    I've been living in Europe for 20 yrs and I'm gathering to go back to Kenya, my beautiful country. It's a great video. The minor issues we have in kenya can't be compared to the organised systematic control over here in diaspora. It's bigger than people know.

      That’s why bridging the gap is so vital for the African community at large. You personally know first hand life in Kenya is much better minus a few things. Many cannot fathom the systematic oppression happening on a global scale.

    Just now seeing this one. He is SO spot on when he said the American Dream was squashed for anyone born after 1960 (me). The 70s were full of promise when affirmative action was instituted, but it soon proved to be a sham and a scam to work ourselves to insanity. The mall culture died here when Amazon was born (I pray it doesn't happen there!). Even though your guest is right, when he says The U.S. $ is used in Liberia, but it still goes a long way in Liberia. Currently, U.S $1 is Liberia $198. Liberia’s currency is also called dollars, but it’s not the U.S. dollar. However, the U.S. dollar is like a second (and in most cases, the first) currency In Liberia, because it’s used everywhere in the Country. That makes Liberia very attractive to entrepreneurs, because they can come to the Country, do business and gain access to lots and lots of U.S. dollars, without needing to come to the U.S.

    African Americans should try moving to African villages. Moving from another American city like Atlanta or Chicago to another African city like Nairobi or Lagos won't help. Village life are more admirable

      The thing with this is that most villages are very ethnic and tribal so I don't see how it would work without seeming like a colonizer, invader, or as they say in Kenya, a mzungu.

    The majority of Kenyans diaspora in the US that are there to just make money coz they do alot of developments here in Kenya and setup businesses here while still in the US then they build big mansion and come back home, that is the reality. Most of them don't migrate to stay there permanently, you can ask around. Even the ones looking to go only say they are going for the oppotunity to make money coz of the dollar value against the shilling but with an intension to come back and invest here

    • @mfalmemusa
      @mfalmemusa  Год назад

      That’s debatable. I met a decent amount of Kenyans in the US that have no plans on moving back.

      Stop lying... There is no starvation 😂 that's politics. Every Kenyan comes from a village that grows Corn, beans, cabbages, and we are exporting lots of food😅.
      Visit the real life in the countryside. 😂.. social media will mislead u
