Personally, I think Out of Sight is really broken depending on how it’s used. Like because it lasts forever, you can be extremely creative with it. Me and my friends created a strategy that nobody can really pull off without coordination. Out of Sight can indeed be used offensively but you need at least one person to start a CEO organization and play the role of a pacifist. Once that person activates their CEO, they can invite their friends to their organization and hide them as well. Now here is the kicker: players in that organization can leave the organization and attack people freely, THEN they can get another invite back to that organization and be in Out of Sight again. Basically, it’s a devious hit and run strategy that can piss off any tryhards you run into.
Out of sight is proven very useful for me when dog fighting. Whenever griefers gets close to me. I just activated it, the 500m is wide enough to act as a permanent out of radar. And since half the time u can’t kill anyone while dogfighting(assuming u don’t use laser). Don’t really have a way to counter that. Which is good
I found the out sight ability makes the chernobog more useful. If there are jet griefers around I can now go out of sight call in my Chernobog, move it to a good location and set it up and start firing. You stay out of sight until you actually hit one.
What would be a really cool thing with the out of sight ability is if you could make the circle track your personal vehicle as long as it had Imani tech on it.
For out of sight, I found 3 techniques. I use it to get the jump on a jet by using my Chernobog or Explosive Sniper. Next is just a safe area to hide from attacking players, and lastly is to sit outside of a tryhards apartment or Hanger and kill them before they get me. Also, I think out of sight is amazing against sweats lol.
Is the chernobog any good at countering jets? I've never thought of using it for that but I'll have to give it a try. I always use the explosive sniper but I don't always have explosive ammo equipped on my heavy sniper.
The out of sight is actually a sphere not a circle which means if you activate it high enough and then go down or activate it on ground and then take a helicopter you will be visible even tho you are in the circle on the mini map
I feel like this should be pinned. It’s important enough information for people to know that don’t have the time to test it out themselves. Here I was getting ready to finally do the HALO jump strategy with a group of friends where we fly to the skybox, go ghost org, then all parachute in on someone then beat them up with bats. Oh well lol, guess we’ll stick to ghost org then.

I think the best thing to do with it is playing hide and seek with friends without going through the trouble of disabling maps or trusting them all to do that. plus it creates a hard boundary for the play area instead of trying to agree on a loose interpreted border, which also allows you to hide anywhere at all, including spots that might be considered too op for hide and seek without the hard boundary. on rooftops, in a crevice, in a bush, between/behind dumpsters, etc. anything is fair game now because in a limited area, you will be found, which is why there should be a time limit based on how many people are playing. like maybe if there's 29 people searching, they only have 5 minutes to find you. but if you're just playing with one friend, give them a full hour. this is kinda like the find ceo vip mission you can start up, but less restrictive. another fun game we created is one person runs with their map off, and the others drive phantom wedges around and try to sneak up on them and pin them or smash their car till it blows up. lots of fun.
The “take all” snack change ever since the tuners update has been so good Before I’d always hate having to slowly press A so it didn’t lag and take 2 presses The kosatka fixed that lag but then “take all” just felt so freeing in missions knowing I can spam all my snacks and easily buy them in a couple seconds And to think on last gen we had to drive around to each store and buy more And if you were in a group doing heists you all had to go to different stores because they would sell out
TriIlLy Jay not necessarily lag but there’s a max speed you can buy snacks at I mean maybe ever since the update that’s fixed but i always remember in the office there was a little 1 and a half second delay between buying snacks so if you spammed it you would still buy them at the same speed
Out of Sight is really good for the new Contracts where you have to defend an area for 10 minutes. Also good for business battles if you want to get in and out without being seen and no combat.
No you want to grind for money in a PvP game with no PvP. OP Mk2 users, ESPECIALLY 9 year olds who have no idea what to do if they can't lock on, are easily counterable at this point in the game.

And yes, normally I stay in an open lobby but sometimes these Mk2 noobs trigger me so hard that I just play in an invite only lobby. And what do u even mean with "dont want to play the game"? These private lobbies are also a part of the game and everybody can play it how they want to play it.
Also need to add this for the armory: When I was in a friend's Agency, I had access to the armory for both modifying my weapons and customizing my loadout. It is really cool !
The agency is by far my favorite property and the absolute best investment. I made over $20 million when pay phone hits paid out $127,500 by just grinding the hell out of them. Not only that, but the fact that contracts can be done in an invite only lobby is a huge step in the right direction.

