I live down the street, lived here since 2002 our house doesn’t have bars around the windows never had a break in never had anyone come into the property uninvited area isn’t known for break-ins home seems older so maybe bars been on for years and is what made sense for the home owner also might of been a home that was perhaps a vacation home or second property since we never saw much activating all these years we’ve driven passed it.

It doesn't matter what the price is. If the times were right you would already had an offer from Redfin, black rock. Etc the fact still remains it's a bad time to buy. Even for a drug lord 690k??? The city will start giving you fines after fines . Too many regulations now. Your neighbors will call city Hall everyday.
