Thank you for all the lovely comments about this and the other Ferrari films in the series - much appreciated. I'd just like to say a big thank you to Aylesbury Music as they not only let Glenn and I film in the shop (even though I phoned up out of the blue at the last minute and they didn't know us from Adam... and you thought it was all so well planned!) but even stayed open late to let us do so.
I ‘discovered’ Carfection around the time the How to become a racing driver content appeared, and have seen the channel grow and excel itself time and time again. Great work Carfection. Thank you 🙏
This video is as joyful as it is deeply saddening, since chances are there will never be another V12 like it in the whisper-silent future. Just listen to it, savour and enjoy it!
What he says after 9:15 has got to be one of the most heartfelt things Henry has said. We have to save all the great engines and cars for the future and keep the art to internal combustion alive.
Ur so wrong once u drive one u won’t go back. I’ve driven probably almost every Porsche Ferrari and Lamborghini up until 2019. I rode in a model s plaid last week. I’m selling everything I have. … I’m even converting my motor cycle, My bicycles are all electric now I’m looking for 2 models s motors and a model 3 battery as we speak to convert my 330xi to convert it to electric.. It’s over for gas motors as solid state batteries start to roll out . ( crap they already started lol ) This is the peak… Collectors cars they will not be able to compete….
The Ferrari 812 GTS is just a masterpiece of a car. And pairing that with Henry Catchpole's commentary and cinematography team? Man oh man, that's some amazing content.
It's already been suggested that Henry has become one of the very best auto journalist's in the industry and I agree. Look at how far he's come since his early work but even then you could see his talent with wheel and pen was not to be underestimated. Let's not forget too those behind and beside the camera who bring us finished works as polished and gleaming as the cars they're about. Well done all and hope for all our sakes you hit your million very soon.
Those final words from Henry just shows the difference between guys who love and have passion for cars and guys like the other famous youtubers who just care about money and branding. Absolute legend this guy.
I've already been singing my praises for this car on every video of it I've watched and I may as well do one more, but man, this car has me obsessed like a first crush all over again. Just. Can't. Get. Enough.
"It's a bit like sleeping with the windows open in the summer time. You get the sensations of the outside but unlike camping you still get a nice bed" 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. You, Sir, are great at what you do.
The level of artistic creativity in these videos fills the heart and the soul. Not wanting to be cheesy but that's what I feel. Thanks for this Carfection.
Wow! Henry is moving that redline further up with each episode nowadays! I had my headphones on for this and I am so glad I did so. What a glorious engine!! Thank you from the lesser mortals!!
To be honest, I feel I can recommend this video to just about anyone...u don't have to be a petrol head to love Henry's stuff. The production level... videography. Everything just too good, it's soothing to just watch
Absolutely love ferrari and Lamborghini. Love the style, passion, power and noise.....music. In all seriousness, you can keep your EVs. I have no interest in them no matter how fast they are, absolutely non. We will miss them when there gone. Long live the V12, V10s and V8s. They might well be an extinct animal one day, but not today.....NOT TODAY!😂😎🇮🇪
I love your videos and this one is exceptionally well done. thank you. the hazards are left over from F1 for hard breaking on the track, having been on the track its helpful to know how hard the car in front his hitting the brakes....
Thanks for a great review, u gave the best sense of drive feelings on this 812 GTS as though I was driving it myself! And have put a big smile on my face. Have a great day at Carfection, I know I will too~ most enjoyable part 4. ^^
Amazing video. I beg you to make another channel just for fun and the passion of just pure cinematics, the car and music. 3 minute clips that can be played for just with no reviews for a purely artistic purpose.
Wonderful work Henry and Team Carfection! Henry, your sheer joy, excitement and enjoyment shine through! What an entertaining and engaging video. Well done!
Beautiful analogy throughout the video. I agree 100%, these machines make their own kind of music and there has to be some way to keep building these cars in ever changing times.
I was looking forward to this one & it didn’t disappoint 👍. Your spot on with synthetic fuels, about time it was subsidized in my book. Really appreciate the content, it’s bloody awesome 💪
Wonderful review! It harks back to your video discussing the manual gearbox in the 911, reaching out the viewer. Very well done! One would hope that in a world of EV’s, cars like this 812 become things for enthusiasts, similar to how a functionally superior Apple Watch or Garmen will never match a mechanical watch made by a craftsman. Hopefully, these things are here to stay.
Carfection's cinematographer, indeed, but we can not forget the presenter "Sir" Henry Catchpole, and also, and perhaps most of all, the first and last element of it all: Ferrari.
To Henry and everyone else involved in making this film, thank you...this was beautiful. Your thoughts at the end are spot-on Henry...let's do what each of us can to keep these living, breathing works of art alive.
Carfection is the best period. The quality and cinematography is just perfect. But most importantly in today’s world where every car journalist talks about performance and horsepowers and speed, carfection is not like that. They know that more speed doesn’t mean its more fun. And simply how fast car is doesn’t matter really. They know that the joy of driving is the thing that matters most.
cracking video. The opening in the music shop was a lovely wee touch, made me smile. I think if I had to chose one Ferrari to own for the rest of my days it would have to be this very spec of GTS. It's gorgeous and the option for drop top driving when it's sunny up through the lochs, that's a slice of heaven right there. Love the work :)
Stopped the video at 1:00 to write this comment: WOW! This intro alone would’ve been great 👍 it has it all, setting the scene, Building up the excitement, and creating a fair amount of jealousy (in a good way)… now back to the rest of the vid. Loving the work guys!
Video is fabulous, bravo Henry! Cinematography is superb, I just wish the whole video is in cinematographic 21:9 ratio as in the beginning. Beautifully done! 👏🏼
Henry, what a beautiful and intriguing sentiment you ended this exceptional video with, Bravo! The ultimate Rachmaninoff moment and the 812 GTS coalesce on a concept of Synthetic Fuels. A Rare Catchpole for us all.
Henry always makes me realise what an uncultured oik I am. He is also one of a select handful of motoring journalists that have made the transition from quality print journalism to video with aplomb. He has that skill that can take a reader or viewer into the moment with him
Thank you for this beautiful film of this glorious car. I loved the narrative of the car as a soon to be extinct musical instrument. I took an 812 Superfast for a test drive after viewing reviews by this channel and Jetrhro Bovington. I loved the 812 but the GTS seems to cover all bases beautifully - and as Aventador S owner, and a die hard Lambo guy, that’s saying something.
Thank you for all the lovely comments about this and the other Ferrari films in the series - much appreciated. A*
They did fantastic work. Y'all clearly choose well.
Excellent video Henry. It's always a great day when I get a carfection video notification.
Would love to to know where this was filmed please! Thanks 🙏🏾
I ‘discovered’ Carfection around the time the How to become a racing driver content appeared, and have seen the channel grow and excel itself time and time again. Great work Carfection. Thank you 🙏
The intro was spot on.. these Ferrari V12 machines are musical instruments
Carfection and Henry are the absolute pinnacle of automotive journalism!
Would have to agree.
Tough call, Harry Metcalfe from Harry's Garage is also very good!! I think I prefer the latter, but both are great.
Can't argue with you on that
This 👆🏻
tbh henry and the bald dude are my favorite from carfection
Henry, ESPECIALLY HUGE praise for couple of sentences in the end of this amazing video!
I"m gonna say it again for the people in the back, Carfection has UNRIVALED production quality!!!
Can't believe we get this content for FREE.
Don't give them ideas!
This is BBC Top Gear quality x10 on RUclips. It's nuts
Shut up man😂
Can't agree more, Great jobb!!! 👏❤
Right ??
I don’t care how fast electric cars are they will never be able to beat a N/A V12 for sheer pleasure!
That is the Passion and Flair of Italian Engineering, not stupid hand gestures.
Facts.
Ur so wrong once u drive one u won’t go back.
I’ve driven probably almost every Porsche Ferrari and Lamborghini up until 2019.
I rode in a model s plaid last week.