Amani tech should be a retro-upgrade to some of the previously armored vehicles. (Shafter, cognoscenti, xls) Maybe make it so that only some of the tech is applied. Like No primary weapons, but have slick mines, or no primary or secondary weapons, but you can choose between remote control or homing missle jammer
In my opinion the jammer ability should be able to be applied to all non weaponized vehicles. So you could cruise around in your new nice looking supercar in peace and just enjoy it without feeling a constant paranoia of being locked on to and blown up
Yeah, the layout of the agency is really good, but they did, however, seriously fail at the fact your elevator only goes to the 1st floor and not an option to go right to your accommodations room; yet you've gotta elevator to the ground or your garage FROM your living quarters...Doh🤦♂️! Lmao
For folks in God mode, just use your Orbital Canon to destroy their vehicles, once they have no PV available because of cooldown, Go Out of Sight yourself in their general area, start Headhunter and ran them over with your tank and eventually you will kill them, taking them out of GM.
I use the out of sight for the assassination missions, well, at least for the stationary ones like "The CEO", since I was in a full blown war lobby and kinda didn't want to be interrupted, I also use it around my auto shop, just in case players are in the area when I try and go to do the auto-shop deliveries, everything has it's purpose, just gotta figure the best ways to use stuff.
@NailStrafer What's the point in doing anything besides Bogdan or Cayo (depending on how many people you have)? Those are easily the most efficient ways to make money. Oh wait that's cause it's fun to mix it up with different content and have actual challenges like PvP.

Decided to finally dive into the more "meta" aspects of the game after playing for a while. Been watching a shitton of vehicle/weapon/property reviews the last couple days. Out of five or six, you are the only one to point out the inadequacies of the off-radar ability. Every other video praised it as this insanely good thing. It’s still just not that good for what you pay for it. $450 for the ability to take like 3 more bullets from an NPC. The equivalent of a few snacks that you can get for free
The out of sight ability used to be able to use the area for permanent or radar within the radius. I was in a battle with some other players, and 100% off radar the entire time even as I killed them. However it seems that a few days ago rockstar fixed the issue, but I personally fell that the off radar in the area was somewhat balanced, allowing for escape from other players if needed, but only in the area provided, meaning it’s harder to get a jet or something unless you would already have it
I think it's balanced now being able to hide your blip from try hard and grieves indefinitely will stop alit of spawn killing but being able to kill people and still have it up is op that's a good fix by Rockstar you'd never see blips on the map all the tryhars would just be on the ground layering people with no way to be seen until they kill the other person
Another good tip you can utilize for the Agency armory is that it is the only mk2 weapon area where your friends can buy and customize weapons. I've tried in avenger, moc, terrorbyte, and arcade, no dice.

When I get on I'll test it out and see if my alt who hasn't done much on gta besides spin the casino wheel once can buy the stun gun and everything else
I can see the "Out of sight" ability being used for for the MC work "Stand your ground" to enable people to hide out in that area without being spotted.
Out of Sight honestly should’ve been a way for MC’s to finally have some form of ghost organization to counter all the sweaty CEO spammers, especially during a Stand your ground like you said. But the fact that it goes away the moment you kill somebody is complete dog shit to me. It’s honestly no different than doing an “executive search”. Like you only have a limited area to stay within to roam off radar, you don’t have free range of the map, so it wouldn’t be OP if it was permanent or at least had a timer maybe a bit longer than CEO ghost, plus thermal vision exists on both ground and in aircraft so not like any form of “off radar” really protects you anyways as you’re not exactly invisible to ppl lol
You can use Out of Sight during Executive Search, and yes the perk will stack on top of the invisibility from the VIP job, your blip should still remain hidden even if you standstill or get out of the search zone.

