To answer the question, no you don't. Lift the plastic and u can take a pic on ur phone and use that to order an unlocked PCM
My question Is will I still be able to drive my vehicle even without the pcm or should I wait to unlocked pcm arrives

U have to buy a tune from him and Ship him ur current cpm pcm and in like 1 week he will send u the tune with a unlocked pcm
