I find I get the most frizz when I refresh. I use a water conditioner mix but I still get massive frizz the next day. Refreshing is what I haven’t mastered yet. Thanks for the tips though. You look beautiful, per usual!
Hi Ti Pea, I wanted to respond to your comment because I did have the same problem. What is working for me is mixing a leave-in with water in a spray bottle, not a conditioner. Leave-in's are meant to stay in your hair and provide a layer of moisture, conditioners are not meat to stay in your hair. Also, make sure you have enough leave-in in the mixture. The spray should feel slippery when you spray it in your hand. You might want to have less expensive but good leave-in for this purpose. I use this mixture and spray my hair every morning until wet, finger comb. If necessary, I might add a little of the cream styler I used. I have 4A hair. I hope this was helpful :)
Thank you Valuemama. I was using water and conditioner. Then switched to aloe Vera juice. All made my hair frizzy and super puffy ( not in a good way) Going to try a leave in!!
Hello! I was wondering do you think you can do a week in a wash n go? Show us with your pineapple (or however you sleep with your hair) and then how you refresh every morning. Thank you for the tips😊
Yess when I stop using oils and butters from a few months ago my hair began to not only feel better, but look better. I will for sure note these tips!!
Interesting about the butters n oils in your hair! Just goes to show how different our curls are. My curls love shea butter n castor oil..balanced out with some good protein of course. I love this video n will employ many of your recs! You n your hair are perfection! Love at you! Xo
Deep conditiong and sating pillow cases has helped my frizz a bunch! Diffusing also cause frizz but sometimes Im in a rush and cant wait for air drying! “Aint nobody got time for that!” Lol
I’ll have to try the in shower application method. My hair gets sooooo dry and frizzy by day 2/3. It’s insane. I wouldn’t mind a little frizz but I have the crazy kind you’re talking about. Day 1, curls are moist and defined and I wear a satin bonnet and pillow case. As soon as I go outside or it’s just day 2 or 3, I have instantly over frizzy and over dried out hair. I’m also trying new products, currently the Twist line.
I have too much hair and not enough time to be washing my hair every week, and the products are expensive enough as is 😭 maybe I’ll try it when I have some time off
Hey Beautiful! You’re awesome! How much shedding should you have? Should you have it every week with wash day? Maybe I should try another conditioner with more slip... I have to detangle so much! Ugh! I deep condition weekly with co-washing.. I have maybe a half dollar of shed? Is that normal? I know I’m just talking, thank you for being consistent!❤️
I wanna ask you something in the morning I spray my hair with water and put eco gel on my hair and then I put the coconut oil Jamaican oil and the tea tree oil but not at the same time when one is all gone then I use the other one during the day and at night I want to know am I using the right products for my hair
Heyy idk what I'm doing wrong but my hair just DON'T last like I can't even have a good day 2 most of the time 😭 Do someone have any advices for me plz?
I had this and then deep conditioned with steam every week and then when styling I would seal my hair with an oil to keep the moisture in (because I have trouble retaining moisture) and after a couple steam sessions and sealing in the moisture the frizzy áreas went away (the back and the crown). If you can’t deep condition with heat/steam, I have also tried CO washing daily for one week and that draws in a surprising amount of moisture and by the end of the week my hair was so hydrated that my frizzy Bits were so tame. It won’t go away in just one day but it will with consistency
Applying in the shower with my hair soaking wet was SOOOO KEY.... That was like the best tip because it made such a difference.
It really does !!
I’ve tried it, but good Lord my hair took daaayys to dry 😫
That makes my hair shrink to the high heavens....

My hair is frizzy when I’m out of the shower after washing and conditioning especially on the crown area . Any suggestions? Please help!!!

What are people's thoughts on silk/satin cap vs silk/satin pillowcases ?🤔
I use both. The satin pillow case is there for my skin/anti-aging purpose and also in case the satin scarf falls off.
MissRayyaSunshine I have both, but I tend to get hot while I’m sleeping, so the silk pillowcase is clutch.
Use both
Damn y'all I need help. I literally wet n condition EVERYDAY 😩 I need to learn to do other styles smh
Thank you! I hopeful
