There once was a little Westie named Bows. She belonged to my grandma. Every time I'd stop by Grandma's house, I'd show Bows this video. That dog would go absolutely crazy! She loved watching the other doggies. Bows would whine if I had my phone out because she knew it was associated with this video. Unfortunately, Bows had to be put down today. It was unexpected. I wanted to thank you for providing joy here and there throughout her life. Even though she is gone, we will always look back on good times and remember how much she loved this video.

My Westie passed at 17 years old he died in my husbands arms its been 18 years I still grieve and cry for him he was the best most well behaved most loving of all dogs I miss my boy Sparky

My Westley was also shared between my parents and I and they still have his grave in their backyard with a Westie statue next to a girl statue on a bench representing us together. I visit it often but think of him every single day! I truly feel there are soulmate pets in our lifetime that we are able to have and Westley was my soulmate dog and I'm sure your Sparky is your soulmate dog! I must also share with you when I was in high school in the 90's I took a TV production class and made an entire VHS movie with Westley as the star (unfortunately long before having the internet or a smartphone) and it was a dog parody of the movie Forrest Gump. In the beginning scene I hung a dog biscuit on a fishing line that was like the feather in the sky landing at his paws at the local park bench and had all of the original music from the movie which always reminds me of him. He was on our local park bench telling stories of his dog life (with my voice of course) and the "Jenny" character was one of those battery operated fuzzy toy dogs that would bark like "bee bee bee." When that Jenny character died in my film, the grave scene was exactly where he's actually buried now. I haven't had a dog since him but would love another Westie at some point when I can have another dog! Please let me know if you get another Westie!!! 🐶😇♥️
This is so beautiful😭 My perfect little westie passed away on the 23rd September 2019, 18 days after her 15th birthday. She always looked like a puppy and was always so happy and bouncy. I miss her so much
So so sorry for your loss. We cherish the memories of our two Westies that crossed the Rainbow Bridge and still have our third one who just turned 8. They are special family members for sure with their unique personalities.

My wife was heartbroken (as was I) but wanted to wait before thinking about getting another (male - she can't stand the thought that our late dog might think she was being replaced). She called the breeder where we got our last pup and asked if she would have a litter sometime in the fall. the lady replied she probably wouldn't, but had a litter of 2 males at the moment and one was spoken for. The one available was the quiet one. Well, next day we were on the road to visit our new puppy (not ready to come home yet) and he was a doll (big surprise). He's 10 months old now and like most Westie puppies, he's a little angel with the halo supported by little tiny horns. He's a little rascal with a big heart, and actually protects our cat from other dogs (we watch small dogs in our house). Like the saying should go, once you go Westie, you never go back.
The joy and mischief these big little dogs bring into your life ' Is immense , thankful that I had 3 And if you want to prolong their life Add 1/4 dispirin and smoked mackerel to their diet after 10yrs of age . Great video , brought my memories back 💓

I remember when my Westie, Nessie, was roughly that size. She's now nearly 12 and she still acts lime she's young. She's the perfect little sister I could ever ask for.

We had to put ours down due to a torn acl and uncontrolled bladder after having him for about 8-9 years. So I feel you.
