Yeah it’s similar I know what you mean but you have to realize Kenya and ethiopia are the only two legit sovereign African countries that the European governments, American governments , china can’t tell nothing too and are scared to say anything too powerful leadership and sovereignty and they actually control their country the black people and they actually are the ones manufacturing and have the jobs and control the minerals. South African is controlled by the British, and three whites families in South Africa the Rupert’s, the menals, and the Oppenheimers. That’s why the land and the minerals are still 90% controlled by 10% of the population which is white and now theirs Indians and Chinese that have more power than the indigenous South Africans. I’m just being honest I’m not from Kenya I’m in Canada and from Sudan but I monitor my whole black family around the world wherever we are our people. And Kenya’s president is the best in africa right now. But I can’t wait till Julius malema is president in South Africa which will hopefully be next year because he actually fights for our people and thinks panafrican like Kenya’s president. I think Westlands has been oversold now and that's why the rent is skyhigh. I'd say try to venture out of Westlands and try other Nairobi neighbourhoods. There are tonnes of places with modern conveniences - malls, clubs, hospitals, vibe etc. Nairobi pretty much fits every pocket as costly as it may seem. There's Kilimani, lots of good neighbourhoods in the Southlands like Lang'ata. Eastlands there are nice neighbourhoods like Nyayo. North of Nairobi, there's a freeway (superhighway) that makes your movement easier and faster and lots of neighbourhoods to choose from at a fraction of the price you are paying. Mostly you will find anything from 300-700 dollars and if renting even less. If you are willing to get out of your comfort zone, there's more to explore in Nairobi as regards housing/AirBnB.

Welcome back home brother. There's nothing better than being in your own motherland. Feel free to do anything and everything as long as it's good for you, good to you and good to the sitting government.

When in Mombasa take an Uber or hire a driver to take you to Diani Beach ⛱️. Also in Mombasa go to Sutan Palace Beach and eat the fresh grilled fish the local fishermen catch daily. The best food I tasted in Kenya was their fish. They let you pick out which fish 🐟 you want from their cooler and then cook it up

ABSOLUTELY appreciate you Brother. As an Educator I need to hear the logical critical analysis of what’s going on around the world. In another video you mentioned Black Europeans which is weird to say but I definitely hear where you coming from. Yo since I’ve visited Paris, London and some other spots a few times, I gotta say that “BLACK EUROPE” is dope. Most are 1st and 2nd generation Africans and Caribbeans. Their restaurants, social events, etc are poppin. James Baldwin, many Hip-Hop artists, Melvin Van Peebles, old writings from WWII veterans, all of whom I’ve read or heard them talk about how great it is. Experienced it personally and they were all correct on their assessments. But so happy you’re giving the real deal about Kenya. Can’t wait to get there.✊🏿

I love your honest review and experience while living in Kenya. It gives diasporas like myself a taste of what to expect if we decide to relocate there. Kenya is first on my relocation list for the future. I hear so many good things about this beautiful Country. I am excited to come and see for myself. Thanks for the good affirmations about Kenya. Keep the video updates coming. Looking forward to watching them.

Love your honesty. I watched your content about Ghana and I totally understand all you said and I agree with you on a lot of your points. I was born in Ghana but I have been living in the uk for most of my life and I came back 5 years ago. I've been to Kenya, tanzania, windhoek, joberg, Cape Town, uganda and a few others...... and yes i totally agree the social life and in Kenya is wey better. I struggle too with conversations in Ghana more than Nairobi. South Africa and Namibia is on the same wavelength with Nairobi so I'm sure you will enjoy it down south. Keep up the good work. I'm glad someone said it.
.... if you love the girls in Kenya wait till you go down south. They on point there too breda. Same kinda vibe. It's getting warm right about now down there. Trust me you gonna love it in the south. Just don't be walking around filming alone in joberg. Maybe Cape Town

Auston: I think with this video you've just arrived at a RUclips point where no other African American has ever reached while discussing personal views on Kenya. It's just the way you crystallized the Kenyan situation as you see it. I hate to sound dramatic but I think this is a breakthrough moment. It actually has a lot of implications. It's going to be music to a lot of Kenyan ears. Also, it will probably nudge some African Americans, who are on the fence, into visiting Kenya. And it builds on that famous visit to Kenya by Richard Pryor in 1979. The video by Comedy Hype is worth seeing for those who have not (Why Richard Pryor Stopped Saying 'The N-Word' - Here's Why). Now we just need to find a better Nairobi apartment rental deal for you. 😀
