Great Interview 🎉 I love how more and more of the African Diaspora are visiting home! Soon living ✈️🙏🏾🇰🇪
We must keep spreading the word 🗣️
@@mfalmemusa They say if you can drive in Nairobi especially, around that madness in the roads, you can drive anywhere in the world. lolest.
Good job the Musa’s. Enjoy your home in Kenya and create wealth for your kids and their future generation.
@@Jimmykarinski Kabisa. This couple are a good bunch.
This brother is what Kenya needs….he’s so entrepreneurial, only been in the country for a couple of days and his economic brain is already spinning. Karibu Kenya brother!!
😊Hey shout out to the Pike in Long Beach❤I am leaving LA in December to live in Kenya and travel around Africa. ❤❤❤I can't wait.
@ruqayyahcurtis7504
U are welcome in advance. Kenyans know INcoming people mean economic expansion for our country. 🎉
Welcome to Magical Kenya.
Karibu Mtu wetu 😇
Kenya..means business..
hakuna matata....karibu sana.
Solid interview. I'm smiling for this Brother, knowing he'll return Stateside with a plan to start a thriving business in Kenya.
That’s exactly what we need 💪🏾
1st African American who has a business idea that i actually think would work..Good stuff
It’s definitely a great 💡
Invite the black guy from Chicago that invented a machine that makes water from air. He'll be a millionaire in Africa
He should be a billionaire!!! Brooklyn,NYC!

I visited Kenya in November 22 and loved it. Me as a kidnapped Afrikan from America was investing and going back and forth to Tanzania for 6 years. I'm moving my children's entertainment business from Tanzania to Kenya. ❤️🖤💚💯✊🏿
As a Kenyan, i love seeing people loving my home.
Welcome home!!! What sets Kenya apart is the fact that there's something for everyone, from corporate, entrepreneurs, religious, students, backpackers on a budget, family, wealthy, young, middle-age, retired etc.
You’re absolutely right!
Nairobi has a vibe that is difficult to replicate in a city like Kigali. Vibrant and growing.
Welcome to Kenya bro.

