an amazing experience.. standing in front of Sifu Sergio and feeling his controlled energy going straight thru my body.. it took a while to get it... it will take longer while to understand it... and a little longer to control it. but even if I just learn... I am thankful of what you are sharing. You not just teach Wing Tjun... you live it. You really are Wing Tjun. Thank you Si-Gung. from the bottom of my heart.

Is there a way for wing chun to work without the other person standing still? Even boxers on their first sparring try to hit each other. So is there wing chun sparring, or is it all just what they"would do? " All I see are lovely ideas, what if, and drills. Please, sometime try hard!

for very beginner student, the first sparring is just like that. It's all about reinforcing easel stand and to make forearms become calloused and immune to pain. Meanwhile the inner power itself (chi) was produced by a routine Sam Chien respiratory exercises. The next step is to training Chi Sao style, combo and speed which is very various between masters all over the world. Is that right, brother Sergio?

For highly skilled students, sparring = real fights, real speed, real power. Sparring session finished only when sparring partner fainted or surrender. Injuries and internal wounds was common thing. "Better be wounded during practice rather than died on real combat" (PS: that was 16 years ago, on small town at East Java Indonesia)

Where's the word "free"?. I don't see anyone throwing punches, try to hit the Sifu's body.

that guy in the red shirt with a bread was the only one that had a chance...he just needed confidence and five "good recovery counters"

I Know one kung fu style, I have encountered great WC teachers however i have never been able to get them to spar(full or light contact) with me?? why is that? i have been able to fight MMA world champions, Karate Champions, Shaolin's Practitioners and even one shaolin Monk, BJJ practitioners (black belts) and Muay thai fighters, but never a WC expert? been a youtuber and Martial art teacher and I don't understand why?? can someone explain that to me?? please? i Am not hating but is wing chun so lethal that they never want to do real sparring?

      ***** Hello Mike,
I don't Know why they put excuses like WC is to lethal or is not meant for sparing.... and my arguments against that is WHY? I have fought with Pro MMA fighters(i have videos), i fought against Karate Master I even had the pleasure of fighting with a SHAOLIN MONK? so i don't get it why a simple WC practitioner wont do it with me... i am not planing to go all crazy and full contact i just see what works and what doesn't, Sparring is just a practice method , I think they don't do it because most of them don't know and feel insecure of their training.. Anyway check my channel if you like

***** thank you sifu for words i also understand your point, is basically i think WC have a lot of potential they should just try to spar more to get to know what work for each person and what doesn't

Martial Arts Tutorials & Fight tips Thats awesome, i hope you will embrace the IWKA system and add it to the knowledge you already have sir. If you have the oppurtunity to train with Sifu Sergio personally that would be the best experience ever, the man is so skillful and his knowledge is endless. You should read his book about the six core elements, it's a book that every martial artist should read. www.wingtjun.com/ You can also add him on facebook, his page is like a martial arts community, very inspirational and respectful. facebook.com/sergioIadarola?fref=ts.