All it will take is a few competent therm jets, a mk2 op and an orb to pin someone into check. 1.Therm will attempt air to ground keking. 2. The orb will destroy the enemy mk2 if they manage to reach it; crippling them on land with a cooldown. (This leaves them susceptible to therm jets and whatever else.) 3. If they go rc and the therm jets somehow fail to destroy said rc, the mk2 op in Your squad will be Your means of reaching areas Your jet is unable. There is no viable counter, only to warp to safety. Now, if they were to patch therm jet, there will be PLENTY of countermeasures; from tactical relocation to aggressive retaliation, whether on land or air.
yeah can confirm this, i use if if I'm far from the agency, like between missions and such. And its actually a couple of bucks cheaper, but i mean in GTA that's like a couple of cents so mehh, it's just for the quick full body armor for me.
No one mentions how you can start a contract mission and it prevents you from getting wanted levels even if you aren’t actively doing the mission. Great way to fight other players without the cops hassling you.
I love the agency it helped me go from hand to mouth to money secure without having to grind Cayo endlessly. I enjoy the variety of ph hits, and the contracts that pay reasonably well (30-85k) per job. The VIP contract is long (14 missions or so) but fun and you make back 1 million plus a 700k first time bonus when you complete it for the first time. And like others have said, can be done invite only.
The company suv is so convenient when calling in an aircraft. I can call Franklin get the suv and then call in my aircraft and drive to it in the company suv.
I think Rockstar should change the way the SUV service works where the AI driver can just fast travel you anywhere you want on the map like from LSIA, to Poleto Bay. And also lets you choose what location you want to go to on the map from your Agency building via a waypoint. Think about it. You could use the SUV service as a way to get away from hostile players who are just killing you over and over for no reason. The ‘Out of sight’ feature needs to have a buff to it. It should hide your cargo, and block orbital cannon strikes from griefers just like off the radar with Lester, and Ghost Organization from CEO. No it will not make it overpowered. Having been out of sight, but still being targeted by a weaponized satellite from space is just stupid. If you’re out of sight from all players around the map, you should also be out of sight from orb griefers.
@@WakingDuck Yeah, had the gang attacks where I have killed everyone yet it says 1 leader left. Happens a lot. I think the one at Braddock Farm the guy stands by the gas tank and the bikers are stupid and shoot it killing one leader which does not register.
It’s actually better to go back to the Agency so you can choose the Specialist+ job if it’s available. However you risk getting stuck loading into the Agency doing that now.
The supply stash is actually rlly useful if you aren’t close to your agency and need armour it fills up armour and health if you were to buy armour the supply stash is just 500$ extra for delivery

If I had to pick the most useful property I'd say it's the Arcade for the sole reason that you can use it to run the Diamond Casino Heist, which is the second best way to make money in the game (the first being The Cayo Perico Heist). Both will net you millions in just a couple hours. The Master Control Terminal is terrific as well for buying resupplies and keeping up on you stock.
Honestly you don’t even have to kill them, just shoot one rocket and almost armored aircraft die and it won’t count for damage on the player. Set the Chernobyl bog in a spot nearby aircraft spawn and you got a nice anti air spot

It should be reworked to remove the boundary. If anything, create a [very small] proximity where You will be detected if someone enters range, but not cancel the ability until You cause damage.

Watching this video has reminded me of how lucky I am to play solo on a public lobby (ps4) just seeing all those other players waiting to F me up gets beyond annoying. Love the online content but not so much other players (don't have any friends who play either) loner life.
Someone mentioned that if you look for a motorcycle by the police station in Blain County, you can find an all black police bike. I can confirm this as I have done it and found it as well.
Thinking about it, it's a powerful starter property for new players with all the upgrades. - Health Top-Up, Free Snacks, Indoor-Ammunation & Weapons Workbench - 20 Car Garage - Access to Anti-Lock On Technology - Very GTA-esque missions in the form of the Security Contracts + Payphone Hits. - Free Helicopter Combine that with the fact being a VIP without an Office no longer has a 4 hour time limit & 12 hour cooldown, (something I just learned today that's been in the game for months apparently), the Agency truly is what the Office should have been.

