    I've had several hamsters and bred three litters. If you're confident in handling them the issues raised in this vid won't be an issue.

    I spot clean my hamsters cage a lot everyday but the thing is ever since I got him (my Syrian) he smelt like rotten eggs, he still does 😂 I hope he doesn’t mind me saying this 😢 I love this video so incredibly much ❤ I don’t know why but your voice makes me go to sleep 😴🤣 it’s so relaxing! Pancake is such a softy 🥞🥰 I wish I could make hamster videos but sadly I just don’t have the time and storage to do these stuff. Pancake in his playpen is so hilarious and so adorable 🐹🐹 I hope you coming to reacting to my hamsters cage 👀😁 it’s okay if you don’t react to it I just wanted some opinions and advice ☺️ On the con section my Roborovski hates interactions as he got older, so I was a bit disappointed about that. However, my Syrian I thought he was a ghost hamster but now he loves interactions and he is very tamed! 🐹 I use to have a wood wheel and it was very annoying because my hamster kept on peeing on his wheel 😂🤣 so I bought plastic wheels! I got a small question my Syrian bit a tiny hole in his cage about a month ago, before buying a new cage I decided to change the setup and now he doesn’t bite a hole in his enclosure anymore. So should I upgrade my cage?

      Thank you for your comment!
      Maybe take your hamster to the vet if they smell really bad, as it could be a health issue!
      I'm glad you liked the video!
      I will definitely be reacting to your hamster cage eventually, but if you would like advice sooner, I could comment on one of your pictures on Pinterest!
      Your current enclosure should be ok, as long as it is over 100x50x50 cm and has the new setup! Make sure the hole isn't large enough for the hamster to escape through though, and that they don't try to make the hole bigger! 🐹❤️

      @mm2.aurorafx Год назад +2

      Thank you! 🥰 The hole is very small, he has loads of enrichment now ☺️ I don’t think it is a health issue I just probably can’t access some areas to spot clean without ruining the cage, so that might be the reason 🐹🐹

      Hey there, I got a small question you’re probably fed up of me now! 😂 Should I switch my Roborovski to my Syrians cage which is smaller and put my Syrian in my Roborovski cage which is the IKEA detolf, so should I?

      @@mm2.aurorafx Hello, please do not swap the robo and Syrians set up. This will cause them both a lot of stress. Robos need big set ups as they roam so much and often are too nervous to go in a playpen. I hear many say robos are okay in 80cm cages but I disagree as they are just so active. The deltof is quite narrow for a Syrian and it is difficult to get an 11 or 12 inch wheel in there too. 🙂

      @@googleemail2368 Thank you for your advice actually I know half of those stuff you just said, I use 12 inch wheels for both hamsters. I’m also keeping the same bedding and I’m thinking about doubling the IKEA detolf to make a huge big one! To stop them from stressing out I’ll use there same beddings and I’ll make there old setups look exactly the same. My Syrian has a cage similar to the IKEA detolf he shows 0 stress behaviours and 0 boredom behaviours. I’m aware of it being narrow so that why I’m joining two to make one I’m also using the IKEA pax for my Roborovski so he is getting a bigger upgrade 😊 I changed my mind a bit since I last said this!!

    I have that very niteangel wheel you used as an example, the thing squeeks frequently and I've oiled it more than I should be.

    Is 1m enough?

    • @pancakespets
      @pancakespets  Год назад

      If it is 1m x 50cm, then yes! That is the minimum hamster cage size. The larger the cage the better though, as long as it has enough enrichment! 🐹💕

    ur hamster cage is very upsetting. if I was a hmaster I would fee lclostrofobic. u need to create a wider air space. ur cage looks expensive but its doesn't look like a comfortable place to hide. itsn to a museum for u its a hiding place for ur hamster maybe have is cover by a wall in the back and more espce to nburrow so its no near see thruw glass

      I can assure you this hamsters fire happy. Hamsters like a bunch of things like this in the cages because it feels more like the wild. As you can see this hamsters showing no sign of stress and maybe you should research before commenting. The hamster is not claustrophobic at all. I hope this helps! Maybe instead of spreading misinformation you should focus on your spelling
