@TGG I just want to thank you for all of your GTA 5 Online videos. I am literally a new player to GTA 5 and PS4. Yeah I have been hiding under a rock because I been rapping and traveling. But I retired from music and sold the music studio so now I am play games and reading DC comic books as new hobbies. But your Rags to Riches video I have been playing through as a solo player and a lot of your other videos have help me through it. I still beat the The Cayo Perico Heist and I don't have friends to play with like that since I'm very new so I just skipped that part for now. So I just rince and repeat Clucking Farm and the Dr. Dre contract for money. I think you did a video about different types of players. I'm like a combination of 4 of them: The Money Grinder, The Car Guy, The Solo Player and the Casual. So I grind to make money, to buy businesses and cars, as a solo player, and when all else fells I casually pay for Shark Cards so I can get what I want because I do have a day job as a liquor store manager. I can't beat the Cayo Perico for the money I need from grinding to get that car or business, then I casually buy a shark card, if that all makes sense! lol! But anyway, I landed on your videos first when I started looking on RUclips for help and your content is simple and clear for me so I just stick with you and learn what I can. I don't play in an public lobbies because everyone kills me as a newbie and I quit when I accidently land in any public missions! lol! But again man, thanks for all the help with your videos. Maybe one day I will find some friends or help to beat the Cayo Heist lol!
6:00 To be honest, it is not only about making money asap, it is also about "do y9ou enjoy what you're doing?". I happen to not really like the Cayo Perico Heist, the Setup Missions are fine but the Heist itself is annoying to do as a solo player. You need to not cause an Alarm or it becomes hyper annoying to do. With 2 players it is a total different story as you can just go there and clean up doing only the Main Compound, which usually has enough stuff lying around in the two doors you need two people to open, to fill both players bags. Now with the update to Cayo Perico you need to first fill your bag as solo player... because it is seemingly impossible to go all Ninja, in and out without the Alarm and him even knowing what happened. The most annoying thing in GTA-O is the fact that ALL NPC know EXACTLY where you are, and as soon as you get close they fire at you even if they are behind bushes and stuff... totally out of vision. So yeah, I rather drive around town to earn money, even if it is less money but more fun.
It's my first year playing gta V and man you really help me! You're the most constantly active youtuber for GTAV online and gives great content and strategies to utilise everything. Happy holidays TGG and to the Gorilla Gang!