Imani's Out of SIght is actually VERY useful in PVP - primarily because of it's unlimited duration - buying you plenty of time to snoop and sneak around. The primary advantage of Out of Sight is that it allows you to break the flow of combat and give yourself a lot of breathing room to counterattack - it's best used as a defensive measure to escape your opponent as well as frustrate and throw them off. While yes, you could in fact just use Ghost Organization and Off-Radar; those are a lot more predictable because they just need to stay on patrol and remain vigilant whereas with Out of Sight, you can be significantly more cheeky and clever with your approach. I've used the ability to evade 3 players attempting to use all sorts of tactics from the Avenger Cannons to Mark 2 spam, and the only reason I was able to even beat all three was because of Out of Sight and how easy it is to reposition and sneak about. You also aren't limited to just one either. Why just use one ability when you can use all three - combining all off-radar abilities (While expensive) allows you to be one slippery bastard. Start up Out of Sight and then use Off-Radar and Ghost Organization to temporarily venture out of the circle and given that the circle doesn't dissipate until you do actual damage to a player - you can use it to severely damage aircraft and other vehicles. You can fire missiles or chip at them with the heavy sniper rifle. Either way, you'll basically be invisible 24/7 if you play your cards right. Remember that you aren't a tryhard. You can take your time and if it means getting the right kill and avoiding a spawn camp loop against air superiority - it's a well-worthy ability in my opinion.
You should be able to upgrade the agency SUV. When I was getting a lift back to the agency once a MK2 was coming after me and couldn't hit it, so I'm guessing if you're being driven, it can't be locked on to as an NPC is driving
They did buff goste organization before you had to be carrying it for it to be hidden but me and my friend tested goste organization while grinding the hanger and it wind up hiding all his cargo even the ones that were left behind. There is a really annoying bug with the hanger tho. If you source cargo it will say you stole cargo from your self and give you an extra unwanted cargo that you can't access unless you find another session and it gives you animal material which is really useless tho only ones you want to source is 50 of 1 of these 3 types Narcotics, Chemicals and Medical Supplies. And I have tried sourcing all different cargo to see if it gets rid of that bug and it doesn't. But the way to get rid of the bug if you are doing it with 2 people have the associates/prospects deliver first then have the CEO/MCPs deliver last
Fun fact out of sight is mainly for the security contract missions/pay phone hits so online players cannot mess with you while you are trying to complete it. For most missions you stay in the same area
while unlikely I'm still waiting on them to allow MC business,Gunrunning,hanger,and CEO crate sales in invite only sessions but as I said it's unlikely since Rockstar doesn't like logical ideas
I agree completely. You can do Cayo heists solo in invite only and make $1.35-1.8m an hour, so what's the harm in allowing these other businesses to be done in private too? At best, a player grinding the old activities limited to public is only making around $300K an hour.
It's more than likely a case of them not wanting to touch 5+ year old spaghetti code - there's a reason why the LSIA special cargo sale bug hasn't been fixed.
Off screen is awesome. You can make a few " normal " guy clothes sets and set your emote to smoking and stand in a crowd and people wiz right by. Pull out a gun and scare the shit outta somebody thinking you're an npc
I just got the agency, so far I’m enjoying it, I like how progressively you can earn passive money in the vault daily, which caps out at 501 contracts completes.. I’m roughly 25 so got a helluva grind to get that 50k passive per in game day
I really like how you can fast travel. Especially if a griefer is messing with you, you can just fast travel far away from them. And doing out of sight can be good for trolling like pretending to be an npc.
so would just simply allowing people to do things tied behind public lobbies in invite only sessions altogether but Rockstar doesn't like logical thinking so they more than likely won't ever do that
Really just be better if there was no blimps ever. Except for your friends and organization members would show up. Then those who grief would actually have to put some effort into it.
This is the kind of shit that baffles the hell out of me about Rockstar: they'll spend this time, energy, coding, and engine space for things that they discourage people from using, it's so backwards. The taser and EMP launcher are more examples of this, needing both so hard that one is nigh useless and the other is too difficult to use.
Was hoping out of sight would help for cargo, it would defiantly be helpful for that bunker sell where you have to fight off Merriweather when the AI glitch out and dont move, forcing out to leave the drop to kill them
You can semi-dupe your Sparrow by parking it on the helipad. You can use the one you parked and also spawn another one via the Kosatka. Essentially getting a one-time insta spawnable Sparrow if you ever need one :P
Don't forget that you can make the carbon free heli thing a personal aircraft by storing it in the hangar and that heli is more than 3mil i belive so its cheaper to buy an agency and get it that way
You forgot to mention about the armory's 5% discount on all guns, armor explosives, parachutes and others. The only place where you can unlock all armor for a cheaper price and for me all the armor just cost around 400+

