He has a little bit of Anquan Boldin in his game.
Here is what I have on Tre Harris's scouting report so far.
Tre Harris is a prototypical possession receiver with the size, physicality, and ball-tracking skills to excel in contested-catch situations. His ability to dominate at the catch point and his alignment versatility make him an ideal fit for a vertical offense or one that values receivers capable of playing outside or working through traffic from the slot to make difficult contested catches. While his lack of elite speed and separation ability limits his ceiling as a WR1, he projects as a reliable WR2 or WR3 capable of excelling in the red zone and contributing in one-on-one money-down situations.

He’s very similar to Mike Evans stylistically speaking. That’s definitely worthy of a top 10 pick in today’s NFL.
