Carfection is the most criminally underrated motoring youtube channel out there. Not selling anything, not flogging an auction site, just incredibly presented and thoughtfully edited reviews that aren't all numbers and 0-60 times. Thank you.
Check out Sarah-n-Tuned, she's a gearhead, knows her stuff, and is quite easy on the eyes.
Ironically Carfection is the only channel from which I'd even buy some merch if they'd offer something. It's really the best automotive channel out here
@@3ducs One of my favorites, as well. Quirky and funny, but also _very_ well informed content from an OCD-driven actual mechanic/builder. Her meticulous, no-corners-cut approach to her builds helps cure me of my impatience when working on my car and bikes. Her car reviews are gold, too: lots of useful* information mixed with humor, sometimes outrageous double entendres, and her obvious joy in cars. The only car channel I have merch from (a Forester Gump shirt).
And yes, she's beautiful, but I swear I'd watch that channel if she was ugly as a mud fence(hey...stop laughing!). The content is that good.

Agreed! Such a great channel. I'll watch a Carfection video even if I'm not that interested in the particular car. But that is rarely the case.

I love the Aston’s, but this has got to be one of the most beautiful cars to hit the road ever.

It's beautiful except that front grill just below the Ferrari emblem...I don't find it seductive. Sorry if I disagree with your opinion

In pictures it looks nowhere near as sexy to me. The Daytona also has a V12 and is absolutely terrible and this has touch controls so it's definitely aiming for that kind of aesthetic.
I dunno though, it feels kind of soulless which is a weird word to use for a Ferrari. It doesn't challenge anything. It looks like...a thing.
Definitely doesn't inspire me to make a Grand Tour with it alike the older "sane" Ferraris did.
@@Petrospect it's supposed to be the superleggera's competitor. Plus ur wrong when saying it looks soulless, but i guess has their own preferences. It's not meant to look like an aggressieve supercar but is supposed to feel like a gt and imo it atleast looks the part.
@@hamza001_9 I believe this is a DB11 AMR rival. The superleggera is a lot more expensive, that’s why people normally compare that to the 812 Superfast.
Maybe but whilst the Daytona never fully did it for me. This one does.
The cleanest looking Ferrari in a very long time.
I saw one of these parked on a residential street in Richmond a couple weeks ago. Had to stop cycling home as I had no idea which Ferrari it was. It really looks stunning in real life.

First Ferrari review where the reviewer can softly talk over a 600hp V8 motor.
I used to worry about the limitations Covid and Brexit would have for Carfection and their immaculate cinematography. But man these guys can make any place look beautiful. Great video as always.

Really feel like Ferrari are at the top of their game right now. Their line up is stunning. If I had the money to buy one, I wouldn't be able to pick. I'd have to get one of each..
Many Italian car journalists said that the true Roma’s nature as a GT comes really out if you put it in the rain mode and then just cruise in santa pace.

I've been waiting for a Pure GT from Ferrari for quite a while now. Finally a worthy competitor to the DB11. Just pure grand touring experience!
Haptic buttons have zero business being used in a vehicle. Seriously, stop it. And I know it's somewhat beating a dead horse (pun intended), but the digital MMI are going to make these newer cars much less desirable as they age.

At the top of my new Ferrari want list. Great balance of focus for what I'd want (that is, the sport/GT balance would be spot-on for me), and it's just absolute eye candy. One of the very prettiest cars on offer today in my eyes. As an old fossil, I'd love a gated manual, but I know that's not going to happen, and I've made my peace with that. ;)
And as usual, Carfection and Henry knock another one out of the park. Lovely cinematography, perfectly timed editing, and Henry's engaging presentation make for time well spent watching.

I've just watched this video and that of Harry Metcalf back to back and the latter nearly put me to sleep. It was three times the length and half as informative (perhaps because I kept dosing off). I also get the impression this was carefully crafted rather than hammered together in a shed. Lovely work Henry.

Roma Blu is such a beautiful colour, especially when paired with a tan leather interior.
The script and cinematography are top notch aided, as they are, by one of the best presenters working today. That guy who scores cars after his name can learn a thing or two from this chap.

Yep, I'd have one.
Good to see a decent GT Ferrari back in the lineup. You diagnosed it perfectly. Dial back the steering and horsepower a bit and make it safer and comfortable or add a handling pack ala the 575Maranello's handling option.
I suspect Ferrari will do both.

if we're talking about styled by "aesthetics" I wish all Ferraris look like 308 GTBs. I'm not part of said generation but I still think the 308GTB by aesthetics is like everything Ferrari should be,

This car is growing on me. I really wasn't convinced by the looks at first but you've changed my opinion watching this video. Was lucky enough to be a passenger in one a few weeks ago and it was raining heavily, yet the car performed really well. Expensive car though........

It looks like an Aston Martin. Possibly created for the British market or whoever likes Aston designs. Flavio Manzoni also designed the LaFerrari and 488 Pista, he's a good designer.
Its the typical GT design since the 1960s. Long hood, the greenhouse sits on the back, long wheelbase, roundish shapes... Jaguar E-Type, Ferrari 250 GTO, Toyota 2000 GT, Bizzarini 5300 GT, Aston Martin DB4 Zagato, Lamborghini 3500 GTZ, etc.
Of course it shares a lot of similarities... And they look all stunning. Everybody likes them.
GTs of the 1960s are the most expensive cars you can get. A Ferrari 250 GTO sold for 52 Million Dollars at an auction and is by now the most expensive car on this planet.

Henry, satisfy my curiosity, was that shot between Snailwell and Chippenham in Cambridgeshire? Looked awfully familiar. £170k arguably not ‘everyday’ money either but looks good…. I was having this discussion the other day asking who’s making elegant cars/buildings now…. We couldn’t cite many examples so the Roma should be applauded 👌🏻
