It tells us nothing about the foundation row that you have to do a single crochet at the beginning like it actually took me back instead of moved me forward thank you I don't understand or agree with this statement. You've made sorry.
This is the kind of tutorial we need. You didn't waste 10 minutes on how to make a chain, what's the best yarn the best hook and the right time of day. Straight forward, concise and easy to follow. THANK YOU!!!
Amen, brother!!!! I just subscribed because of this. l like tutorials where I don't have to turn on the sound and try to figure out where to skip ahead to.
Thank you! I'm returning to crochet after YEARS away, and needed a refresher to finish a bunny. Clear, simple words; and slow enough I could follow along without pausing video.
Well I asked for the best popcorn stitch tutorial and as far as I’m concerned, I got it. I could not tell on other tutorials where to place my hook to draw up the loop. Not only was this clearly shown, but repeated. Many thanks
Thank You! You are an excellent teacher. So glad I found you on my first search for a Popcorn Stitch. This video is simple, easy to understand, great visual, great audio, nice voice and you just seem like a pleasant and helpful person. I hope you have more videos like this as I will come to you for all things like this as I learn to up my crochet game from RUclips tutorials. Makes my mother, grandmother and aunt being gone more bearable.
Thank you for clear, simple instructions. I've made entire blankets in this stitch, MANY years ago. I couldn't remember how I'd done it before, SC or DC. Thank you again.
Omg, you just saved my life! I have been searching for a GOOD tutorial, but FINALLY I found one! Thank you so much, I love the video, very slow and nice! Thanks so much for making this! And yes, I am a boy ;) Keep up the good work! //TCF
Hi CoolFabbe.. I am really glad you like it and I think that is awesome that you are a guy who likes to crochet! I know tons of guys who like crocheting.. I just wish there were more!!
This was a perfect video! I was avoiding any pattern that said popcorn stitch. Even when the designer gave a tutorial it wasn’t nearly as clear as what you said and demonstrated! Thank you for curing my fear of the popcorn stitch! 🥰
Thank you so much, slow and easy to understand. I don’t know why they say it’s for beginner’s, then give a demonstration at 1000 miles an hour. I mean I can crochet and have been since I was a child, but these new stitches are curly if don’t see them properly. Thank you so much. 😊
Incredible! Thank you. I agree with the others. I have attempted a crochet garland for 2 days now and was going to concentrate hard on it tomorrow. If that didnt work, I was done and on to the next project. You certainly have a new subscriber. 😊
I have a pattern for a hat and couldn't do the popcorn stitch from the written instructions but watching your video has made it very easy . Thank you very much. Sue.
Thank you so much for posting this video! I have been searching a long time for instructional videos that will help me learn to crochet. Usually all the left- handed help I could find would say "just do the opposite of the right-handed way" or to just hold up the illustrations in front of a mirror. I hope you post more like this. Thanks!!
This was perfect. I learned in under a minute how to do the stitch that was described in a pattern and took a whole paragraph and still didn’t make sense. Thank you
Ahhh thank you so much 🙏 I’m an intermediate crocheter and I’ve only done this stitch once before where they really showed it and in the new pattern I’m trying they don’t really show it
Thank you so much for your video! It really visualized it for me. I was just curious the difference between a popcorn stitch and a beg popcorn stitch? That is the only thing I cannot visualize! Thank you again!
I loved your tutorial. You make it seem so easy. I just started to learn to crochet, I know the single and double stitch . I’d like to make a baby blanket. What stitch do you recommend? I don’t mind a challenge!
Hello Bobby U Explain everything just Perfect...It's very easy to Understand Thankyou. In Popcorn stitch should we give space in between two popcorn stitch or should we continue the same in every chain?
Hello Rhonnee... It just depends on the pattern you are following. Every pattern can be different, but this video just shows you the basics of the stitch.
Thank you for this video, you are a great teacher. I'm trying to come up with a pillow cover that looks like a field of grass and areas of dirt. Other than a loop stitch do you have a stitch that you would suggest for grass?
Hello. First of all, thank you for this wonderful tutorial: to the point and very well filmed. I got it; I couldn’t understand the written explanation and you saved me! I do have a question. Once you’ve done the pc where do you do the next pc, right next to it? Thank you. I am stuck.
THANK YOU! I was doing a pattern online and it did not specify the single crochet at the top or to do 5 stitches. I could not figure out why it didn't look right!
Mam, i'm so inspired to your video crochet, I need help mam to keep my knowledge how to make a crochet, but I cannot afford to buy more crochet yarns to make what I want...
After you pull through the last loop to complete the popcorn shape do you have to chain one after to complete that popcorn or is that not part of the popcorn stitch?
to me it was not that clear, mine ended up looking like it was supposed to except that it had an opening at the top in the next row am i supposed to crochet it in?
Is the chain 1 at the end mandatory or no? I downloaded a pattern that had popcorn stitch in it and the pattern described it without the chain. I tried it that way but found that there really isn't anywhere to put the next row if you don't include the chain. So I restarted with the chain and everything went much better...
We DO need more like this. Simple and slow yet no time wasted with rambling detail that most of us don't need. Thank you!!!
Exactly
It tells us nothing about the foundation row that you have to do a single crochet at the beginning like it actually took me back instead of moved me forward thank you I don't understand or agree with this statement. You've made sorry.

Well I asked for the best popcorn stitch tutorial and as far as I’m concerned, I got it. I could not tell on other tutorials where to place my hook to draw up the loop. Not only was this clearly shown, but repeated. Many thanks
Thank! Very to the point and not too slow that I lost patience, but easy enough to follow.
Thank you for the simple - right to the stitch - tutorial without anything else. This was perfect!
Easy to follow. Not long winded. Thanks Guru.
Thank you for going slow! So many tutorial makers go WAY too fast. This was perfect. Also appreciate that you do not have terrible music playing. LOL.
I am so glad this video helped. Thanks for the comment!
Great video, appreciate you clear concise tutorial, and I love it that you didn’t waste everyone’s time by stretching it out.

Great video. Thank you.
A+. ❤❤❤
Question : at the first corner before starting do you just chain 3 to get your height?
She used double crochet so it is natural to use 3 chains when starting a new row but some prefer to use 2 as well
🙇🏼♂️ you literally just saved my life- thank you so much for making this video it was incredibly helpful !!!
Literally...?
Thank you. Im trying my luck on a small dragon but the tutorial on that one is not that beginner friendly.
thank you so much i like the you teach. 👍

After you pull through the last loop to complete the popcorn shape do you have to chain one after to complete that popcorn or is that not part of the popcorn stitch?
Thank you!