I have to say that I loved it and what I feel like no one is acknowledging is that this dlc opens doors for more celebrities to show up in the game as VIP clients
I hope future heist update will be based around The Agency too. Its fun to team up with Franklin and Lamar and help out in Los Santos. Also it would be cool if we have more vip contracts other than Dr dre.
The agency is great for solo money making, not a big fan of heists so i just grind these missions out and make decent money while actually enjoying the game
Any player can resupply at any players agency armory as long as your, well, in the agency. Snacks, armor, ammo and special ammo. Great for getting everyone prepped for a heist, no more trips to ammunation, or as a resupply point for freemode grinding.
I love the armory and the snack bar nearby. Anyone can grab snacks if they're in the building whether they're on your team or not. I heavily appreciate the ability to park up my car head upstairs to re-up on ammo, armor and food, then hit the laptop to run another mission
One thing TGG missed - if you speak to your secretary at the Agency, you can fast travel to most major places on the map. This is awesome. The agency also has a helipad on the roof and you get a new chopper to use for free. (It's not weaponised tho) It's worth noting, you can't have both types of imani tech installed at once on a single vehicle. Also I have a suspicion there is more to the armory than we realise. Potential mkIII weapons dropping soon? Oh, and the armory is the only place you can buy the EMP grenade launcher - but it's pretty shite to be honest.
So I did 1 payphone hit today, and there is a thing like a bonus if you do it how the client wants it, and I got 85k in like 3-4 minutes, it’s like a much better vip work
Without the cooldown it would've beat cayo. I enjoy doing them the way client wants it done rather than flying there and spamming missiles in a broomstick.
@@stevo2255 If you're near a payphone and it rings, answer it. They light up blue on the map if they're ringing, even if you're flying over them. You must have done at least 3 security contracts to get one.
Is it just me or did this update make gta feel like actual gta, indirectly nerfing every type of homing missile is making me think that maybe rockstar is going back to their old ways
I think assassination calls are the best thing for grinding in this update. Fact, that you can call Franklin and request one makes it great way to make good money fast. Plus, they're not boring. Sorry for my English and good video btw:)
For every 5 security contracts you complete, the wall safe grows more per day in GTA hours. So after completing 20 contracts you'll earn $2,000 every 45-48 minutes, after 35 contracts completed it'll be $3,500 and so on and so fourth. Probably caps off at $5,000 for 50 security contracts completed but not positive because I've only completed 44 at this point. Pretty decent passive income that doesn't require you to maintain unlike the nightclub.
@Pvc 🎄 nah. They should add its about drive 🚙 its about power👺 we stay hungry 🍑 we devour🥜 put in the work 🦺 put in the hours 🕕 and take what's hours 🤨
uhm sorry ik this vid is old now, and you probably caught onto this too now, but you dont have to complete the dr dre heist to unlock payphone hits, you just have to own an agency and then wonder around the map till a payphone near u turns blue and after completing your 1st payphone hit, you can then call Franklin and you can request a payphone hit every 20 minutes. but way i found was to just use a payphone map app or website, but make sure its safe, and then visit the payphone locations till it turns blue and Franklin calls you. Love your vids btw :)
@@vasilismetallinos2234 no idea, all I know is the most someone has got to is 2k but I'm sure it can get even higher. Imo if you have some time it's worth doing. The extra amount a day is nice.
Note - on the gang assassination. If you use explosives and one of the targets is killed by the explosion it can glitch out and not spawn the last target and leave you stuck with one left
You can actually get payphone contracts before you finish the agency missions. At first finding the payphone is a random spawn during normal play but after you do it once you can just call Franklin to spawn one.
I might also add something u did not talk about. If you do the non-vip contracts your passive income from the safe goes up by $100. The max is $20,000 which means about 200 missions
There are 3 payouts of 100k for each leak “finale” When all said and done, completing the Dre contract pays 1.3 million plus 10k for each smaller setup and however much you loot from bodies (10k-20k) 1.33 million
Do you get 100k bonus if you replay each leak “finale” or is it just one time go, I was hoping I could replay this and make decent money but all that work for the million is pointless when there’s Cayo 😂 and duping cars lmao
its nice to have something different to grind out 24/7 running the cayo over and over just gets boring and is my main way to get high cash for a solo player
I like this dlc. Having the anti-lock missile option and many missions to do. I used to skip the kill bonus for payhit job thinking it is only 2k or 5k but the bonus was actualy 75k so i recommend following the instructions and getting 85k instead of 15k
The dlc if very profitable when you have people in your ceo, Missions for me solo for contract mission would give me 60k at max, but if you have people in your ceo you can have contract missions that can give you 100k. My favourite strategy is letting your CEO Associates do the work for you.
The safe gives more depending how many security contracts you do. I guess people haven't done enough of them to notice. My safe is getting 2500 a day right now
