    These are beautiful homes. I heard you have to be careful who the builder is because they like to cut corners.

      I’m afraid that’s anywhere nowadays. People have no pride in their work anymore. Cheap materials, make it look nice, sell it. I’m in New York and they do it here.

    Can you do a video on the recent news of the woman who claimed the deed to a mans house that he had up for sale at 4MM in wake coutny nc? Maybe a video on the laws and if there is any recourse to stop it. According to the news video I saw there is not a way to stop it and in NC it is 100% legal.

    Just wondering: does your area also have real brick built homes with a few acres?
    Or is that limited to New England?

      I’ve personally only seen “new construction” full brick builds for the higher end market, like $600k plus. Lower end prices are typically vinyl siding or fiber cement siding if you spend a bit more. It’s interesting because I’m from Texas and nearly every new construction home there is full brick, but that’s more rare out here.