Collectors cars they will not be able to compete….
@@far1002 so that means, that car with stupid acceleration is more fun than a V12?! Even 2.6 seconds is enough to satisfy your needs.
100% agree with DM94, electric cars will never give the driver enjoyment and satisfaction of a ICE performance car. 👌
The Ferrari 812 GTS is just a masterpiece of a car. And pairing that with Henry Catchpole's commentary and cinematography team? Man oh man, that's some amazing content.

That’s absolutely the most beautiful video about a Ferrari, I’ve ever seen!
Check this out, one of my favorites. ruclips.net/video/UKm-wcxkl5U/видео.html
May I suggest ruclips.net/video/KHgD0wJGcR0/видео.html
Watch novitec n largo gts video is epic !!!
@@johnsvensson6540 Petrolicious makes great videos.
I'm loving these series. That intro was perfect. Thank you Henry and Team

This video is simply gorgeous!
"It's a bit like sleeping with the windows open in the summer time. You get the sensations of the outside but unlike camping you still get a nice bed" 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. You, Sir, are great at what you do.
The engine sound and the downshifts are like music that I can listen the whole day!
The level of artistic creativity in these videos fills the heart and the soul. Not wanting to be cheesy but that's what I feel. Thanks for this Carfection.
I was blown away by the cinematographie of the previous 3 flicks, but this is pure art. Henry and Carfection, please have beautiful children!
The best case for synthetic fuels. This is all of our passion and you have just summed it all up perfectly! Thank you.
Wow! Henry is moving that redline further up with each episode nowadays! I had my headphones on for this and I am so glad I did so. What a glorious engine!! Thank you from the lesser mortals!!
Very nice series with these Ferrari's, can't wait for the next one; this blue painting is absolutely gorgeous
I can never even imagine unsubscribing from this channel.
Those few seconds of Rachmaninoff at the very end...💙 wow, gorgeous video, beautiful music. Thank you!
Henry, you just raised the bar for all car videos.
What an exquisite narrative and edit. The mixing of V12 and classical music was incredibly moving.
To be honest, I feel I can recommend this video to just about anyone...u don't have to be a petrol head to love Henry's stuff. The production level... videography. Everything just too good, it's soothing to just watch
Henry, the way your voice merged seamlessly with the musical score is just exceptional. Even the sun seemed to brighten.
break time in the office has never been so amazing. thanks for the magnificent content Carfection ❤️
For a channel that consistently puts out brilliant films this one was particularly so. Just fantastic. Very, very well done :)
Carfection and Henry, nothing else similar on RUclips, love you content 🤩🤩🤩
I'm just in love with the video, the music but mostly that 812 ❤️
I'd happily pay for content like this. What a sonorous sounding engine with beautifully captured visuals.
If you could buy 812 GTS in a guitar shop for that cost I'm in!
Fantastic videos as always, from the cinematography, to the editing, to the presentation 👌🏼
Henry Catchpole is the only thing getting me through lockdown
Beautifully surmised. Those last thoughts on Ferrari’s combustion engine hits right in the feels. Superb.