Your comment makes me think your unaware that in your interaction menu you can actually have up to 10 armor(the 10th spot is opened at lvl 135) stored that you can apply while in the mission. While you can fill the armor your wearing at the job menu you could never fill any available space you had in your interaction menu…..which you still can’t, however, now you don’t need to run to ammunation in between each job to get the extra. (As long as your on your way to the Agency for another mission from there, if not, then stopping at ammunation will still be faster
after grinding the fuck out of these missions a tip is if you find a new session it will refresh the prices of each mission, so if you're stuck with like 30k missions only just find a new lobby and check them again, aother thing with the safe in the agency if you just let it build up the payout each day increases for some reason, dont know how much but its decent to have in the backround, i think my payout went from like 12k or something to 24k in a in game day
@@JustifiedkNot7077 There shouldn't be a limit to the security contracts, there's a small cooldown before you can start another but nothing too serious.
I think what should happen is there should be 2 pretty good updates to keep people on the game during next year then at like Christmas they should release a heist with Michael and it could maybe unlock the ability to go to part of the snowy place from the story(I forgot its name sorry) like how we can visit part of Cayo perico in the plane. Then I think the next update after that should be a heist with the og trio and everyone else you've worked with to get like a 10 mil payout and then they release gta 6
This might be a glitch that R* hasn't noticed yet but the Agency helicopter you can use, the $3.33 million dollar 'Supervolito Carbon', can be made a personal vehicle via your hanger. Thus you can get a free helicopter worth more than the cost to buy the Agency. You cannot do this with the helicopter on your Superyacht so I'm keeping one in my hanger in case R* patches it.
So the wall safe is pretty interesting, because you get a percentage each in-game day. And the more security tasks you play, the higher the payout you get in the safe. After the first playthroughs I got 250 dollars for a day. Playing a few more I got 500 dollars for 1 day Cheers
I just now have committed your channel name to memory. I clicked a different guide and said "hey this isn't that British guy" and changed immediately to find your guide.
Note - if you grind and do 500 security contracts you will get 50k per 48 min in-game the max the safe can hold is 250k so that is some pretty good second income while grinding Cayo perico once you empty the safe it will start to fill again and it will just take 5 times cause your income will be 50k
8:53 that actually isn’t true, I haven’t even started the dr Dre contract because I’m waiting for my friend to be available because I said I’d do it with her, all I’ve done is set up the agency and I’ve only got up to the bit where you get the mission to meet Franklin at the golf club, and I just got a random call from Franklin telling me I could start payphone hits so you don’t actually need to finish the contract to start them
@@neirucha that’s after the first one, in order for the first one to become available you have to wait for Franklin to call you and then the nearest payphone will start ringing and appear on your map, literally the same as how it works when you request one from him just with him calling you instead
My main way to make money with the agency is usually: 1. Do cayo perico 2. Whilst its on cooldown do a security contract (whichever pays highest) 3. Do a payphone hit whilst contract is on cooldown (think its 5 min cooldown) 4. Do another contract 5. Cayo perico should be ready to set up again That should make about 2.8-3 million
Knowing to finish the Dr. Dre contract first will save me the trouble of looking aimlessly for the Payphone hits when I've yet to unlock it. Thank you.
I think the more you do security contracts the more money gets added to your wall safe, think 1500 is the max but can’t really say it seems pretty sporadic, obviously the pay difference between this a cayo perico is huge but I’ve done it so many times this is a nice way to kind of break it up a little lol I just wish there weren’t so many set up missions in the dre contract.
Nope, it’s an investment for smart people. Buying the armory gives a discount of ammo and armor (saves you money in the long run) and will also save you time which could be used grinding cayo
DONT BUY THE 2.8 MIL AGENCY!!! Everybody and their mother has bought it...resulting into a grieferfest in most sessions. Be smart...buy a cheaper one and enjoy some peace and quiet.
The payphone contracts start early on when you're doing Dr. Dre missions, not when you're finished with them. I did two of them before I finished the main story with Dr. Dre. I think you'll get payphone calls can appear any time you have VIP/CEO/MC active.
I’d personally like to be able to get into the agency without having to wait ages for it to load or not load at all. I’d also like to stay a ceo after doing missions without getting put back into a lobby and losing my status. I’d like to use the lifts in the agency without having to wait ages for it to load as well or have to reset PS4. All those things have made the whole content a load of shit from the get go
To maximize my profit is doing the Security Contracts, Payphone assasinations and the VIP Headhunter mission, already have 1 mill in under an hour with that method, this is one of the best ways to make money for now and for me.
So currently I’ve done 6 of the security jobs, but I haven’t been playing that much yet. I should note that the gang termination and assets liquidization are by far the easiest

