Hi Jane! Can I ask you a question? What size are the evolvs you wear and what size do you wear in street shoes? Compared to la sportiva climbing shoes (e.g. Testarossa, miura) how is evolv sizing. Keep up the amazing work! You're very strong!
Hi, Evolv shoes are automatically one size smaller than your street shoes. So I have 36 street shoes and 35 climbing shoes. But for example, V6 are very soft so I have 34 size.
You and Will give me the same vibe. I was following him on youtube when he was climbing 8Cs and I just knew he would become one of the best. You're already one of the best, but that feeling of a higher possible ceiling is the same. More than possible with that relentless determination
I mean complaining just the perfect amount sounds like a great strategy ..and hey, see you can reach it :) Great effort! Thanks JaneClimbs, helps a lot!
Love watching your process, really inspiring. 4 training days in 7 sounds like a lot on such a crimpy testpiece, but I'd get carried away too, having such progress and with the season about to end. :)
Yes, but my visit was short and I wanted to check all thee moves, the links will come later on, so there was no need for that long rest, but I have to say that it's really bad for the skin in 25 degrees :D
I love this video and your effort in climbing.. may be I start bouldering.. I never boulder on rock .. Your videos (all) motivate me to try Thanks.. !!
The amount of times you said "it's too painful, I should rest" and you kept going haha so relatable... You SO have this! Keep it up! . . . Terranova 9A btw
Yeah he is not used to belaying so light climber and he didn rope climb for a long time :D we need to practice, but in such a overhand it was fine especially with the rock so close behind :)
@@JaneSvecova he should not stand with straight legs but with bent legs. it is a bit tiring 💪🏼😊, but when you fall he can then jump up! this will make your fall much softer
Seeing you hit the wall 8:29 makes my feet and ankles hurt. Maybe the belayer could be a bit dynamic? I guess you're not close to the ground there. Anyway, keep it up!!
The difference between a normal person and a pro climber is that i spend hours looking at my phone in my hands and a pro climber spends hours looking at their hands
Excalibur is starting from the stone, I do not know if its possible or even logical :D It would be probably 3really difficult moves to the original stand with the stone just next to you.
"found some microbetas and betas for climbers my size. " ... are you different antronometric size from Stefano .. you look like more ore less tall as he is and regular apex .
@@JaneSvecova I was confused by the fact that I saw you climbing with Bosi and having more or less the same reach. Jane, you hold on very much (you're too strong) and you close so much, so in the videos, you seem taller !

Absolutely love this format! Keep em coming!!
wow awesome, I was just checking your channel wondering when the second part would come out :D
Awesome work. So cool to see you projecting this. Looking strong!
Thank you! 🤙🏽
"If you like this video, you just enjoy see me sufer" what a phrase! I like more to see you succeed but that's worth a thumbs up haha
Amazing work, you got this! But be careful about the static falls🙏
Love watching process videos. Well done!
Thanks for sharing the process! Looks like great progress over 4 days on such an intense route. Great that its mainly your skin that's hurting.
Thank you :)
Wow this route soutes you so much Jan!

Let's go !! Making history, love the vlog format

Terranova 9A btw
haha I couldnt stop :D was too greedy to do all the moves :D But failed anyway :D
Thank you for sharing the process
Paráda, mega hodně štěstí
Some of thouse falls look quite hard! Maybe the belayer should try to give a softer catch (quite tricky for boulderers though haha)

Eventually you won't fall and it won't matter! Good luck!!
Those are good catches for projecting. Not everyone wants to climb 5 meters up the rope after every fall.
@@Luvdoggies Yes it is so tiring :D better to have one meter hard fall :D especially in 40 degree overhang
Amazing Vlog, you got this! 💪
We will see, but I will try :D
So strong!
Btw how many people did actually manage to climb 9b+ and V16?
Anyone besides Ondra, Schubert and Bailey?
megos didnt do v16
@@doublevgreen True mb, I had lucid dreaming as aa V16 in my had.
Bosi?
@@tegridyfarms6197 well everybody knows Lucid is 16 but for some reason nobody upgrades it

Actually there is the stone next to it, which is quite scary, but I will want to get longer comfier falls next time:)
Super inspiring, allez!
super strong! cool video. keep going. dekuje.
Good luck!

looks like there are a lot of max moves involved. How many days you plan to invest? more than 20,30?
Probably as many as needed:)
Šílená pecka ;D
co příště? Burden of dreams? ^^
Prvně dokončit co jsem začala, pak se uvidí :)
@@JaneSvecova v tom případě mnoho zdaru!
What is that huge panther prowling in the background?
That is our siberian cat Puffy🫶 traveling everywhere with us😁
@@JaneSvecova A big fella!
Did you always rest in your harness or lowered down? My ass already hurts after 15min rest haha
In some cases I was hanging there even for an hour😁 and it was quite okey:) maybe good harness? 😇
I can't remember: does starting from the ground add anything to the difficulty or not? Is it a proj? Or is it impossible?
Excalibur is starting from the stone, I do not know if its possible or even logical :D It would be probably 3really difficult moves to the original stand with the stone just next to you.
@@JaneSvecova diky for that. So you mean there is no direct way up? What you call the stone is in the way?
You can see it in the background at the end of the video
Vieni a Ulassai ad arrampicare, in Sardegna 😊
maybe one day :)
Do you believe that there's a limit in age, in case you want to start climbing??🤔
No, my husbands mom started arround 37 years of age and she is over 50 now, still climbing up to 7c lead.:)
strong
"found some microbetas and betas for climbers my size. " ... are you different antronometric size from Stefano .. you look like more ore less tall as he is and regular apex .
Based on Google, Stefano is 170cm tall, I am 158cm 🙈
@@JaneSvecova Sorry......🙄🤭😧

Really love your videos 😍
Find i persönlich jezz a bisserl boring, aber ist natürlich gschmacksach' 😅
May be you should rest more days from one try and another and try when the weather is cold.. may be next year in the winter..
Yes, definitely need to rest more between each sessions and come back in lower temps.
You need a “I” counter in your videos.
btw wtf is that tattoo lol
Please, no electronic music next time, it has nothing to do with climbing.
Duuude, the only music suitable for climbing is "electronic" music.
Loved the music personally. Music is just taste and you can't please everyone.
lol - metal and rap times are over mate. Luckily electronic music here
Nice gatekeeping bro
