      It tells us nothing about the foundation row that you have to do a single crochet at the beginning like it actually took me back instead of moved me forward thank you I don't understand or agree with this statement. You've made sorry.

    This is the kind of tutorial we need. You didn't waste 10 minutes on how to make a chain, what's the best yarn the best hook and the right time of day. Straight forward, concise and easy to follow. THANK YOU!!!

    Well I asked for the best popcorn stitch tutorial and as far as I’m concerned, I got it. I could not tell on other tutorials where to place my hook to draw up the loop. Not only was this clearly shown, but repeated. Many thanks

    Thank You! You are an excellent teacher. So glad I found you on my first search for a Popcorn Stitch. This video is simple, easy to understand, great visual, great audio, nice voice and you just seem like a pleasant and helpful person.     This was a perfect video! I was avoiding any pattern that said popcorn stitch. Even when the designer gave a tutorial it wasn’t nearly as clear as what you said and demonstrated! Thank you for curing my fear of the popcorn stitch! 🥰

    Thank you so much, slow and easy to understand. I don’t know why they say it’s for beginner’s, then give a demonstration at 1000 miles an hour. I mean I can crochet and have been since I was a child, but these new stitches are curly if don’t see them properly. Thank you so much. 😊

    Thank you so much for posting this video! I have been searching a long time for instructional videos that will help me learn to crochet. Usually all the left- handed help I could find would say "just do the opposite of the right-handed way" or to just hold up the illustrations in front of a mirror. I hope you post more like this.     Hello Rhonnee... It just depends on the pattern you are following. Every pattern can be different, but this video just shows you the basics of the stitch.

    Question : at the first corner before starting do you just chain 3 to get your height?

      She used double crochet so it is natural to use 3 chains when starting a new row but some prefer to use 2 as well

    After you pull through the last loop to complete the popcorn shape do you have to chain one after to complete that popcorn or is that not part of the popcorn stitch?

    Is the chain 1 at the end mandatory or no? I downloaded a pattern that had popcorn stitch in it and the pattern described it without the chain. I tried it that way but found that there really isn't anywhere to put the next row if you don't include the chain. So I restarted with the chain and everything went much better...