@@donovanscott8432 lol listening to those two is the the hardest difficulty
@@Daviddontcare They aren't really hard, but they are annoying, most gunfights on online missions are boring and annoying as fuck
I really hope they bring out more VIP contacts because the Dre one was amazing but didn't last long and the pay was questionable
Yes, I agree the VIP contract was fun but it barely pays.
when they where making this dlc they wanted to make it more of a story dlc this is probably why it pays so badly
@Majd Attie smthng ? Something? To lazy to type the 3 extra letters?
@Majd Attie that makes no sense at all...
Amazing? The drive from point a to point b, shoot people and drive back game meta was boring in 2013.
Thanks so much TGG for this. Needed it as I was just about to buy
Something he didn't tell you is that the safe can be permanently increased in payment per day every five contract missions you do I do not know what the max is but I know you can get up to at least 2k a day. Kinda annoying that he posted this without finding out that part as it can be a very good way of getting a little extra money.

This missions are made for fun and a really like the new animations of that update
Tgg your such a good youtuber and you help me and the gta v community so much. Keep up the awesome work
I’m telling u this update is so good and thanks for the guide my guy I appreciate that man
The agency is great for solo money making, not a big fan of heists so i just grind these missions out and make decent money while actually enjoying the game
Thank you! I really needed to know what the upgrades actually did
One thing TGG missed - if you speak to your secretary at the Agency, you can fast travel to most major places on the map. This is awesome.
The agency also has a helipad on the roof and you get a new chopper to use for free. (It's not weaponised tho)
It's worth noting, you can't have both types of imani tech installed at once on a single vehicle.
I played through dre contract and finished but i didn't get any assassination, how do you get them? Thanks
@@stevo2255 If you're near a payphone and it rings, answer it. They light up blue on the map if they're ringing, even if you're flying over them. You must have done at least 3 security contracts to get one.

My favourite business in GTA online. I’ve made $ 5 million plus with security contracts alone and have made over $ 8 million in total.
Update, make its $21 million.
I think assassination calls are the best thing for grinding in this update. Fact, that you can call Franklin and request one makes it great way to make good money fast. Plus, they're not boring. Sorry for my English and good video btw:)

Yeah Been Thinking to Get it 🤔
For every 5 security contracts you complete, the wall safe grows more per day in GTA hours. So after completing 20 contracts you'll earn $2,000 every 45-48 minutes, after 35 contracts completed it'll be $3,500 and so on and so fourth. Probably caps off at $5,000 for 50 security contracts completed but not positive because I've only completed 44 at this point. Pretty decent passive income that doesn't require you to maintain unlike the nightclub.
yo homie need that info
hopefully they release new VIP contracts every few weeks, would keep the game very alive
i think all vip contracts are going to involve celebs so it might be like once every few months
I noticed the computer says VIP Contracts, so there's multiple.

uhm sorry ik this vid is old now, and you probably caught onto this too now, but you dont have to complete the dr dre heist to unlock payphone hits, you just have to own an agency and then wonder around the map till a payphone near u turns blue and after completing your 1st payphone hit, you can then call Franklin and you can request a payphone hit every 20 minutes. but way i found was to just use a payphone map app or website, but make sure its safe, and then visit the payphone locations till it turns blue and Franklin calls you. Love your vids btw :)

This DLC is so much fun to play and the pay isn’t that bad actually, this is the first day of not doing cayo perico for me!
Note - on the gang assassination. If you use explosives and one of the targets is killed by the explosion it can glitch out and not spawn the last target and leave you stuck with one left
Yeah that happened to me thanks for the Help
You can actually get payphone contracts before you finish the agency missions. At first finding the payphone is a random spawn during normal play but after you do it once you can just call Franklin to spawn one.
I might also add something u did not talk about. If you do the non-vip contracts your passive income from the safe goes up by $100. The max is $20,000 which means about 200 missions
And once you have all the agency missions done, the arcade, and the nightclub, you're making good money with your character just idling.
There are 3 payouts of 100k for each leak “finale”
When all said and done, completing the Dre contract pays 1.3 million plus 10k for each smaller setup and however much you loot from bodies (10k-20k)
1.33 million
1.5, you get a 250,000 first time bonus for doing the actual finale
Do you get 100k bonus if you replay each leak “finale” or is it just one time go, I was hoping I could replay this and make decent money but all that work for the million is pointless when there’s Cayo 😂 and duping cars lmao
@@wwanji no, it's just a first time bonus. After your first time it's 1.1 mill including prep payouts
You don't need to finish dr dre contract to unlock the payphone assassination, you just need a couple of contract missions.
This was needed, Very useful thanks
its nice to have something different to grind out 24/7 running the cayo over and over just gets boring and is my main way to get high cash for a solo player
Well, nowadays you can have a garage floor full of imani tech vehicles you know, so just make sure you do that if you love selling in public lobbies
I like this dlc. Having the anti-lock missile option and many missions to do. I used to skip the kill bonus for payhit job thinking it is only 2k or 5k but the bonus was actualy 75k so i recommend following the instructions and getting 85k instead of 15k
Yeah, they are actually some of best fast money in game with the bonus
The dlc if very profitable when you have people in your ceo, Missions for me solo for contract mission would give me 60k at max, but if you have people in your ceo you can have contract missions that can give you 100k.
My favourite strategy is letting your CEO Associates do the work for you.