Sounds great, but damn those particulate filters can bugger off.
Another awesome video!!
Absolutely stunning video, thank you so much Henry, you are the best by far
Amazing. Again. The summary at the end is just phenomenal
This is absolutely EPIC! What a car! What a video! BRAVO
Wonderful work Henry and Team Carfection! Henry, your sheer joy, excitement and enjoyment shine through! What an entertaining and engaging video. Well done!
Beautiful production, the best car journalist, my dream car. Great work!
Beautiful analogy throughout the video. I agree 100%, these machines make their own kind of music and there has to be some way to keep building these cars in ever changing times.
Great series, so well produced and presented. Well done.
Love it😍 these V12 Ferrari Barlinettas were always epic and 812 is no exception. Thanks guys, your work is incredible.
I was looking forward to this one & it didn’t disappoint 👍.
Your spot on with synthetic fuels, about time it was subsidized in my book.
Really appreciate the content, it’s bloody awesome 💪
One of the best - if not THE best - videography on a car review, and this is from a freaking RUclips channel. Carfection is unbelievable.
From France with passion and respect ✌🏼⚜️🇨🇵😎
Another fantastic video, thanks Henry.
Henry and Carfection is THE top notch of automotive journalism.
Wonderful review! It harks back to your video discussing the manual gearbox in the 911, reaching out the viewer. Very well done! I would be happy to watch one of these every day after work just to unwind and chill, Many thanks
My kind of musical instrument.
Perfectly said. Keep up the good work
Great film Henry, and the Rachmaninov at the end was wonderful.
Art critics: CaRs cAn nEveR bE aRt.
Carfection's cinematographer: Hold my beer!
Carfection's cinematographer, indeed, but we can not forget the presenter "Sir" Henry Catchpole, and also, and perhaps most of all, the first and last element of it all: Ferrari.
That’s how you make a good car video. Bravo!
Thank you guys, top notch effort as always. This car is a dream, it is on of the examples that justify cars as a form of art in my eyes
I'd like to make a video request... Can we get a video themed around the GTO Engineering 250 SWB? That would be spectacular.
To Henry and everyone else involved in making this film, thank you...this was beautiful. Your thoughts at the end are spot-on Henry...let's do what each of us can to keep these living, breathing works of art alive.
The Audio in this is outstanding.
that climax! I'm not crying you're crying.
That ending gave me flashbacks to Jeremy Clarkson's review of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage on Top Gear, poetic and sobering.
Same here, and both are equally beautifully scripted and made, though I prefer Henry's attitude :) Chapeau bas!
Henry and this channel are pure perfection
What a fantastic film. The production values are superb and the presentation makes it so engaging. Best one so far...
So athletic look with roaring sound!
I fear with this level of cinematography the carfection crew will be soon picked up by film studios.
Carfection is the best period.

Wonderful video. Thank you. Just off to Sweden for my own experience in a 812 GTS and , having watched this, i can't wait. Good soundtrack too.
What a video! Perfectly portrays the pleasure of driving a V12 Ferrari. Well done
Absolutely fantastic job Henry and folks. This is super top notch. Perfection.
Mind-blowing... Cheers to Henry
That really is the definition of "Carfection"

Wonderful stuff. Epic, even. Love that car so very much 🥰
Lovely sound, this blue 812 represents the meaning for perfection
Brilliant videos. By the best auto journalist by far.
Video is fabulous, bravo Henry! Cinematography is superb, I just wish the whole video is in cinematographic 21:9 ratio as in the beginning. Beautifully done! 👏🏼
What a car!! Love the vid, keep the piano concerto refs coming!!! Ferrari + Rach 2 !!! Exquisite

That ending was on point, great job boys!
Glorious, just glorious. If i owned one of those i'd have to find the nearest tunnel, just because you can.
Perfect GT!! I love this car! Good content!
Not gonna lie, the "like" was earned in the first 40 seconds. Cracking film-making

What a video, I’m just speechless..
Excellent review as always 😎
My favorite Ferrari!! Thanks again Henry 🙂

That closing argument. No further questions, your honor.
