I followed your instructions and although my smell and taste was gone, but this soup made a huge impact in my dads health and boosted his recovery which otherwise he would have definitely landed in hospital had i not done it. So yeah, if you have to feel good about yourself, you definitely saved a life by your recipe. I bet you never imagined that filming this ? isn't it :D :P
I made this soup tonight..it was so delicious. Went very well with a lettuce based salad and monsoon evening. I could have passed it of as a chicken soup ordered from a good restaurant, even if i say so. 😀 I wish I could have posted a picture. Wow! Mr. Bharat! This was first attempt at Chicken soup at home, and it was so much similar but much better, healthier than store bought soup I had in the past. Just amazing! For those who are trying first time - you will not fail with this recipe. I modified this a bit but boiling onions, celery and carrot with the chicken also, in addition to adding these later - came out amazing!

Toh ab unlock jo hua h, ab me wapis se physical workout ls k sath-sath mindfully and light meals eat kar rahi hu with portion control...fayda ho raha h. Apki iss soup recipe mein aaj mene ek chiz tweak ki, kafi achha taste mila, toh socha, ki thanks k sath share kar dun. Chicken caramalise karte time mene chopped ginger garlic aur freshly crushed peppercorns, timing k hisab se add karke aur sear kiye. Bahut behtreen taste mila. Mere pas sirf beans aur orange carrot thi, unko mene finely chop karke add kar diya. Bahut nutritious, filling aur satisfying dinner hua mera is badhiya se soup se. I put in a pinch of black pepper powder while frying the chicken pieces in the beginning. And before taking off soup finally a knob of white butter. The soup was slurrrppily delicious. Want more such winter recipes, please.