The OOS could’ve been better, however in spite of its niche this does however open up a new means of countering a godmode user without them knowing what you’re in.
I’ve been using out of sight since release day, it’s really good for shopping without being ambushed and sniping jets if you have explosive ammo as you don’t lose out of sight until you actually do damage to a player
The hide you off the radar would be perfect calling Imani if you could hide ur 3 sale vehicles in that circle. I’d do sell missions publicly all day long
For the SUV service when you call Franklin, the drivers AI is better than the taxi AI because he just hauls ass and doesnt stop (unless he crashes, which can be often sometimes)
I think the best ability here is the company SUV service fast travel. I once escaped a group of tryhards when they were outside my agency camping for me.
Cargo to fill bunker/ceo etc. should randomly spawn like the Moneytruck back in the days imo… people would fight more about it to get it if its close to someone’s business :D ofc they should give u also more, insteadjust spawning one! :D high risk ~ high rewards :D (the cargo cant be destroyed too! Sell missions should be hidden from other tho!
I just wanted to point out that if you have a hanger you can actually store the company helicopter in there for free to unlock it for no charge. Idk if it’s patched yet but you know R*
Have you ever thought of doing an in-depth guide into all the vehicles that use homing rockets & comparing them to the actual homing launcher? something to the effect of either a homing launcher rebalance/MK 2 variant (what it would look like & what type of lock on it would use like oppressor MK 2, sparrow & so on) or in general discussing how garbage the actual homing launcher we have in the game is or comparing all the vehicles with homing rockets & seeing if different vehicles have different game file codes which would describe why the oppressor MK 2 has the best in terms of tracking & other abilities compared to the rest of its "competition?"
Out of sight is useful for taking out godmode players, because when you crush them under your tank you don't kill them so the ability remains active. Then you can sneak up to them or have your 2nd console orb them ;)
I use the SUV service all the time. whenever I finish an activity and I’m going back to the agency I always call to have them drive me. Gives me some chill/bathroom time. Also eats into the mission timer.

It is amazing. Sweats fear it. They will sit in their facility until they can orb you when you use it
I use it for the Chernobog too! Jets get really confused and they can't get near you if you're in a good spot.

The “take all” snack change ever since the tuners update has been so good
Before I’d always hate having to slowly press A so it didn’t lag and take 2 presses
The kosatka fixed that lag but then “take all” just felt so freeing in missions knowing I can spam all my snacks and easily buy them in a couple seconds
And to think on last gen we had to drive around to each store and buy more
And if you were in a group doing heists you all had to go to different stores because they would sell out

Stores only keep 10 P's and Q's stocked at a time and you can hold up to 30 P's and Q's so you have to go to 3 different stores to max them out.
Would say the Agency has taken over my go to spawn from the Casino penthouse, it just let's you set up for any mission so quickly.
Out of Sight is really good for the new Contracts where you have to defend an area for 10 minutes.
Also good for business battles if you want to get in and out without being seen and no combat.
It is pointless because you can do it on invite only lobbies or just don't do it at all because asset protection sucks phat coke

And yes, normally I stay in an open lobby but sometimes these Mk2 noobs trigger me so hard that I just play in an invite only lobby. And what do u even mean with "dont want to play the game"? These private lobbies are also a part of the game and everybody can play it how they want to play it.
Also need to add this for the armory: When I was in a friend's Agency, I had access to the armory for both modifying my weapons and customizing my loadout. It is really cool !
The agency is by far my favorite property and the absolute best investment. I made over $20 million when pay phone hits paid out $127,500 by just grinding the hell out of them. Not only that, but the fact that contracts can be done in an invite only lobby is a huge step in the right direction.

Amani tech should be a retro-upgrade to some of the previously armored vehicles. (Shafter, cognoscenti, xls) Maybe make it so that only some of the tech is applied. Like No primary weapons, but have slick mines, or no primary or secondary weapons, but you can choose between remote control or homing missle jammer
In my opinion the jammer ability should be able to be applied to all non weaponized vehicles. So you could cruise around in your new nice looking supercar in peace and just enjoy it without feeling a constant paranoia of being locked on to and blown up

Out of sight is great for sneaking up on god mode users with a tank since you are off radar permanently and it doesn't turn off if u fail the squish
That’s true I guess for god mode because they don’t take damage at all if you hit them so the ability should stay active
For folks in God mode, just use your Orbital Canon to destroy their vehicles, once they have no PV available because of cooldown, Go Out of Sight yourself in their general area, start Headhunter and ran them over with your tank and eventually you will kill them, taking them out of GM.
I use the out of sight for the assassination missions, well, at least for the stationary ones like "The CEO", since I was in a full blown war lobby and kinda didn't want to be interrupted, I also use it around my auto shop, just in case players are in the area when I try and go to do the auto-shop deliveries, everything has it's purpose, just gotta figure the best ways to use stuff.
Why not just do that stuff in an invite only lobby though? Then there's nobody to bother you, thus no need to pay $12K to use Out of Sight.