Mfalme, take that brother by the hand, the Kenyan way, since wewe ni mwenyeji sasa. Asante sana for promoting Kenya.🎉
In Kenya there's a Swahili saying: chema chajiuza, kibaya chajitembeza. In a very loose translation it means, the good does not have to market itself, the mediocre has to walk around making itself known.
Great job Musa, putting Kenya on the map as well as showing Africa in good light. I have a hunch your guest would have a great opportunity to succeed in Kenya being in the healthcare field.
I’ll definitely be an investor for sure 💪🏾
This really feels great to see people who are coming back to their roots and appreciating it
Appreciate you 🙏🏾
I'm absolutely thrilled to witness African-Americans embracing their roots and finding joy in reconnecting with their ancestral heritage. It's a beautiful moment when we recognize that America is home, but Africa is where our incredible journey began, tracing back to the very source of the river of our history. Karibu Kenya🌍🏡🇺🇸
Great video. "Nakupenda = I love you (singular)", "Nawapenda = I love you (plural)", "Tunawapenda = We love you (plural)"
This was needed 😅
Missed you so much Brother Mfalme Musa, watching from Sweden nawapenda mwote, karibuni nyumbani Kenya 🇰🇪
I appreciate your unwavering support 🙏🏾
Driving and drivers getting physical is true..am outside Kenya n I can't fathom how drivers curse each other everytime due to small situations on the road😢
Our brothers and sisters in the diaspora should know that Africa in general is their home. A few challenges here and there but that's our home. Welcome home brothers!
You’re are absolutely right!
Beautiful interview. This positive vibe about Kenya is just vibing me and very awesome. I am a Kenyan in USA. I am loving that African Americans are really looking to visit and hopefully relocate to our country or to any other country in Africa. AAs', you are most welcome. Lets build Africa together and take it to the next level. Bring your experiences, business models, acumen, ideas and make Africa the envy of other races that don't like us and discriminate on us. They will be sorry when the tables turn soon. Lets build Africa for blacks only 😍. Awesome job Bwana Mfalme. Good interview.
Africa is definitely the future. Asante Sana June 🙏🏾
Great energy from this brother❤ why Pittsburgh? That's a very racist city. Glad he's in Kenya.
Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Tanzania, Senegal, Mauritius, Lesotho, South Africa, Zambia, Malawi...Morocco--over 54 countries to explore and find your happy Africa place. Nevertheless, welcome to Kenya. I hope you come and stay with a sense of realism as well. Life here can become rewarding but it will require some hard work and open-heartedness.
Great interview. We need more stories like this out there to help change the misconceptions about Africa and African people. You can never go wrong in delving into healthcare. Wish him the best.
I am happy to see you enjoy welcome home it’s different but that’s what makes it fun
We love it here 🤗
12:57 Somalis are Kenyan. Kenya's sixth largest tribe. Most people do not know this. They are native to Northern Kenya.
Thanks for the needed info 🙏🏾
No
@@gashafashi08 No what?
African Americans need to stamp their feet into Kenya & form their 45th tribe of Kenya. Why live in a country that treats you inhumanely why you got a homeland that you could build your own enclave here in Kenya. We are 44 different tribes but all proud to be Kenyan . In Kenya you're free to belong to your own ethnic group as well as be a proud Kenyan.
Glad to see brothas coming back to the motherland and demystifying all the horror stories they've been told about Africa. Thanks @Mfalme Musa for shining a light to the brothas and sistas back in the States and putting the record straight and you being an example of what is possible. Shout out to DeAndre for taking the trip and suggesting opportunities available for the black diaspora. Wish you dropped or linked his socials so that we could follow him.
Dropped.
I love my Kenya ❤️ .🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪 to the world
🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
I’m convinced this is the best kept secret! Low key is Wakanda 😂😂🇿🇦🌍 I’m excited
I watched @Dolledupandthangs interview the lady nurse and a thought just crossed my mind about AA medical professionals investing in the motherland and that can trigger medical services tourism to africa as it has been happening people going to India especially for cancer treatment. And to see this brother seeing that gap, I pray that he will set up something.
Modernisation does not mean not-African.
Development does not mean not-African.
So Ghana becoming 'more modernised' does not make it less African.
And regardless, Kenya is WAY MORE modernised than Ghana (and I am Ghanaian).
I totally agree with you!
This has nothing to do with ghana
@@AustineAK in the video he literally gives one of reasons he chose Kenya was that Ghana was modernising too much…
I like Mfalme. He is doing more advertising for Kenya than our tourism sector.ngl
We just getting started 😤
Structured Chaos wow! That sounds like LA!
Wow...am in medical field and his idea has jus hit me!...he will definitely succeed in that!
.
Brilliant 💡
Nothing excites my heart like seeing you brothers travel to motherland, growing up the only Americans we saw why white Americans but that has now changed a lot. Now Musa can even think of setting up an African American restaurant in Nairobi real talk.
You already know‼️
Nairobi is quite safe. If anyone wants to spend less for more. Musa explore more options of modern properties in Kangundo, Katani, Syokimau....mostly warmer and not far off the city too plus it's more of families so it's secure and cheaper as well. Westlands; kileleswa, muthaiga,...those are affluent places so the prices are quit high
I’ll definitely check those places out. Thanks for the recommendations 🙏🏾
Brother M., I could've watched this for another 24 minutes! Please keep doing these interviews; everyone has a different experience and perspective; this is truly a ministry. Praying I am your first senior next year 🙏🏽 Then again, I might want DollBabe to get me first 🤣🤣
Doll & I may have to tussle over you 😂 But it will just be a pleasure to have you in our presence here on the continent.
Asante Sana for your TREMENDOUS support‼️
Oshay duke..hopefully you're following dis conversation from uganda...'magical kenya'
Africans are lovely and in Kenya we MUST just be more than loving...
Thanks for profiling my country in a positive way. We maintain a blend of our culture and modernity making it easy for everyone to just fit in. I'm just curious, how does it feel to not be reminded every single minute of your skin colour😊
LIBERATING‼️‼️‼️‼️
Great job Musa. I think you should do more of these interviews. Tell Dorothy we love her as well.
Will do 🙏🏾
We love you right back 😍😍😍😍
Nice to see AA moving home. Not the pinkish creatures. All the best family. Melanin beings should unite. We are one tree different branches same roots whether we like it or not. The shared consciousness is why we face the same fate wherever we go.
Partner with someone is the best!
Great interview.

