Thank you for the diagnosis, relays go bad very often, I carry many different types in my mobile toolbox, ALWAYS swap in a known good relay from another slot in your power distro box as there are many same-type relays there, swapping a relay test comes before the power and ground test with your test light, the test light takes several minutes to locate the schematic and pin numbers, just swap in another relay in 10 seconds, if it does not work then troubleshoot bad wires or contacts or connectors or fuses.