Anyway, it sounds like the guy who started the thread wants to do missions in freeroam but doesn't want other players after him. In that case, an invite only lobby would be a better and free alternative compared to Out of Sight.
Decided to finally dive into the more "meta" aspects of the game after playing for a while. Been watching a shitton of vehicle/weapon/property reviews the last couple days. Out of five or six, you are the only one to point out the inadequacies of the off-radar ability. Every other video praised it as this insanely good thing.

The out of sight ability used to be able to use the area for permanent or radar within the radius. I was in a battle with some other players, and 100% off radar the entire time even as I killed them. However it seems that a few days ago rockstar fixed the issue, but I personally fell that the off radar in the area was somewhat balanced, allowing for escape from other players if needed, but only in the area provided, meaning it’s harder to get a jet or something unless you would already have it
I think it's balanced now being able to hide your blip from try hard and grieves indefinitely will stop alit of spawn killing but being able to kill people and still have it up is op that's a good fix by Rockstar you'd never see blips on the map all the tryhars would just be on the ground layering people with no way to be seen until they kill the other person
Another good tip you can utilize for the Agency armory is that it is the only mk2 weapon area where your friends can buy and customize weapons. I've tried in avenger, moc, terrorbyte, and arcade, no dice.

When I get on I'll test it out and see if my alt who hasn't done much on gta besides spin the casino wheel once can buy the stun gun and everything else

I can see the "Out of sight" ability being used for for the MC work "Stand your ground" to enable people to hide out in that area without being spotted.
Out of Sight honestly should’ve been a way for MC’s to finally have some form of ghost organization to counter all the sweaty CEO spammers, especially during a Stand your ground like you said.
But the fact that it goes away the moment you kill somebody is complete dog shit to me. It’s honestly no different than doing an “executive search”. Like you only have a limited area to stay within to roam off radar, you don’t have free range of the map, so it wouldn’t be OP if it was permanent or at least had a timer maybe a bit longer than CEO ghost, plus thermal vision exists on both ground and in aircraft so not like any form of “off radar” really protects you anyways as you’re not exactly invisible to ppl lol

You can use Out of Sight during Executive Search, and yes the perk will stack on top of the invisibility from the VIP job, your blip should still remain hidden even if you standstill or get out of the search zone.
It doesnt even matter bc thermal jet exists so u can see them anyways, ,shows how broken the game is 🤦🏽♂️

Tbh, there's not a decent counter for therm jet. All it will take is a few competent therm jets, a mk2 op and an orb to pin someone into check.
1.Therm will attempt air to ground keking.
2. The orb will destroy the enemy mk2 if they manage to reach it; crippling them on land with a cooldown. (This leaves them susceptible to therm jets and whatever else.)
3. If they go rc and the therm jets somehow fail to destroy said rc, the mk2 op in Your squad will be Your means of reaching areas Your jet is unable.
There is no viable counter, only to warp to safety. Now, if they were to patch therm jet, there will be PLENTY of countermeasures; from tactical relocation to aggressive retaliation, whether on land or air.
actually franklin's stash refills your armor reserves so it's quite usefull especially if you are in a agile vehicle such us the oppressor

yeah can confirm this, i use if if I'm far from the agency, like between missions and such. And its actually a couple of bucks cheaper, but i mean in GTA that's like a couple of cents so mehh, it's just for the quick full body armor for me.
No one mentions how you can start a contract mission and it prevents you from getting wanted levels even if you aren’t actively doing the mission. Great way to fight other players without the cops hassling you.
I love the agency it helped me go from hand to mouth to money secure without having to grind Cayo endlessly. I enjoy the variety of ph hits, and the contracts that pay reasonably well (30-85k) per job. The VIP contract is long (14 missions or so) but fun and you make back 1 million plus a 700k first time bonus when you complete it for the first time. And like others have said, can be done invite only.
The company suv is so convenient when calling in an aircraft. I can call Franklin get the suv and then call in my aircraft and drive to it in the company suv.

