Any thoughts on Ring simultaneously to extension 1000 and a cell phone? They both ring at the same time however when I answer the cell phone I get dead air and the call remains in use. I could use some help with that
Hi Can you help me to if call comes in and it rings on all extensions, when one of them pick the call then from other extensions call should disconnect automatically Thanks in advance
Hi @willie howe, i got a ucm6308. im stucked with this problem: I need to forward every call received in a group number to a specific cellular number only on SAT and SUN (from 9.00am to 9.00pm) so, i did this: Extensions/Trunk internal i choose my group number (217) and edit then FUNCTION > forward if no answer > to custom number > cellphonenumber >> condition >> specific time then i have setup the specific time SAT and SUN (from 9.00am to 9.00pm) but i'm stucked here... everytime i got a call from a number to 217 it never stop.... keeps ringing.. I have already tried to change OTHER SETTINGS >> Ring timeout , but even if i put 3sec it still ringing..... (of course i have saved and applied changes) Any suggestions? thank you in advice

Bro I didn’t know you covered Grandstream 😍. Btw 5secs = 1 ring! I have a deeper question though; how do we control caller ID on grandstream?
iStiflock global is in global settings...per extension is in the upper right side of the extension’s settings if I remember.
It’s where he went to set the caller Id name...general settings
