It worked! I have the fire tv. It doesn't have my fire tv in settings so I went to device and software hit about. Made sure everything was up to date and hit about again my went to my TV pressed the button 7 times or until it said you're already a developer and bam!

Wow it actually worked! I noticed my apps where not updating and would say not installed so I decided to restore to factory settings the fire stick and developer options disappeared . I was so pissed as I wanted to install a VPN and would not let me. These people try anything 😤