I think Rockstar should change the way the SUV service works where the AI driver can just fast travel you anywhere you want on the map like from LSIA, to Poleto Bay. And also lets you choose what location you want to go to on the map from your Agency building via a waypoint. Think about it. You could use the SUV service as a way to get away from hostile players who are just killing you over and over for no reason.
The ‘Out of sight’ feature needs to have a buff to it. It should hide your cargo, and block orbital cannon strikes from griefers just like off the radar with Lester, and Ghost Organization from CEO. No it will not make it overpowered. Having been out of sight, but still being targeted by a weaponized satellite from space is just stupid. If you’re out of sight from all players around the map, you should also be out of sight from orb griefers.

It’s actually better to go back to the Agency so you can choose the Specialist+ job if it’s available. However you risk getting stuck loading into the Agency doing that now.

The supply stash is actually rlly useful if you aren’t close to your agency and need armour it fills up armour and health if you were to buy armour the supply stash is just 500$ extra for delivery
Out of sight is only really good to do things like spawn vehicles or buy stuff in stores without getting griefed by shop campers

If I had to pick the most useful property I'd say it's the Arcade for the sole reason that you can use it to run the Diamond Casino Heist, which is the second best way to make money in the game (the first being The Cayo Perico Heist). Both will net you millions in just a couple hours. The Master Control Terminal is terrific as well for buying resupplies and keeping up on you stock.

Honestly you don’t even have to kill them, just shoot one rocket and almost armored aircraft die and it won’t count for damage on the player. Set the Chernobyl bog in a spot nearby aircraft spawn and you got a nice anti air spot

3:15 this feature finds bikes with bulletproof tires, not terrible but still pretty useless, the 2K pay is near to nothing.
I love the off the radar as it give a feeling of social stealth alot like the first watch dogs game.

It should be reworked to remove the boundary. If anything, create a [very small] proximity where You will be detected if someone enters range, but not cancel the ability until You cause damage.

Watching this video has reminded me of how lucky I am to play solo on a public lobby (ps4) just seeing all those other players waiting to F me up gets beyond annoying. Love the online content but not so much other players (don't have any friends who play either) loner life.
Someone mentioned that if you look for a motorcycle by the police station in Blain County, you can find an all black police bike. I can confirm this as I have done it and found it as well.
Thinking about it, it's a powerful starter property for new players with all the upgrades.

- 20 Car Garage
- Access to Anti-Lock On Technology
- Very GTA-esque missions in the form of the Security Contracts + Payphone Hits.

Combine that with the fact being a VIP without an Office no longer has a 4 hour time limit & 12 hour cooldown, (something I just learned today that's been in the game for months apparently), the Agency truly is what the Office should have been.

Imani's Out of SIght is actually VERY useful in PVP - primarily because of it's unlimited duration - buying you plenty of time to snoop and sneak around.
The primary advantage of Out of Sight is that it allows you to break the flow of combat and give yourself a lot of breathing room to counterattack - it's best used as a defensive measure to escape your opponent as well as frustrate and throw them off.
While yes, you could in fact just use Ghost Organization and Off-Radar; those are a lot more predictable because they just need to stay on patrol and remain vigilant whereas with Out of Sight, you can be significantly more cheeky and clever with your approach. I've used the ability to evade 3 players attempting to use all sorts of tactics from the Avenger Cannons to Mark 2 spam, and the only reason I was able to even beat all three was because of Out of Sight and how easy it is to reposition and sneak about.
You also aren't limited to just one either. Why just use one ability when you can use all three - combining all off-radar abilities (While expensive) allows you to be one slippery bastard. Start up Out of Sight and then use Off-Radar and Ghost Organization to temporarily venture out of the circle and given that the circle doesn't dissipate until you do actual damage to a player - you can use it to severely damage aircraft and other vehicles. You can fire missiles or chip at them with the heavy sniper rifle. Either way, you'll basically be invisible 24/7 if you play your cards right.
Remember that you aren't a tryhard. You can take your time and if it means getting the right kill and avoiding a spawn camp loop against air superiority - it's a well-worthy ability in my opinion.
You should be able to upgrade the agency SUV. When I was getting a lift back to the agency once a MK2 was coming after me and couldn't hit it, so I'm guessing if you're being driven, it can't be locked on to as an NPC is driving
They did buff goste organization before you had to be carrying it for it to be hidden but me and my friend tested goste organization while grinding the hanger and it wind up hiding all his cargo even the ones that were left behind. There is a really annoying bug with the hanger tho. If you source cargo it will say you stole cargo from your self and give you an extra unwanted cargo that you can't access unless you find another session and it gives you animal material which is really useless tho only ones you want to source is 50 of 1 of these 3 types Narcotics, Chemicals and Medical Supplies. And I have tried sourcing all different cargo to see if it gets rid of that bug and it doesn't. But the way to get rid of the bug if you are doing it with 2 people have the associates/prospects deliver first then have the CEO/MCPs deliver last

