately, one of my favorite things to make is from scratch buttermilk pancakes for my son. It makes his heart and tummy happy, so I find joy in that.
Ah my friend. I can feel your heart through your words. May God continue to comfort your grieving heart and catch all of your tears. Sending you the biggest hug and thank you for sharing 🤍 And yes it seems Meesters favorite thing to do is zip around the yard 😂
Favorite thing to bake is cookies! The recipe I use is literally just coconut flour, dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla...SO easy and delicious!! ❤
I picked up baking sourdough this past year and it has been so much fun! I also love cakes, cookies and pretty much anything! Thank you for sharing your heart!
That orange dress looks soo good on you. Congratulations on your success, Cambria! I can't remember the video, but you previously mentioned creating a gluten-free sourdough bread. Please keep us posted.
Cambria, thank you for your love that just consistently comes through! My favorite thing to bake are muffins. I love how versatile they can be and portable. You can get so much goodness into a muffin. My oven has been broken since October and the part isn't available until June. So I've not done a ton of baking since then. I miss making sourdough bread and bagels. We are blessed to have a camper so I can go outside and use that oven, it just takes a little extra planning. Two of my dishes wound of breaking though so I can only use stainless steel in it. The heating element is so close to the rack.
My favorite thing to bake is banana bread.! I've also been enjoying making chocolate cookies. Baking and cooking are healing and an art, I love it so much!💖💖
My favorite thing to bake are these chewy ginger molasses cookies I make at Christmas time. The consistency is so sticky and the color of the molasses is beautiful and the smell is like heaven. Congrats on your certification. Well deserved. ❤
My favorite thing to make is pies. Around the holidays, i love making pumpkin pies ( my favorite 😊) and apple pies. I enjoy sharing what I baked with family members and seeing their expression while eating them. It touches my heart. I love watching your videos and they are so inspiring!
My favorite thing to bake is cookies! I love trying new cookies with flavor combinations I'd never thought of. I think my favorite cookies I've made so far are the Salted Caramel Snickerdoodles from Half Baked Harvest!
Hi Cambria, I always enjoy watching your videos because you are such a kind spirit. One of my favorite things to bake is bread, either a simple no knead bread or sourdough. I hope you have a beautiful day! 🤗💕
Hey Cambria, have you made a video about how you stopped/healed from binge eating? Would be interested to hear that and you talking about how to fix the way you view food!
Congratulations on passing your exam Cambria! I love baking, especially gluten free baked goods because my eczema flares with gluten. (I just found this out it's groundbreaking for me haha). Thanks for sharing about the hard days and difficult feelings. Bless your heart Cambria, we all love you so so much.
Congrats on passing Cam! You put your all in everything you do! I love baking chocolate chip cookies. I always use dark chocolate and sprinkle flakey salt on top. So yum! Have a blessed week♡
This was an amazing video! So happy that you graduated! My favorite thing to bake is sourdough, it truly helps you connect with what you are making, but I also love to make banana 🍌 bread!
I love to bake cakes and bread! Bread is very satisfying for me but cakes are more frustrating I feel when it comes to frosting them...ugh they always make me frustrated but I've been trying to learn how to frost them better!
Hi Cambria! I love carrot cake too! I am a huge baker. However, I just bake the normal everyday things like banana-chocolate-oats mini muffins. They are gluten and dairy free! They’re so good, I make this 3x’s the amount. I have teenagers and they go fast! They’re also a great breakfast filler and snack too! I bake banana breads, cookies as well. I love making raw things too. Christmas time is anything fudge. I have become super creative with that and made it with quinoa, pumpkin seeds, nuts, etc. ❤
My favorite thing to bake is called “fallen chocolate cake” from the blog Mel’s kitchen cafe. It’s gluten free and has homemade whipped cream and strawberries🤤 soooo good! PS I watch your videos almost every morning when I get ready and I’ve been dying to make the mineral tea and get the book!!
my favorite thing to bake is homemade chocolate chip cookies! i recently made a homemade cookie cake for my boyfriends birthday and it was so good (way better than buying one in my opinion)! i have also perfected a gluten free version of homemade chocolate chip cookies because my dad has celiac disease and cannot have wheat! i love baking and it is so much more rewarding when you get to eat something you made from scratch rather than eating something that you just bought at the store! 🤍
Congratulations on passing your exam! You are so inspirational, and I have learned so much about physiology from you! My favorite thing to bake would be banana bread ❤
I love what you said about feeling left out. My husband and I aren't quite ready to have kids because we don't have a house and a couple other factors. My sister struggled with fertility and unfortunately won't be able to have kids, so im resting in God, knowing he will provide that for us if it is in His plan for us to have kids. But that doesn't take away how much we want kids and daydreaming and the longing for a baby... but I look around and see facebook posts of milestone birthdays and women my/our age out with babies in the grocery .. can't help but to feel a little left out. ❤
I had to pause this video just to say… it is so rare to find people who have a genuine heart for others the way you do. I look forward to every video you post because you are just a breath of fresh air. I love hearing about your happy moments, your sad moments and your silly moments. I'm so sorry about your loss. May I write your name in my prayer journal for moms who have miscarried? I lost my daughter in 2022.
I am SO sorry you lost your daughter! 💔 I will be praying for you as well!!!

