    Seriously, they wanted $7.41 per LB for boneless pork loin chops. My way gets the same for $1.98 per LB! Just PLAN AHEAD and do this and you can save well over $5.40 per LB! These days we must learn to adjust and save anywhere that we possibly can, I am here to show you one way to do just that, yet feeding yourself and your family better meals for less money! It also makes ready to go easy meals to prepare.

      Hey there! I am so happy to hear from you! I am taking it slow, working on it health day by day, good with the bad. I am definitely much better than I was even a week ago! You KNOW I am going to always push ahead! Yes, channel is still slowly growing despite my setbacks. Right now I am focusing on putting out content that I can actually get through shooting a video, yet good info/recipes. My sons actually got me an Instant Pot for Christmas that also air fries (though we all had the you know what, extremely rough, so couldn't even have our Christmas until January.Just like last year in 2021. So that will be a whole new learning experience for me, fun videos for sure as I have never had an Instant Pot. ! Just haven't been able to handle that quite yet. I can't pick it up LOL. Well I am rambling, so I close for now, saying thank you, I have missed interacting with you! May you and your sweet family have a very blessed week too! 😄

      You are SO welcome! Yes, I feel that most people are I imagine, in the same boat as I am, my budget has doubled for sure, yet getting far less for double the price! I have had to adjust some of my recipes to be more budget friendly. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, I always say that if even one of my videos helps just one person, then that alone makes it worth my while. 😃

So many don't realize that a boneless pork chop is actually as I showed in the video, is simply a slice from a pork loin! I have missed you honey, I am working to get myself up to par! ox 😃

    LOVE these great ideas!! I have an electric kettle (it’s like a REALLY deep round electric frying pan married a crockpot). I half or leave whole a pork loin and smother it with a good amount of yellow mustard and add apple juice then cook it low and slow for a couple hrs. And we have a tender feast fit for a king! Just another idea to try. So glad u feel better!

      Oh that sounds lovely! I did something sort of similar to yours, I believe I may have added a small onion sliced, if my memory serves me, it was years ago, I think I might try that again! So are you in the UK? I ask because I am sure that you probably know here in the US, an electric kettle is just big enough for boiling water LOL. I LOVE to hear about different kitchen electronics and gadgets commonly used elsewhere out in the world. I truly do! I Love hearing from you! as always! 😃

      @@vikithomasson7772 Well I'll be! I'm going to have to check into that, to my recollection, I don't believe I have seen one quite like that! I love Kentucky and LOVE Tennessee! You may know I'm a born and bred Louisiana girl, but now have lived in Georgia for about 30 years! We aren't too far apart! 😄

I can cook everything from spaghetti sauce to a roast to chicken n mine while regulating the temp as I want/need. It’s just plumb handy dandy!! Have a great day!