Out of sight is good for many things. Counter godmode, chernobog, sniping jets, counter subs with yacht defense etc.
Fun fact out of sight is mainly for the security contract missions/pay phone hits so online players cannot mess with you while you are trying to complete it. For most missions you stay in the same area
Or you can just not spend any extra money or stress and just do all that in a invite only lobby and never worry about another player lol.

I agree completely. You can do Cayo heists solo in invite only and make $1.35-1.8m an hour, so what's the harm in allowing these other businesses to be done in private too? At best, a player grinding the old activities limited to public is only making around $300K an hour.
It's more than likely a case of them not wanting to touch 5+ year old spaghetti code - there's a reason why the LSIA special cargo sale bug hasn't been fixed.
Off screen is awesome. You can make a few " normal " guy clothes sets and set your emote to smoking and stand in a crowd and people wiz right by. Pull out a gun and scare the shit outta somebody thinking you're an npc

I just got the agency, so far I’m enjoying it, I like how progressively you can earn passive money in the vault daily, which caps out at 501 contracts completes.. I’m roughly 25 so got a helluva grind to get that 50k passive per in game day
No, they nerfed it to max 20K per GTA day. Thats 200 contracts.

I really like how you can fast travel. Especially if a griefer is messing with you, you can just fast travel far away from them. And doing out of sight can be good for trolling like pretending to be an npc.

Not showing player blips at all times with the exception when doing certain activities would be an interesting experience for GTA Online
so would just simply allowing people to do things tied behind public lobbies in invite only sessions altogether but Rockstar doesn't like logical thinking so they more than likely won't ever do that

This is the kind of shit that baffles the hell out of me about Rockstar: they'll spend this time, energy, coding, and engine space for things that they discourage people from using, it's so backwards. The taser and EMP launcher are more examples of this, needing both so hard that one is nigh useless and the other is too difficult to use.
Was hoping out of sight would help for cargo, it would defiantly be helpful for that bunker sell where you have to fight off Merriweather when the AI glitch out and dont move, forcing out to leave the drop to kill them
You can semi-dupe your Sparrow by parking it on the helipad. You can use the one you parked and also spawn another one via the Kosatka.
Essentially getting a one-time insta spawnable Sparrow if you ever need one :P
This also works with the maze bank tower office as well, for a grinder its a great bug

Don't forget that you can make the carbon free heli thing a personal aircraft by storing it in the hangar and that heli is more than 3mil i belive so its cheaper to buy an agency and get it that way

You forgot to mention about the armory's 5% discount on all guns, armor explosives, parachutes and others. The only place where you can unlock all armor for a cheaper price and for me all the armor just cost around 400+
Theres an additional 5% discount you can get from being commended several times.

I’ve been using out of sight since release day, it’s really good for shopping without being ambushed and sniping jets if you have explosive ammo as you don’t lose out of sight until you actually do damage to a player

For the SUV service when you call Franklin, the drivers AI is better than the taxi AI because he just hauls ass and doesnt stop (unless he crashes, which can be often sometimes)

I think the best ability here is the company SUV service fast travel. I once escaped a group of tryhards when they were outside my agency camping for me.

Have you ever thought of doing an in-depth guide into all the vehicles that use homing rockets & comparing them to the actual homing launcher? something to the effect of either a homing launcher rebalance/MK 2 variant (what it would look like & what type of lock on it would use like oppressor MK 2, sparrow & so on) or in general discussing how garbage the actual homing launcher we have in the game is or comparing all the vehicles with homing rockets & seeing if different vehicles have different game file codes which would describe why the oppressor MK 2 has the best in terms of tracking & other abilities compared to the rest of its "competition?"

Out of sight is useful for taking out godmode players, because when you crush them under your tank you don't kill them so the ability remains active. Then you can sneak up to them or have your 2nd console orb them ;)

I use the SUV service all the time. whenever I finish an activity and I’m going back to the agency I always call to have them drive me. Gives me some chill/bathroom time. Also eats into the mission timer.