Welcome to Kenya and feel at home always. And thanks for visiting!
Kenya's independence constitution was partly written by first US Black Chief Justice Thurgood Marshall who was friends with Kenya Nationalists Jomo Kenyatta, Oginga Odinga and Tom Mboya.
Tom Mboya was a Keynote speaker at the March in Washington in 1963 and close friends of Dr. Martin Luther King, Harry Belafonte ,Andrew Young, Sidney Poitier, Ralph Abernathy and other black civil rights leaders.
They set up resources to help educate Black Kenyans denied higher education opportunities by white before Independence hence Obama father to Harvard .
As a guest of US Civil rights Organizer , Charles Cobb Jr. Kenya's Independence VP Oginga Odinga was once arrested in Atlanta while in Atlanta protesting against Black discrimination together with 17 other SNCC students .
This was an embarrassment for the relations between US and Kenya after the state realized that they had locked up Kenya VP . He refused to leave jail until all the black students were released .
His wishes were granted .
In 1963, Thurgood Marshall was responsible for writing Kenya's Independence constitution particularly the part on rights of racial minorities including white, asian/indian,arabs etc .
Prior to Kenya Independence 1963 racial segregation in Kenya ,white 1st class citizen, asian/indian, arab second class citizen ,black kenya 3rd class .
He was disappointed at the post independence polarization between Nationalists leaders President Jomo Kenyatta and VP Oginga Odinga and assassination of Nationalist Tom Mboya in 1960s .
These were his close friends .
US civil rights leader Dr Martin Luther King was eliminated in 1968 at age 39 and his close friend Kenya independence Nationalist Tom Mboya was eliminated in 1969 at the age of 38 . Both Tom Mboya and Dr Martin Luther King had 4 kids each all below age 13 .
Please recommend the books or articles that have this info! Thanks Papd 🙏🏾
@@mfalmemusa You can start with Mary Dudziak's Exporting American Dreams : Thurgood Marshall's African Journey . Also the Kenya Nationalists Tom Mboya, Oginga Odinga and Jomo Kenyatta were all authors and have biographies and historical sites with their info . Obama also writes about the relationships between his father and Tom Mboya and histories of his Luo peoples . The 1963 March on Washington Speech of Dr Martin Luther King and Tom Mboya also found online or on tube .

Karibu Rafiki 🙏🏾
Really good Interview.
I’m glad you enjoyed it & thank you very much for the support!
As a Kenyan there is alot to be done,My Country is getting overrated by African diaspora...so many elements that people tend to ignore...
I would love to interview you! Honestly, I think we are just comparing it to a place we’ve been for the last 400 years. We are coming back to not only live but also build. I don’t tend to talk about the negatives of Kenya online because that’s conversations we can privately have and work on together. Asante rafiki 🙏🏾
I agree, there is a lot of work yet to be done. However, I don't think the African diaspora are the issue. The problem is some of us Kenyans online who feed this hype machine with our trollish behaviour in the comments of these videos. I repeat, WE are the problem. We are the ones who allow ourselves to get baited into these useless Kenya vs. (insert other African country) silly competitions that just end up leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouths, instead of having meaningful discussions.
WE are the ones who allow our fellow Africans, particularly Nigerians and increasingly Ugandans and Rwandans, to gas us up by making these over-repeated infrastructure videos with ridiculous clickbait titles, and we think they are doing us a favour but we don't realize that WE are the ones being used for views to grow their channels, by constantly having our dopamine milked via these videos that are supposed to flatter us. Don't get me wrong.. they've done their part in exposing the false 'Kenya/Africa is all poor' narrative that has been peddled by the Western media for so long, but I think its time we Kenyans said enough is enough. Let's now focus on some REAL work and not just endless videos of the expressway.
@@kim1570I see Kenya/ns being bullied an trolled by other Africans online (insert the countries). Funny how you would rather castigate your own and make it seem like other nationalities are innocent!! I have travelled across many countries in Africa and on the globe. Compared to many African countries, Kenya/ns have every reason to be PROUD of their country!! Majority of those who do not appreciate Kenya have NEVER left Kenya!! Kenyans have to stand up for themselves against trolls and bullies. Glad the ones who see it stand up and put the trolls in their place! Peace!
You need to travel that's when you will appreciate this country.... remember these are foreigners and they speak from their point of view...... you're just bitter and have refused to look at the brighter side....... there's no country in Africa that is as free as Kenya .... people aren't speaking out of nothing... they've experienced both sides
@@kim1570 I could not agree with you more...

Welcome home

learning a lot as a Kenyan from your own experiences
On this journey, we will all learn from each other 🙏🏾
It’s beginning to seem so. I was fond of Nigeria and still am but far as possibilities it seems Ghana THEN Kenya. Definitely not South Africa as it would defeat the purpose of moving from the west. And that’s just my opinion and not necessarily the right answer.
I share your same reluctance on S.A although I’m willing to visit and learn.
And you are so right though
We are used to this but we dont mind since the first African Americans came after 1994 builded business here, but we dont like hyping we like to keep our business to ourselves and there are African American who promoting SA and they know their target
@kabelothebe4350 You are always hyping, thinking SA is on top of anything and everything in Africa. People will always have their personal preferences and choices.
@@esem135 im not hyping we never hype ourselves if you look at youtube Kenya vs SA you will find hundreds of Kenya and only ten about SA,when you lesson people alaways drag SA instead of talking about their own country focus on your own live SA alone
