I thought these are Ukrainian flags on both sides of the bridge at the beginning, but checked and see it is a Regina flag. Very similar. Deserted streets, just one bozo walking.
I visited this city and spent 6 months here because of work. It is a very boring and limited city and very cold in the winter. There is a lot of snow. Also, the crime rate is very high. There are a lot of drug addicts and homeless people in the streets.

Regina is in the middle of the pack regarding taxation in Canadian cities. There are many other Canadian cities with higher taxation rates. "Crime big time"! Regina does have it's bad sections of town just like any other city in western Canada! Outside of north Central or the Hood as we say in Regina. Crime is No worse than any other city in western Canada... There is an old saying! If you don't know what you are talking about. Keep your mouth shut! You obviously were never taught that valuable lesson.