Can’t refill snacks armor or Explosive mk2 weapon ammo
@@blackhawkuh-6026 where can you refill snacks in the agency?
Your comment makes me think your unaware that in your interaction menu you can actually have up to 10 armor(the 10th spot is opened at lvl 135) stored that you can apply while in the mission. While you can fill the armor your wearing at the job menu you could never fill any available space you had in your interaction menu…..which you still can’t, however, now you don’t need to run to ammunation in between each job to get the extra. after grinding the fuck out of these missions a tip is if you find a new session it will refresh the prices of each mission, so if you're stuck with like 30k missions only just find a new lobby and check them again, aother thing with the safe in the agency if you just let it build up the payout each day increases for some reason, dont know how much but its decent to have in the backround, i think my payout went from like 12k or something to 24k in a in game day

Can you sell it?
@@wilfred5820 Sadly you can only remove it not sell it. It would be a nice way to make endless money if you could sell it/them.
So the wall safe is pretty interesting, because you get a percentage each in-game day. And the more security tasks you play, the higher the payout you get in the safe. After the first playthroughs I got 250 dollars for a day. Playing a few more I got 500 dollars for 1 day

Note - if you grind and do 500 security contracts you will get 50k per 48 min in-game the max the safe can hold is 250k so that is some pretty good second income while grinding Cayo perico once you empty the safe it will start to fill again and it will just take 5 times cause your income will be 50k
8:53 that actually isn’t true, I haven’t even started the dr Dre contract because I’m waiting for my friend to be available because I said I’d do it with her, all I’ve done is set up the agency and I’ve only got up to the bit where you get the mission to meet Franklin at the golf club, and I just got a random call from Franklin telling me I could start payphone hits so you don’t actually need to finish the contract to start them
Yeah I havent actually finished the Dr Dre contract yet and Franklin called to say I could also do the payphone hits - so must be random
Yea i was about to say i done all the dr dre shit and still no hit calls

My main way to make money with the agency is usually:
1. Do cayo perico
2. Whilst its on cooldown do a security contract (whichever pays highest)
3. Do a payphone hit whilst contract is on cooldown (think its 5 min cooldown)
4. Do another contract
5. Cayo perico should be ready to set up again
That should make about 2.8-3 million
is it really worth it i mean how much can i make with all of this in 1 day
can you buy the armory and the vehicle workshop after buying the agency?
Yup
Yes you can.
Knowing to finish the Dr. Dre contract first will save me the trouble of looking aimlessly for the Payphone hits when I've yet to unlock it. Thank you.
2.8 mil agency is the best no contest with other business involved
I think the more you do security contracts the more money gets added to your wall safe, think 1500 is the max but can’t really say it seems pretty sporadic, obviously the pay difference between this a cayo perico is huge but I’ve done it so many times this is a nice way to kind of break it up a little lol I just wish there weren’t so many set up missions in the dre contract.
I'm thinking payphone hit, security contract, client jobs and auto shop contracts could be used together for a pretty decent money making strat
Do payphone first and complete security, client and auto setup within 20 min cool down and repeat
dont forget about 80k cars in import/export