Sending you the biggest hug and thank you for sharing 🤍
And yes it seems Meesters favorite thing to do is zip around the yard 😂
i love this season of cambria!!! my favorite thing to bake is my peanut butter cookies or banana bread!!! 🫶🏼✨☁
Favorite thing to bake is cookies! The recipe I use is literally just coconut flour, dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla...SO easy and delicious!! ❤

That orange dress looks soo good on you. Congratulations on your success, Cambria! I can't remember the video, but you previously mentioned creating a gluten-free sourdough bread. Please keep us posted.
Always enjoy these videos…especially your grocery hauls and meal prep!
I’m so glad to hear that 🤗
I love baking muffins! (Especially pumpkin cream cheese!)
My favorite thing to bake is chocolate chip cookies, every year at Christmas time I’d go over my grandmas house and we’d bake them together🥹
My favorite thing to bake at the moment are some carrot cake muffins, so I totally agree with you! They're so yum :')
My favorite thing to bake it cakes! I make a lot of sourdough which is super lifegiving but baking cakes are just so fun!
Ohhhh there really is nothing like bringing a beautiful cake to life 😍😍

Hey Cambria, have you made a video about how you stopped/healed from binge eating? Would be interested to hear that and you talking about how to fix the way you view food!
Yes! If you search my name and binge eating a couple videos will come up and I’ll walk you through exactly how I stopped 🤍
My favorite thing to bake is lemon meringue pie! Feels so fancy and pretty easy to do!
I just started baking sourdough! specifically, a honey, oat, and seed bread has been my favorite!!!
Is this gluten free bread?
My favorite thing to bake is called “fallen chocolate cake” from the blog Mel’s kitchen cafe. It’s gluten free and has homemade whipped cream and strawberries🤤 soooo good! PS I watch your videos almost every morning when I get ready and I’ve been dying to make the mineral tea and get the book!!
Hi Cambria! Snickerdoodles are the family favorite and I’ve perfected them! I like to try different things but those are always a classic.
My fav thing to bake is brownies or an apple loaf right now! Thank you for sharing your story Cambria 💕 sending lots of love
Ok apple loaf sounds amazing I’ve never had anything like that! And thank you so much, I feel your love 💕
my favorite thing to bake is homemade chocolate chip cookies! i recently made a homemade cookie cake for my boyfriends birthday and it was so good (way better than buying one in my opinion)! i have also perfected a gluten free version of homemade chocolate chip cookies because my dad has celiac disease and cannot have wheat! i love baking and it is so much more rewarding when you get to eat something you made from scratch rather than eating something that you just bought at the store! 🤍
Congratulations on passing your exam! You are so inspirational, and I have learned so much about physiology from you! My favorite thing to bake would be banana bread ❤
Thank you so much! I’m so so glad to hear that 🥹 and everyone is saying banana bread 🤩 now I think we all need to make it! 💕
