I immigrated to Canada 50 years ago, came straight to Regina and lived here ever since. It's a great city, all kind of things to do, too bad the video did not show Wascana park, right in the middle of the city with a man made lake in it. This video must have been taken early in the morning, very little traffic on the roads.
Yes. Where is all the traffic? Must have been taken early on a Sunday morning. At first I thought it was during the pandemic when we were forced to stay home. But that was years ago.

I rent my whole house in Regina for $1400 plus utilities for 2 bedrooms main floor with finished basement another 2 bedroom.
