  • Creating Basic Ring Groups and Call Queues on a Grandstream UCM63xx. If you find you have more people to answer incoming calls, then you have concurrent callers, use a RING GROUP. Otherwise, CALL QUEUES will allow the UCM to answer the incoming calls for you, and then route the call to the next available agent.
