Percent lowest and Lowest hp to take the advantage when we in war and there is enemy's carrry n tank with low hp bar. But when u choose percent, we will auto hit the carry.. Bcz carry has small percent hp even in the bar we can see the same bar hp but tank is who only has a huge percentage hp in war.

Ling is easier than fanny. But he needs blue buff just like fanny. If he's in the right hand, he will be extremely dangerous.
